Excepcionalmente bien mantenido 3 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños condominio con 2,200 pies cuadrados, todo en un nivel. Unidad del segundo piso con techos altos abovedados, grandes terrazas privadas y espectaculares vistas del océano, el sonido y el muelle Jolly Roger. Disfruta de estacionamiento cubierto, elevador privado directo a la unidad y acabados de alta gama en todo el hotel, incluidos pisos de mármol, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El dormitorio de invitados en la parte delantera tiene baño privado con bañera / ducha, lavabo doble e inodoro. El dormitorio de invitados medio (1 cama queen + literas triples) tiene baño privado con bañera / ducha, lavabo doble y cuarto de baño separado. This property is perfectly located walking distance from everything. We fell in love with Topsail Beach and were excited by the perfect location. Kitchen is well appointed for all your needs. The views are fantastic. Great hosts who were very communicative when I had questions. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time - the beach was very accessible and was wonderful. The rental is in a nice area with walkable restaurants, shops and ice cream. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, inside and out!! Ocean front, not far from pier at all! We had a couple of issues. Hot water in the master bath did not work in the shower or in the Jacuzzi tub. The owners gave us a small refund for the inconvenience and had a plumber out within 24 hours to fix. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding so it really was a huge inconvenience for us as we did need all the bathrooms to get ready for the wedding! None of the TV remotes had batteries upon arrival so we have to go buy batteries to use the TVs. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with! We would stay here again!

Perfect location for a girls trip! The space is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Prepare to bring some toilet paper and, as previous reviews have mentioned, you’ll be retrieving linens and towels in the carport in tubs and bringing them upstairs. This unit is up 2 flights of stairs, but it was worth it for the ocean view!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the view and access to the beach. Location was also great for good restaurants and shops in walking distance. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic place! Has everything that you need! The view from the beachfront porch was just wonderful. The location is perfect. You are close enough to walk to some great food and shops but it is not a busy area. The beach was not crowded and it was very clean! The kitchen was well equipped and the WIFI was great! I would go back tomorrow!!

Unmatched View and Location

The view and location of this property was fantastic. The porch was so large and spacious with the most incredible view of the ocean. That alone, made this vacation fantastic. You do have to make your own beds and the carpet and furniture are older. But overall, I would stay here again and enjoy that perfect view and easy walk to Larry's.

Great location and love the beachfront

Overall it was a great stay, we loved being directly in front of the beach and the location was perfect to get to restaurants within a short drive. I wish the listing would have stated that the unit was on the third floor because having to lug items up and down was a hassle. We were also surprised to learn that we had to bring up a container of sheets and towels and set them up on our beds (which is the last thing we wanted to do on vacation). A simple heads up would have better prepared us but overall wonderful stay!

Amazing Vacation

We loved the property and location. Seems to be the quieter section of the island which is exactly what we wanted, and the beachfront was unbeatable. The unit was very nicely updated and a great size for our family. (3 kids and 4 adults) Overall a great vacation.

Great Rental

This condo definitely exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, very nice, and it was also a great location. We did have a question that was answered within minutes by the host, so add great communication to the list. Would definitely consider staying here again if we end up back in Topsail.

Large beautiful ocean view condo

We were so pleased with how spacious this place was. The bedrooms were big with nice bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. And you cannot beat the view of the ocean and pier. The owner replied quickly when I had questions or concerns and was great to work with.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed seeing our Marine and staying at such a wonderful place. Decor was spot on. Everything we needed was available. For luggage in and out, we used the back entrance. It seemed easier than the spiral front entrance. Loved our stay and enjoyed the light switch game.

Amazing Condo and Location

We really enjoyed this rental. The condo is very nice with amazing ocean views. It is located right on the beach near the downtown Topsail area. You can walk everywhere in Topsail and then drive, if needed, to Surf City. We had a wonderful week at the condo and highly recommend it!

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Top Sail Island this summer! This rental property was perfect for our family. The property owner is very responsive and pleasant to work. The property is very nice and updated, and the location couldn’t be better! The property is ocean front and also walking distance from a couple of restaurants, wine bar/ coffee shop, convenience store, ice cream, mini golf and gift shops. It was the perfect property for our family vacation!

Wonderful location and condo!!

This was the perfect condo and location for our long beach weekend! The condo was exactly as marketed…plenty of space, views were spectacular, linens provided, etc. We had a question the first night and received a response promptly. Loved the extras in the place like the low lighting in the kitchen and baths! Loved the multiple areas to spend time…playing games on the dining table soundside, talking in the great room beachfront, or my favorite place- the porch! Would definitely stay here again!
