'The Fairway Getaway' es una casa más nueva en una hermosa comunidad de campos de golf ubicada justo al lado de la I-75 para un transporte fácil y rápido a cualquier parte del suroeste de Florida. La casa cuenta con un excelente plano de planta abierto con amplias vistas de la calle 12 y 13. La casa está decorada con un tema costero fresco y aireado que hace de su estadía una escapada tranquila y relajante. Cada habitación está completamente amueblada con muebles de lujo y todos los accesorios necesarios para una excelente estadía. El lanai se expande por toda la parte trasera de la casa y está lleno de muebles acolchados para sentarse y relajarse de día o de noche mientras ve pasar a los golfistas y la puesta de sol sobre los cuerpos de agua en el campo. En 2016, se instaló una hermosa piscina y spa para disfrutar aún más del hogar. La cocina está completamente equipada con todas las necesidades de cocina y más allá, con juegos completos de platos para servir a toda su familia. La suite principal es grande y privada con acceso a la terraza y un vestidor de gran tamaño perfecto para todas sus maletas. El baño principal adjunto es de gran tamaño y está equipado con una ducha, bañera de jardín y tocadores separados. El dormitorio de invitados delantero tiene una cama queen size, televisión, tocadores y armario. El otro dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una cama doble con una cama nido desplegable perfecta para dormir dos.
El vecindario es ideal para caminar o andar en bicicleta con aceras a través de la subdivisión e incluso calle arriba. Está a solo un corto trayecto en coche de los famosos centros comerciales Ellenton Outlet y de varios restaurantes y bares. Las excelentes playas de St. Pete / Clearwater, Siesta Key y Anna Maria Island están a solo 30 minutos en automóvil, por lo que es fácil elegir una nueva playa para visitar todos los días.
La televisión por cable y el Wi-Fi son otro gran servicio que se ofrece para hacer que su estadía sea lo más conveniente y cómoda posible.

The In-laws

We had a truly wonderful stay! Our family first visited this beautiful property in July 2023 and instantly fell in love with it. Two years later, in July 2025, we returned—this time with our new son-in-law—and began creating new family traditions in this special place.I searched high and low for the perfect combination of privacy, a pool, and a golf course—and this home has it all. The fact that the golf course is literally right in the backyard is a dream come true for my husband, and now, fortunately, for our golf-loving son-in-law too.The home itself is gorgeous, and the property manager was a pleasure to work with—helpful, responsive, and professional. A beautiful property with attention to details. Just a short drive to LECOM park in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need to cook, play, and relax. The pool area was lovely and where we spent most days from early morning to evening. We would love to go back!

Stay here!

This property was very clean! The pool area was great with a tv and stereo outside for added entertainment. Plenty of chairs and loungers to sit and relax poolside. The kitchen had enough pots and pans for cooking dinner and spices galore! Great communication with the owner and very responsive! Neighborhood was also safe. Beds and furniture were comfy. Plenty of towels and just an overall pleasant experience staying at this property. Publix literally less than 2 miles down the road! Thanks for opening your home to us for a wonderful vacation! We will definitely stay again!

The location of this house is ideal. It's central to shopping and easy access to the highway. Jessica is an awesome host. She was prompt in her communications and made sure we had whatever we needed. Spacious home and lots of room on the screened patio. My boys love the pool and the fact there is a TV on the back patio to enjoy!

Great house

The house was nicely decorated and well maintained. We loved spending time on the lanai watching the golfers. The outdoor grill, griddle and beverage fridge were a plus as well. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Kitchen was well stocked as well.

Close to a 5 star

Pros: Place was very clean, pool was clean, spacious, great neighborhood, and has a ton of amenities and a great place for a vacationing family’s, unless they need WiFi. Cons: WiFi is terrible, Hot tub is never heated or owner has it disable, only one smart tv which is out side in the lanai, could turn on master bedroom tv. Lots of remotes with dead batteries and gets confuses which one runs what or goes where, ceiling fan over table of lanai is hanging on by a thread, burned out lightbulbs. Over all, with a few updates, it’d be a 5 star. So 4 stars, but I get it, it’s a vacation home/rental, it’s in FL with lots of snow birds! 😜😉

Florida Getaway

The house is beautiful and located in the perfect place overlooking the golf course. Husband played the course. The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooking. The biggest treat was the outdoor living space with the pool, tv, and dinning table. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Great time

There were 6 adults and we had a great time. This location was convenient to all venues we had to attend that weekend. On our downtime we loved the pool and all amenities that were provided. The only downfall is that kids said hottub wasn't warm enough. I would definitely love to go back.

Peace and quiet

We used to spend every vacation in tourist hotspots, until finally having enough of the traffic, noise, and craziness that comes along with them. We’ve been to this home three times and each time, we walk in the door, see the beautiful view from the large siding glass doors, and we’re at ease. This home makes sense (I’m guessing because the owners use it for themselves). It has what you need and it’s practical. Great outdoor area. The neighbors are great. You won’t hear obnoxious late night parties like you’d have in a tourist area. The beach isn’t too far. We found a nice shopping and dining area this trip that’s only 20-ish minutes away in North Sarasota. Responsive owner if you have questions.

