Great Lake get away

The house and property was clean and located in a quiet area with great views of the lake. Plenty of room inside and outside for the family to spread out and enjoy the views, watch movies or play cards. The property owner was very helpful and responded to any questions promptly. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Dissatisfied

Huge drop offs in both entrances to house. Back patio needs cleaning. Grill filthy and unusable.bathtub drains slowly.door lock broke. Someone trying to pry window screens off in the night. This looks like it happens all the time. Left 3 days early because I actually was afraid at night. No compensation whatsoever from Owner. Had to rent another place for the rest of my stay. Would NOT recommend. Needs a lot of talc and security updates to including lighting

Hurricane Laura getaway

Walking into the cabin it felt like a home away from home. Since this property is on the water I wished the backyard and patio was kept up better. That won't stop me from coming back. We will book this place again.

Great Location!

The location is perfect for active families! Sunrise is so peaceful and sunset is amazing over the reeds. Can easily run or cycle directly from the property. We rented kayaks, SUP boards, and a pontoon boat - loved having direct access to the water. The owner is very responsive. The house needs some minimal maintenance (like spots in the carpet and worn furniture), but I would definitely recommend!!

Comfortable an relaxing

Lol, my expedition or truck didn’t fit under car port. Which is not a big deal. Looks good when you walk in. Everything is matching 4th of July that was kool. The back patio was full of spider web an spiders . The gas grill as well. Couldn’t enjoy it at first . So we cleaned it as much as possible to enjoy it. No big deal . We couldn’t swim . To much trash around the boat dock an around in that area . Over all good fishing spot . I would stay again any time.

Def not first choice

Cute house and great location on lake nasworthy! But we get there and course it was hot and the house stunk really bad! The back room looks like it has had dogs or animals pee and poop all over it. Nasty stained. We had to wash sheets and course the refrigerator was rough. Moldy old food and just nasty. It’s an ok place to stay just very dirty and not taken care of. Course we found it last minute but will never stay here again. Def for the price we can find something way better!

Made in the shade

This is not a high end rental, but it is a nice, comfortable rental.It lacks in a few areas, but makes up for them in others.It has four nice cable televisions.Beds are fine and the house is surprisingly roomy.The AC kept the house very cool in 100+ degree weather.The lake area was excellent and nicely shaded.The patio furniture needs upgrading, but is serviceable.Overall,my wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The accommodations were amazing. The setting next to the lake was both exciting for the kids and full of tranquility for us adults. Being a family of veterans we loved your decor! We went to town for a graduation, but will make this a vacation destination in the future! Mandy was very accommodating and helpful! Thank you for letting stay at your home.

surprisingly wonderful

Really had a comfortable feeling when we walked in. That's always the first feeling we like to get at any VRBO. Loved the fact that the back yard was fenced from the neighbors so the dogs could be free off leashes. They had a great time and they were the reason for the little getaway. Only had one bad (little bad) thing not good to find... coffee grounds were still in the holder from last visitors and very moldy. We left it so that owners can decide what to do with that. Other than that, bed very comfortable, great TV's in all rooms, wonderful kitchen usage, grill outside, and of course the great view. Just loved the whole quiet experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Just What We Needed

Our family had a wonderful time on the property. It was just what we were wanting to enjoy our time on the lake. The house was roomy, comfortable and nice. So glad we booked our stay here. The Stewart Family will be back in the near future.

Very Nice Clean Lake Home

We travel to San Angelo every year to watch the Drag Boat races. We have done the hotels, pulled our travel trailers but we decided to try the rental this year. It made a huge difference and made it so convenient. The place was perfect size and was on the water with a boat slip so bringing our boat worked out great! I hope to rent it again next year! It had all the comforts of home and plenty of room.

We had a very enjoyable stay. it was comfortable and quiet. We had trouble with the TV ( not familiar with Direct TV).it was a short drive to downtown. We would like to come back next year. Wal Mart neighbor market conveniently located up the road. The listing was accurate and the amenities were great. The property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to others. WE went for a nice steamboat ride that was at the Spring Creek Marina.
