Esta magnífica casa de 2000 pies cuadrados con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en East Naples ha sido completamente remodelada en 2015/2016 e inspirada en Jullian's Interiors of Marco Island. Situado en el desarrollo exclusivo de Woodlands en Kings Lake, Naples, este brillante y hermoso hogar de Florida está disponible para alquiler. Esta casa no es un alquiler típico y con toques de diseño de alta gama atraerá a los viajeros más exigentes que no desean comprometer la calidad y la comodidad. Fantastic!

Beautiful house, wonderful neighborhood! The lanai was a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The pool was a 30 second walk out the back. Enjoyed using the bikes for an morning/evening ride around the nearby lakes. The house had all amenities, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Steve was a fantastic host and available anytime for questions. Highly recommended!!

Lovely home in Naples

We stayed for a month and found the location to be wonderful. The home is clean, modern and updated. The lanai is spacious and well furnished. We ate breakfast and lunch on the lanai almost daily. The pool is for the neighborhood but is located just behind the home’s well landscaped and private back yard. We had it to ourselves 95% of the time and we swam almost daily. Having never stayed in Naples before, finding the beautifully landscaped neighborhood for walking and biking as well as a mile or so walking path around a neighborhood lake close by was a great surprise. It is also located 2 miles from the Botanical Garden which is gorgeous, and about a mile from Sugden park which is free, has a sand beach and a walking path around a freshwater lake.

Outstanding rental and host

We could not have been happier with this very spacious home in a pleasant community a short drive from Naples. There is a great heated pool just steps from the house which we usually had to ourselves. Steve, our host, was very responsive and helped us out with special needs. We would book again in a heartbeat. This is a real home with a welcoming feel. Thanks, Steve.

This rental way exceeded expectations. Stephan was a gracious host always in communication. The home was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, and Beautifully kept. There was literally no one ever at the pool so you basically had your own private pool. The amenities Stephen includes with the rental (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach blankets, bikes) ect. You never needed to rent anything. The neighborhood was quiet yet near so many amenities. You can get to any of the surrounding areas easily. This was by far the best rental through VRBO we have ever had. We will be back! Thanks Stephan for sharing your beautiful home.

Well exceeded expectations!

We are a family of two adults and four children (ages 5-11) who stayed at this property for eight nights during December 2021/January 2022. We were visiting from the Washington DC area. We had a fantastic stay! Landlord Steve was very helpful and responsive to our questions prior to booking and also post booking. He went above and beyond in providing us details about the property (+extra pics!) and recommended activities in the Naples area. The property was amazing; clearly well looked after, cleaned and prepared for our stay. The screed in porch out back was amazing and the community pool was only a few yards away. We visited the pool most days and mostly had it to ourselves (many neighboring homes had their own pools). The location was also great; there was a Publix grocery store and shopping mall (inc Starbucks) < 1 mile away and many restaurant options < 3 miles away. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks (many lakes to walk around). The beach is 10-15 mins drive. All aspects of the property exceeded expectations! We hope to visit again.

Peaceful Holiday Vacation

Very clean, family home in a great location 10 minutes to beaches and 5th Avenue in Naples. Great towels, shower and lanai. Excellent communication with owner quickly resolved only problem. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Spacious home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples and this home was perfect for our trip. Steve was very thoughtful and helpful with great communication before, during and after our stay. The home is even larger than it looked in photos, and includes large walk in closets with plenty of hangers to really feel right at home. We ate just about every meal outside on the lovely lanai, watching wildlife in the yard and enjoying the weather. The pool is literally behind the house with a very a short walk between trees, and although it is a community pool, we had it to ourselves every time. The beach is a short drive, and we had no trouble with parking. Naples 5th Avenue restaurants and shops also very close, and the Publix in basically in the neighborhood with a few restaurants in the shopping center. My husband went for a run everyday with no issues. Overall I'm very happy with our VRBO pick and highly recommend it for your Naples vacation!