Best place to stay

I have been booking homes for my vacation rentals for years. Never have I ever had a home so completely equipped with everything you could possible need. I must say, Jessica went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I contacted her a few times with questions regarding restaurants or house matters, and she responded immediately! This home was absolutely beautiful. There was not one thing over looked. From the space and comfort of every room, to the beautiful outdoor space with relaxing views and entertainment center complete with bbq grill and griddle. The stereo system and tv was an even bigger bonus out by the pool area. The pool and hot tub were the perfect touch, so very relaxing. We had friends over a couple times and they were amazed at the amenities that this home offers. If you are looking to rent a vacation home in this area, this is the home for you, believe me.. If you have little ones, you'll be very happy with this home, it can sleep 9 comfortably. Every detail you can think of was provided in this home, right down to the laundry soap. I would be happy to stay at any home that these owners offer.

Beautiful house - couple issues

We loved the way the house looked. It is clean, well decorated, and stocked. It is spacious and bedrooms are perfect for a family. There are 3 bedrooms one with a bunk and separate bed and kids loved that. The master is large and well appointed. You can get access to the pool from the master bedroom. Loved the large patio doors that opened to the yard. Outdoor tv is a great perk and we all loved it. Used the bbq too. Beautiful backyard with several chairs to relax in and lights at night. You do get golfers right there so not a ton of privacy. You can see all sorts of birds at the little pond outside. So, the main issue I had was a kind of big one for me. I search for homes that have both a hot tub and heated pool as we come from the cold up north to thaw out after winter and that is one of my main requirements-that both are heated at the SAME time. I’ve even paid extra for a heated pool. Here, we couldn’t get both heated so if you wanted the hot tub, the pool was freezing. If you wanted to heat the pool, cold water came into the hot tub. The first few days we were there it was quite cold so we just ended up staying in the hot tub. So, I felt I paid for both, but couldn’t use both and that was quite disappointing especially for the kids. The only other issue is we kept getting these tiny ants all over our food in the kitchen and hall bathroom. They were even crawling on the kids’ toothbrushes and paste. Overall, we always enjoy our time in Florida and appreciate people opening up their homes to rent but I probably wouldn’t stay again if that pool issue couldn’t be remedied.

Excellent stay

This house was perfect. I would highly recommend it. Every morning I sat out by the pool and watched the early morning golfers play. The golf course was on the other side of a pond so the golfers were not up close to the house. The wildlife around the pond was also fun to watch. The house had plenty of room and was very clean when I arrived. The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe. I would like to stay here again next year.

Great property - but had pool issues

Would have loved to give this property a 5-star rating, but continued pool/hot tub issues dropped it to a 3. I'll start by outlining the pool/hot tub issues and finish by explaining why this is a 5-star property if they can fix the pool issues. We arrived on 12/24 around 7:00 PM. Even though it was Christmas, communication with the owner was great. Upon arrival, we had a couple simple questions that she answered quickly. We unpacked and went out to the hot tub to relax after our long trip. Unfortunately the hot tub wouldn't heat up. I contacted her again and she said she'd turn the pool to 91 degrees and the hot tub to 101 degrees. She said it would take about 15 minutes for the hot tub to warm up. After 1 hour it hadn't warmed up at all so we just decided to skip it and go to bed. Over the next 5 days we went back and forth on possible issues, but the bottom line is that she controls the heat for the pool and hot tub from an app on her phone so it's very cumbersome to try and troubleshoot issues. At first, she thought the issue was the cold air temperatures (even though other pools were working just fine), then possibly low water levels, then issues with the app. By Wednesday evening (mind you we were leaving Friday morning) I finally expressed my disappointment with her commitment to resolving our issue. We talked on the phone and she told me about an override on the side of the house that allows me to set the hot tub temp manually. THAT WORKED so we were able to enjoy the hot tub Wed and Thursday night. However, I question why that option wasn't given to me on day 1 or 2 and furthermore it didn't fix the pool water temp so we didn't get to use the pool at all during our stay. We paid a premium to get a house with a heated pool/hot tub and out of the 7 nights we were there, the hot tub worked 2 of them and the pool was unusable for all 7. I feel like we didn't get what we paid for. Other than the pool issues, the house is immaculate. We have rented 5 VRBO's in the past four years. I'd say this house was the best stocked of all of them. Towels, linens, ample toilet paper, paper towel, well stocked kitchen (utensils, pots/pans, spices, oil, cooking spray, etc), plenty of TV's, clean rooms, bathrooms......top to bottom-probably the best house we rented. The grilling area on the lanai was awesome - top notch grill, a flat top cooker - plenty of propane. We loved the house and neighborhood. ONLY disappointment was the pool.

A restful retreat close to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely spacious home. It was the perfect retreat to rest while we relocated to FL. The peaceful lanai overlooking the golf course was where we spent our mornings. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and all slept well. The host was very kind and helpful. We will be recommending this home to friends and family. Thank you, Jessica!

Amazing property

My family and I enjoyed our stay more than you can imagine . We couldn’t get over the pool and the lanai with the outdoor grill and tv. We did not want to leave and will stay here again . The communication with the owner was very responsive . The neighborhood was very peacecful . The house was very clean .

Beautiful Home & Neighborhood

The home was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos! The view from the pool and lanai was incredible plus completely private. The lanai has fans and a tv, so we were able to spend the majority of our time outside, even in the July heat!
