El sueño de Daytona! Para toda la familia, a 7 minutos de la playa!

Ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo y céntrico, a 7 minutos de la playa, nuestra casa es el lugar perfecto para que se relaje y se divierta entre los viajes a la playa y otras atracciones locales.

Completamente renovado en mayo de 2018, nuestra casa de 2 habitaciones está limpia y bellamente decorada para que su mente esté en el océano desde el momento en que entra por la puerta. Nuestra casa es perfecta para todos los viajeros, pero especialmente para familias con niños, con juguetes de playa, pack + play y silla alta incluidos.

Hemos hecho todo lo posible para pensar en todo lo que necesitará durante su estadía. Tenemos una cocina completamente cargada, con platos, tazas, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, etc. Máquina Keurig con café y té K-tazas siempre.

Los televisores tienen Roku con Netflix gratis. También los canales de cable están disponibles de forma gratuita a través de Youtube TV en el Roku. Hay un televisor en la sala de estar, así como el dormitorio principal. La litera en el dormitorio de invitados puede acomodar a 3 personas, ya que la litera inferior es de tamaño completo y la superior es una gemela.

Totalmente cercado en el patio trasero para darle privacidad y tranquilidad mientras los niños están jugando. Hay un pozo de fuego en el patio trasero, y hay juegos de patio (lanzamiento de bolsas de frijoles y orificios de maíz) disponibles en el garaje que puede usar. También hay una tabla de boogie y un enfriador de playa en el garaje.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a todo el espacio: los dormitorios, los baños completos, la sala de estar, la cocina, el comedor, el garaje y los patios delanteros y traseros. Hay un colchón de aire disponible que se puede colocar en la sala de estar si tiene un grupo más grande y necesita más espacio en la cama.

Vivimos en la zona y estamos a solo 5 minutos de distancia si necesitas algo. Kendall es una mamá que se queda en casa y estará disponible si alguna vez necesita comunicarse con ella. Queremos que se sienta cómodo con su estadía y lo más bienvenido posible.

This house and property is EXTREMELY well kept. The owners went above and beyond with friendliness and courtesies. Everything listed is just as it is. I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning of our stay to the end. Will absolutely be staying here for all future trips.

Very clean and comfortable

My family stayed here for a family wedding. When we travel i always have to wear slippers around the house because i dont feel comfortable enough to be barefoot. This was the first house where i didnt have to worry about that. The house was very clean and well kept. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Dan (the host) was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely keep this house on our favorites list for future stays!!

Excellent Stay Close to Daytona Beach!!!!

The home that we had the opportunity to stay in this year for vacation to Daytona Beach was amazing to say the least! The home was soo clean, had everything that you could imagine you would need available and the owners even had homemade cookies waiting for us! The best homemade cookies by the way! The communication was excellent and they were so quick to reply! They had a book that had all the information you needed in it with great places to eat, fun things to do, and even beach locations that were not as crowded and offered free parking! There were 6 of us .. my husband and 4 teenagers and they all loved it and was super comfortable! This was the absolute best place that we have stayed in and can not wait to book it again for next year!

This place had everything!

From the moment we booked this property communication was excellent! Dan was very flexible with our arrival since we are airline staff and fly stand by. The property was easy to get to and when we arrived we were greeted with cookies and an immaculate home. Having the owners across the street was of comfort since it assured us if there were any questions, they could address them. Everything went off without a hitch and the neighborhood was safe, quiet, and friendly. We went to the beach one day and they had everything we needed for our day out. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for making meals. The internet was fast and reliable. Nice big backyard to relax and have a cool beverage in the evening. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful, very well kept home! Easy 6 minute drive to the beach. Very helpful and generous hosts!

We went as a family of 5 with older kids (ages 22, 19& 14) and the house worked perfect! There was a delicious plate of HOMEMADE cookies waiting for us on arrival (kids ate them up quick!) A binder full of super helpful hints & ideas for dining, beaches and beach access, entertainment, etc. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Extras like linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen staples, beach items & toys and even aloe (which came in VERY handy) were provided as well. Hosts response was super quick. Cost was very affordable especially with location and the extras provided. Our first big trip south and first time to Florida and if we come again we know exactly where to stay! Can't say enough good things about this place! Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect home, extra extra clean

We have stayed at several VRBO homes and this was by far our best experience. When we walked in the lights were on, a plate of fresh baked cookies, and a awesome hand written welcome card. We can not say enough about how clean this home was. Everything we needed was in this house. Dan and his wife Do Not cut corners. Good quality products. Paper towels are thick, good dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent supplied. House had everything we needed for our week stay. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and peaceful. The outside was as neat as inside. Great location close to everything. Thanks so much Dan and Deniece!!

Best Home away from home you will find!

This house was perfect for me, my boyfriend and my 4 kids. It was very clean and beautiful. They had everything that you would need available at the house. If I needed anything Dan responded right away. Cookies, coffee and water were definitely appreciated after a long morning of flying from Indiana to Daytona. Everything was close by and the binder of their favorite things in Daytona was very helpful. If we go back to Daytona Beach, we will definitely book with them. It was our first family vacation, I couldn't have picked a better place. Thanks again Dan & Deniece !

Perfect place for a family

This place was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We could have left everything at home and we will next time we visit. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Dan was sooo nice and attentive. He was just a text away if we had any problems which we didn't. Just an all around wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back. For my kiddoes the bunk beds, toys in the closet and the backyard were what won them over. Location is super close to everything and owners even have a nifty little book that tells you some of their favorite local spots. BOOK NOW you will not be disappointed! Thank you Proctor Family for taking such great care of us.

Amazing experience!

If you’re planning a trip to Daytona, and need a place to stay- look no further than this property. House is located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood, and is close to everything! Communication with the owner was extremely easy, and he replied immediately. You could not ask for quicker, responses from the owner. The house was spotless! The owners took the time to bake cookies for my friends and I that were waiting for us at check in. They took the time to set up an extra bed. The attention to detail was impressive! It was a great place to spend a few days. The entire experience was fantastic! I’d give 6 stars if Homeaway allowed it!

Perfect little beach house

This stay was wonderful. All of the extra little touches really helped make us feel at home the second we walked in. Everything was very clean, and having some beach towels was great as we seemed to have forgotten a couple. Thanks for a great family trip!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

The house was nicely decorated, clean and well prepared for our visit. It was effortless to get settled and we throughly enjoyed the fresh baked cookies. There were 8 of us and the house had everything it advertised and the the hosts were very accommodating. Our kids enjoyed the fenced in backyard. This was our first experience with VRBO and I would highly recommend this property to all our friends.

Property was very nicely kept, clean, neat and comfortable.

Great stay, everything we needed for a comfortable stay during bike week. Cookies that were waiting for us were a wonderful treat. Communication was great, if we needed anything I have no doubts it would of been accommodated. Very nice neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this as an option for future stays.

Clean and fresh

This place is just what we needed after running around in New York. The home is clean and refreshing. The beach is only a 10 min drive from where we are staying. We loved every aspect of it!

We are the Proctor family. Our family has lived in Daytona Beach for over 35 years. We love the community and love for people to come and experience it. We have actually lived in the same neighborhood as the Airbnb house for almost 30 years. It is a quiet, family neighborhood. The house is 7 minutes from the beach and ocean and we are addicted to the beach sand and salt water!

We hope you will come and visit Daytona Beach soon and fall in love with it as much as we have!
