This house came completely stocked with everything you need to cook, have a cocktails with friends, play games (so many games), a big hot tub, a huge-plush-comfy clean couch with super large TV, wifi, pool table and so much more. The owner was incredibly nice and the communication with us throughout was outstanding. We would 100% go back to this property and it will be highly recommended.

Yes the hot tub was nice. Only my two daughters -in- law used it on Sat. night. They lived it. Definitely dog friendly. There were dog dishes provided and the yard is fenced. Plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend for families. Well stocked kitchen.

The property was well represented by the listing and was perfect from cleanliness to amenties. The property owner was easy to communicate with and was very helpful throughout the whole booking process/stay. I would 100% recommend staying there.

We had a great time staying at this house (8 adults, two teens, three toddlers). The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the beach (and a medium walk to Fenwick Island attractions). The layout is a bit unusual (the bunk bed room is only accessible via the room with two double beds and the room with two queen beds is only accessible via two bathrooms) but it worked for our needs and the house/deck are spacious enough that everyone had space to play and relax. The house is clearly well loved and used and a bit of TLC (replacing lightbulbs, doors/drawers that stick, better dog hair cleaning, more towels) would take this rating from a 4 to a 5 (and again, its big in a great location, so we'd overall recommend).

Great location and communication

Everything was very easy with the owner. Quiet location close to the beach (a few blocks). The house is laid out a little weird, but so big that it doesn’t really matter. Would gladly stay with my family again!

This this house was amazing for my family. It was our very first time taking a very large family vacation. The house had everything we needed plus more and our host Mat Fox was great to deal with answered questions, promptly. We all had such an amazing time and we are getting ready to book the same house for next year. I would highly recommend this for a large family we were able to take our two dogs with us, which was great a small fenced in backyard, which was safe for the pups to play in a large deck for them to lounge on. Again, highly highly recommended. Best part was a very short walk to the beach. and a beautiful neighborhood.

Great Stay

Had a great stay with our extended family. Check in and out were very simple and straightforward. Very flexible and helpful host. Overall location of the property was great for the beach and other activities. Space, both inside and out, was abundant for the whole family and dogs with everything we could need. Nobs on the stovetop were misaligned, but worked fine once you figure it out. Deffinetly a great option for large groups and families!

The house was large so that was great for our large group. But the bathrooms were not clean and the Hot Tub was not clean. The deck was a mess. Luckily there was a yard blower right there and I set out to clean everything on the deck. I also cleaned the Hot tub. The bath tub didn’t work. The furniture in the family room was dirty and broken down.

Great place for a large group

This house was great for our group of 14, lots of room, close to the beach. It was super stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and bikes. Matt was great, easy to communicate with and helpful, even allowing a little later check out on New Year’s Day. It’s an older house, a little funky layout with the bathroom walkthrough to the kids suite, but it worked for us. We loved the hot tub, especially after our annual cold plunge in the winter ocean. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Location

We loved that this house was away from the main road, but close enough to walk to the beach and nearby Sunsations store. The boardwalk is only a 20 minute drive away. It was nice to have a private backyard with a patio and hot tub. The pool table was a huge hit! The bathrooms are a bit awkward with two bedrooms being in the other side of them, but we made it work. We would love to come back!

Wonderful 1st experience

This was our first VRBO rental and it turned out great. First time ever we had all our kids and their kids under one roof for something other than a holiday gathering. Lot's of beach time and we appreciated all the supplies the host provided. Check in/out was smooth and the host was very interactive in communications. We're looking for a different venue next year, but would definitely consider it for a future vacation. Thank you Matt and Colleen!

Very comfortable

This is a great place for a medium sized family. There were ten of us and there is plenty of space inside and out for relaxing and enjoying family time. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the strange layout of having to enter the back bedrooms through the shared bathroom/laundry, the house was perfect for our family needs. We liked it's proximity; close enough to the beach to walk.

Large Family Thanksgiving

We rented the property for our family of 17 for Thanksgiving weekend. The home was as described. The large family room was able to accommodate us all for family and game time. The guys had a great time shooting pool. The home was clean and well equipped. Easy walk to the beach. The only small challenge was both full bathrooms provided access to a bedroom and the bunk room. The host was readily accessible for questions or concerns. Overall wonderful experience.

This was a great house with so much to do. The beach was so close and there were tons of great restaurants around. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and the outdoor space was fantastic. Very grateful we found this place that met our entire groups needs!

lots of great gathering space

we enjoyed a nice week with 11 family members. The house had everything you need and the host was extremely responsive! outdoor grills, a well stocked kitchen and 2 fridges worked out great. Plenty of places indoor and outdoor to eat, playgames and enjoy family time. Host was correct 145 th beach was perfect. Beach was Handicapped accessible and there was a local hotel right there that had a pool bar open to public. It was a great place to stop for a drink and dip in the pool before heading back to house. Beach was walkable but also alot a free parking available except on Saturday (very crowded). Overall highly recommend this house.

Perfect Beach House

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this house. We love the 6 bedrooms and pull out couch in the family to fit our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, bikes, well stocked kitchen, beach gear, fenced in yard for our dog, the big deck with lots of seating, and having the sheets and towels provided. Our grandkids lived feeding the fish in the koi pond in the front yard. The location of the house is perfect with quick accessibility to Fenwick and Ocean City. It is a very short walk to the beach. Caine Woods is a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and plenty of parking on the street. We enjoyed walking to Harpoon Hanna’s at night. A water park and miniature golf are very close by. The owner had great communication with us all week and checked in to make sure everything was ok and even gave us a reminder to take the trash out for pickup on Tues. and Fri. This beach house is perfect in every way!

Our family vacation

We were so happy with our stay at this wonderful VRBO. We had 10 adults and 5 kids under 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. It came with everything we needed and more to just enjoy our stay. We loved how close it was to the beach (within walking distance) and all the attractions, and yet it was a quiet street and neighborhood. We felt very comfortable there. The outside space for the house was very nice. We even shared it with a neighborhood bunny. The hot tub was wonderful and we spent every evening on the deck. Our only regret is that we didnt have a longer stay to enjoy more of what was offered. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to enjoy our vacation, the ocean and some time together as a family. Memories we will cherish forever.

New Year’s Eve Vacation

A group of fiends and our kids rented the house for an extended New Years Eve get together. The house was the perfect size, well stocked and the hot tub was perfect. Matt was a great host who made everything so easy and answered all our questions promptly. I would highly recommend!!