This property is exactly as advertised. It is in an establish residential area that is beautiful and close to everything Naples has to offer. It is well equipped and well maintained. The owner's response to any question was almost immediate. As a visitor, this is a house that you will want to take care of so that you can be invited back. We felt like we lived in Naples and we're not just there for the winter. I highly recommend this house for any amount of time you can stay.

A beautiful respite

My partner and I are both business professionals that live in New York city. Last fall we decided we needed a long weekend to just get away. We found this great property. The house is completely renovated, it's clean, bright and best of all very quiet. On arrival we sat on the Lanai and enjoy the birds, the trees, flowers and a couple of cocktails. Morning and night each day we enjoyed the community pool and never saw another person. The pool is pristine. The kitchen at the house is large, bright and well stocked we delighted in cooking and sitting on the Lanai for dinner. There is a grill as well. This is a truly delight for New York city dwellers. The neighborhood is great for walking, running and cycling. We played golf at 3 different public courses all within 10 minutes drive. Each afternoon we headed to the beach. This rental property gave us everything we wanted: peace, privacy and quiet while being central to all the things we enjoy about Naples Florida. You can count on us to be back soon.

A wonderful vacation!

My husband and I along with my brother and his wife enjoyed a restful, relaxing holiday in Naples, FL, in this modern house which is located in a quiet, very pleasant neighborhood. The house has a spacious living area and large bedrooms; so we were very comfortable. Since the kitchen is well supplied, we cooked most of our meals here, enjoying the lanai dinning table as well as the indoor dinning area. The grocery store is a short drive away. I agree with those who said that the beds were comfortable. We rested quite well. The pool was heated, so we swam almost everyday. Most times we were the only ones using it. The surroundings are woods and gardens, so one cannot see other houses or yards from the pool area. This place is for those who want tranquility. It is not for those who want to constantly be in the "middle of it all," though a short drive will take you there. The owner, Steve, was attentive and provided all the necessary information (by email).. He made us feel welcome in his house. It is evident that the owners take good care of the place and are concerned for detail, making sure that their guests can enjoy a pleasant stay in their home. I trust that we can again visit this lovely place.

Relaxation in Naples

We had a truly fabulous relaxing holiday in this welcoming, spacious, well furnished and well equipped house. There is so much to see and do in Naples. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the beach together with great shopping and restaurants. Played golf, went sea fishing, visited local islands and the Botanical Gardens. So much to do and not enough time so we definitely want to return. The owner Steve Callaghan was very helpful to us with our planning.

Winter Sun

Had an amazing time, the weather was perfect and the accommodation couldn't have been better. It had every modern convenience we could have wished for and more besides. The beds were so comfortable! The location was great and was only a short drive away from 5th Avenue, Tin City and the beach. There are many restaurants in and around Naples that are easy to get to, you're spoilt for choice. We particularly liked Tommy Bahamas, its an old favourite. I hope to go to Naples again the same time next year and I will certainly be checking to see if this house is available.

Autumn sun break.

Stayed for two weeks, very relaxing. The house was perfect for the three of us. Loved sitting on the terrace or watching Gv on the huge screen. Handy for Naples centre, spent several days on the beach, played golf and went fishing. Would stay here again. Kevin from England.

Holiday in Royal Lane, Kingslake, Naples.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful house close to the centre of Naples. The house is modern, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It also has a pool, attractive garden and extensive outdoor space. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it very highly.

Vacation paradise

A fabulous place to vacation. A very comfortable attractive house with access to all of the attractions of Naples - good restaurants, wonderful shopping and gorgeous beaches with beautiful sunsets. The house is very well appointed with a lovely garden and swimming pool. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommended!

This was my first visit to the USA, the house was brilliant and more than adequate for all our needs, amazing and beautiful location, amenities nearby which included beaches which stretched for miles and first class restaurants where we eat lobster and alligator steaks. Sunsets to die for, white sandy beaches, wonderful people, the town of Naples and a comfortable, clean inviting house all made this vacation into a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

A gem of a house! The open concept in the living room/kitchen area is airy and well appointed. The property provides privacy and serenity yet is close enough to enjoy the amenities of the area. The en suite bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated and maintained. The lanai could not be more delightful and got a lot of use. Artis Naples is excellent, and, if you cook, Oakes Farms is choice for shopping. Yes, we would recommended this property. This home is a winner!

