I would highly recommend this property! I stayed here for a month on my own and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean when I arrived and looked exactly as pictured. Although a studio, the room was spacious and the bed was super comfy! The kitchen is small with very little counter space, but it is equipped with all the utensils you could need and everything was very clean. The hosts were really responsive and very helpful. There is also an amazing view of the Empire State Building when you exit the apartment everyday which doesn’t get old!!! Kips bay/ murray hill is very centrally located, making it really easy to visit other places in the city! There are a few nice restaurants nearby (Fumo, leonetta, little rubys) but I’d say the location is more of a base, with great access and connections. There are loads of local amenities including a nail bar, eyebrow salon, hair dressers, launderette, super market and Pilates studio (body rok) - it has everything you need! Arvaci coffee is also lovely and couldn’t be closer to the apartment. One tip if you’re staying here - I’d make sure to take the trash down to the basement during the day (as it is quite dark/ a bit eerie at night!). Overall this is a great find and I would love to return one day.
