Disfrute de las vistas, la fauna y la tranquilidad en el salmón pintoresco río. Situado a 23 millas al sur de la ciudad de Salmon, Idaho la cabina tiene todas las comodidades del hogar. Oportunidades únicas para la recreación en el río o el senderismo y disfrutar de las aguas termales. Excelente para la caza y la pesca. Puerta de entrada a algunos de el desierto más grande de los EE.UU. Ubicado a la salida de la pintoresca Hiway 93, la unidad de abajo es tan bonita como la vista desde la terraza. Casa viene voluntad de todos los servicios, junto con un gran 800 metros cuadrados de cubierta justo en el río. Tres dormitorios y una reina cama plegable en el salón significa un montón de espacio para que las familias extendidas y disfrutar de sí mismos. La casa cuenta con Wi-Fi y un reproductor de DVD, juegos y puzzles. El lugar perfecto para relajarse y descansar después de un día en el río o en el país de nuevo. The cabin on the river was the perfect location for stargazing and fishing. The property is extremely clean and is well stocked with supplies. The host was very helpful.

We have stayed on this property before. Great location and the cabin is well kept and has everything we need. It would be nice to have a bit of a choice for TV for later at night but that is a minor detail.

The house was very comfortable and nice. Loved being right on the river. The games in the house for the kids were excellent. If we get the chance to go to Salmon again I would definitely try to get this house again

Hidden gem

The cabin was perfect! It had such charm and is so unique, and yet also has all the amenities that we needed! The deck is glorious, and my son loved fishing in the river. The birds are wonderful to watch and listen to, and we were so delighted with the two baby deer and their momma who were frequent visitors. We found the location to be ideal to explore the area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice house on the river

The house is on a lovely lot with trees and a big deck, a few feet from the Salmon River. The beds were comfortable and the internet service was good. The location was perfect for us about midway between Challis and Salmon. The only drawback is there is a lot of highway noise from Route 93, so although the setting is quite lovely it’s not really peaceful. Would stay again.

Cabin by the river

This was a wonderful experience, the cabin was very nice and right on the river. It had an amazing deck with a great view. My husband did fly fishing right out front and had a good time, he caught several cut throat trout. It was very relaxing and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Would definitely do it again.

Charming cabin

Let me start by saying that the pictures do not do this cabin justice. It is such a beautiful, cozy, inviting place. We loved spending our days on the deck and watching the river flow by. It is such a beautiful setting. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies we could want or need. We had a family of deer visit every night and a bald eagle would fly above the river while we ate dinner outside. It is a truly special place.

Clean, Cozy Cabin in Beautiful Location

I can’t say enough about this cabin. It was clean, well-equipped, and the location was beautiful! We sat out on the back deck every evening drinking wine overlooking the spectacular Salmon River! (The ONLY thing negative I have to say … and it’s a tiny matter … is that the microwave is too weak. Maybe an upgrade in the future?) Again, loved the place!

Great property about 20 miles south of Salmon. View and river proximity as advertised. No cable, but streaming capabilities. Tv in bedroom requires casting. This aspect should be better explained on website.

There is no cable service available in the area. There is also a DVD player and DVD’s in the hutch in living room.

Rustic, Relaxing Cabin

My sister and her husband and I enjoyed the deck and beautiful river scenery. Very quiet, relaxing. We grilled one night, cooked others. We did a day rafting on the Salmon (fun—tons of exotic wildlife!). We did a day at Goldbug Hot Springs (spectacular) and Williams Lake. Saw the Ghost Town. Long drives to get places, and not tons to do. But if you are looking for peace and quiet, it’s perfect.

Nice place on t e river

Second time we stayed here, met our needs, close to the area we wanted to be. Just for us it was just too hot this time of year so we’ll see how it works up next year. I’m assuming this property is used for hunting and fishing so a hose outside for you so might be nice. be careful of the low branch on the three backing into the driveway.

It was great!

This is a great cabin, that has all you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, as well as in the comfy chairs in the living room. The kitchen is abundantly equipped, there's speedy wifi, the beds are great (well, we tested only one queen bed). I recommend this to anyone! Oke, there is a huge satelite dish in the garden, but no satelite TV, but I don't complain... Thanks you owners, for letting us stay.

Thank you..that satellite dish should be in a museum haha! My Dad put it in in '73 one of the first ever made. The cabin is set up to use Wifi on the TV, Netflix or Amazon or Hulu or whatever your preference. There are also lots of movies a DVD player and games, cards etc.

My husband and I stayed in this adorable cabin for 4 nights. I can't begin to describe how amazing this property was! The cabin itself was spotless clean. I haven't stayed in a property that was this well equipped! The washer and dryer was so convenient after a day spent at the hot springs. The back deck was a stone's throw from the Salmon River. We spent many hours on the deck watching the river flow by. It was so relaxing! We utilized the gas grill for cooking our dinners. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

The property is Great, amazing view! The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The only black mark on this property is the neighbors. We are responsible adults in our 50’s, who have spent our entire lives serving the public in fire & rescue. We came to Idaho for a break from the stress of COVID & MPLS riots, only to get a call from the owner to say the neighbors were complaining about us-Not for the loud, late night drinking parties but because we drove 20 MPH instead of 15 down the road, because we parked a horse trailer in the ditch for 2 hours from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm as our friends joined us for dinner ( blocking NO ONE at that time of night) and lastly because WE almost hit the neighbor who mindlessly darted out right in front of US on her lawn mower. In a world that truly has shown us nothing but horror, ugliness and death lately, my only wish is that people could find some compassion. Compassion for their neighbors, compassion for complete strangers that they know nothing about or their circumstances. PS the neighbors may want to talk to the other neighbor who drives the Chevy Truck 45 MPH down their road. He ran us off the road because our 20 MPH was not fast enough for him.

We ask, in the note with directions, that guests drive slowly because there is so much wildlife, elders and kids on four wheelers around, even at night, on the road. We made every effort to be courteous and respectful when making the call. We are so glad you enjoyed the cabin, and make every effort to make sure it's comfortable and cozy.

The cabin was built by Gina's Dad in 1972. A retired Marine, he enjoyed the outdoors and fishing. We have continued to update it and added the new deck. All of the rock work in the fireplace and walls, as well as walkways outside were built by Casey Peru, Gina's Dad. The beautiful light fixtures and one of a kind wooden tables, lamps and cabinets were also built by Casey.

We inherited this property and all of Casey's amazing work when he passed away a few years back. We decided to rent it so that we can continue to improve and update it.

Bird watching is amazing. On the flight path for many migratory birds, combined with a large, diverse bird localized population there is always something interesting to see. If you enjoy the back country you can drive or hike to many beautiful areas. There are beautiful hot springs close by and many interesting things to see and do in the Salmon area.