A Wonderful Experiece

It was a perfect home for us....Everything was provided....we did not want for anything....The owner of the home was nothing but hospitable to us from us from the moment we arrived via e mail.... This is a five star stay!

We loved our stay at Royal Lane! The house is a sunny and very spacious 2 bedroom with an open floor plan and a huge lanai with both sun and shade. Not only was it immaculately clean when we arrived, but it is so nicely decorated we felt immediately at home. If you love to cook, the kitchen is amazing for a rental, with plenty of counter space and all of the kitchen essentials- even an immersion blender! And there are plenty of dishes and glassware if you plan to have guests. The neighborhood pool is lovely and quite large and really only a few steps beyond the backyard. It is never crowded, in fact we were often the only ones there.. Kings Lake is a terrific community. It is established, well tended and shaded. There is a mile long walk around the lake and an abundance of beautiful Florida birds to make your morning exercise a joy. It is close to the local supermarket too- so close you can walk or drive without going out on the main highway. While it feels quiet and peaceful, you are less than a ten minute drive from the nightlife in Fifth Avenue. Most importantly, Stephen is a fabulous host. He responds to all of your inquiries immediately and does everything he can to make you comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental.

I stayed in Naples in 2008 when I was undertaking some commercial flight training at Naples Airport. I fell in love with Naples, and in particular, Kings Lake, sold our property in the Auvergne region of France and began looking to buy in Naples, Florida. We waited a long time to find a property in the inner circle of the Woodlands (just 15 houses) and after a direct mailshot placed in everyone's mailbox, we finally found what we were looking for. The house has undergone a full remodel in the last few years.

I live in Manchester, England and am now the MD of a retail company and owner of Flightnews Limited. I also work freelance as a business coach. Marie is a French teacher at a local High School. Dan recently completed his degree at Oxford University and now has a key role in the family business and Charlotte has recently completed her English degree at Newcastle University and is working in Influencer Marketing

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Finding the right home is difficult. We must have looked at hundreds before we made our minds up and we got to know the property market really well. We chose Kings Lake because we loved the individuality of each house and the wide open spaces between the properties. We specifically chose the Woodlands because it is what it says on the tin: Huge trees and established shrubs and foliage make this a very desirable area. The private access to the actual woodlands directly from the back yard, and the gorgeous tropical pool were a real attraction too.

We have remodeled this property to a high specification. We spent hours trawling through design magazines and enlisted the support of Interior Designer Julie from Julian's Interiors of Marco Island. She gave us some great ideas on how to achieve the effect we wanted. We enjoy open plan living where the kitchen and living area come together. With this in mind we commissioned Yorkvale kitchens in England to design and build a custom, shaker style kitchen that would become the focus of the house. It took us twelve months from design to build, shipping and installation. The kitchen is now in place and with the pompeii quartz countertops, we love what they have created.

After years of looking for the ideal home in Naples, I knew when I walked through the back yard into the private Woodlands at the bottom, that I'd found a real gem. There are three and four bedroom homes with a smaller footprint than our house but because our property is two bedrooms, it offers a real sense of open space. The master bedroom suite is enormous. With four in our family, this is just perfect for us. We don't have a pool and that suits us perfectly: When our friends come over with their young children we can feel totally at ease. And the benefit of having a beautiful tropical heated pool just ten strides from the bottom of our yard is just fantastic. Especially since hardly anybody ever uses it!

We've added some great features to give the house some real style: The cathedral ceilings in the lounge now have four skylights in 9ft tunnels to bring the Florida light into the living room. The unique smooth, stained, marble effect concrete flooring helps keep the house cool and is a great design feature too. We've worked hard to create a really nice outdoor space with travertine tiling and in ground remote controlled full spectrum mood lighting. With the patio sliders fully retracted, inside and outside living come together just as we wanted.
