Este condominio está ubicado en el corazón del St. Muelle Simons Island y área de la aldea. Está justo al otro lado de la calle de acceso a la playa marea contingente. A sólo unos pasos de distancia son el St. Faro Simons, frente al mar de Neptuno parque con piscina de estilo resort, parque infantil, mini-golf y áreas de picnic frente al mar.

Beach House 707 es un encantador de dos dormitorios, dos y medio baño de casa maravillosamente decoradas en una decoración de playa casual. Los pisos de madera y paneles de largo crean un lodge de pesca como la atmósfera acogedora, ideal para escapadas de mar!

El comedor ofrece asientos para seis y la cocina se ha actualizado con nuevos electrodomésticos. Hay una sala separada con una cama plegable para acomodar una persona extra.

Su balcón privado con el suave sonido del océano en la distancia es el escenario perfecto para el café de la mañana, cócteles por la noche o un gran libro playa!

Pictures don’t do the location justice!

Would absolutely stay here again! The master bed was so comfy and the location to the beach is ideal. Just a path through the sand and you’re there! I love that there are only four units in this building so it’s really easy to go back and forth without the headache.

Family vacation

The condo was in a great location and we could look out the balcony at the ocean. A short walk to the beach and a few blocks further to the shops and pier downtown. We cooked most of our meals at the home and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We loved Emily's Beach House! It's in a perfect location so we could walk into the village and also walk right to the beach. We loved the decor in the condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and well taken care of. We loved sitting out on the porch listening to the waves in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely return for more visits.

St. Simon’s Island Getaway

Beach trip

We have stayed here twice now. Great place and so close to beach and village. Have stayed in 4 different places on St Simons but this is our favorite. Hope to stay more often.

Great place--will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and intend to visit again! The place itself was clean and exactly what we needed for our family of four. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and all the restaurants there and also a walk, just a little further, to the restaurants near the King and Prince resort. We would definitely stay here again!

School is Out For Summer (Teacher Retreat)

We had a blast during our time staying here. Everything was as described and location to the beach was great! We walked to shopping and all of our meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable beach style condo

Loved this condo! Beautifully decorated, easy walk to beach. Parking right in front. Spent a lot of time reading on the balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The area was very quiet.

Perfect Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emily's Cottage! It is comfortable and cozy. Among the many features that we liked was the walk-in shower. We had a lovely view of the ocean from the living room and the balcony. And it is literally 74 steps from the ocean. Our Oglethorpe neighbors were friendly and quiet. And it is an easy walk to The Village.

Best Trip Ever!

We stayed at Emily’s Beach House for the Fourth of July, and have never had a better trip! The location was perfect, we brought our bikes, but also rented a golf cart to make getting around a little easier. The condo was clean and quiet, and we loved all the rustic hardwood and brick touches
