Nice, Clean Place with Beautiful View

We stayed for a week. The check in process was so easy and we would recommend this place. The hotel restaurant was good and the beach was gorgeous! The reef park out in front of the beach was an added bonus for snorkeling.

Fabulous Spot

Visited with my teenage daughter and her friend. We all loved the condo and resort. There is something for everyone. The perfect place to get some R&R. The location of the room was perfect with a beautiful ocean view. We will be back!

Fantastic condo!

Our long weekend was great! The condo was very clean and well equipped. An added bonus were the showers which had great pressure and got "the beach" off of you in record time. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Facility

We loved our stay here! My wife and our kids stayed here comfortably for 5 days. The master suite was spacious and the amenities were wonderful! The staff was always very nice. It was close proximity to Jupiter, Palm Beach, and everything we wanted to see. The beach access was nice with the kids and the pool and food service was very convenient.

Beautiful and comfy!

Beautiful condo! We've stayed in another condo here at The Marriott but this one had much more comfy couch, with enough seating in the living room for 4, and the patio chairs were super comfy. Also had a keurig and regular coffee pot which was wonderful in the morning!

Beautiful views and spacious

Our family loved the property, both the suite and hotel along with the amenities. The only downside was the mandatory valet (which I know is out of the hands of the unit/owners; however did impact the enjoyment of our stay). Valet took over 40 minutes to retrieve our car on two separate nights and that was including requesting the vehicle online before heading down as they advised.

Beauuuuutiful views!!

Incredible views out all the windows, and very clean and modern! We only stayed for a couple nights and wished to have been there longer! There was a lot of people so the beaches were a bit crowded, but nearby MacArthur Park’s Shorelines were pristine and with much less crowds. Only wished the Internet was included in the price, but the outdoors offered so much that we hardly needed it. Carmine’s Italian restaurant nearby is a Must-Go dining destination! And next time we hope to hop on over to Peanut Island and explore.

Beautiful beach front property and very spacious. The only issue was cleanliness. The handles were a bit sticky in the kitchen and there weren’t many cleaning supplies. I purchased sanatizing wipes to clean the surfaces. Other than that, beautiful property.

Very nice place but in need of maintenance

The place is very nice but there were more than a handful of items that need attention. I plan to contact the manager to have these issues rectified (leaking washing machine, pocket doors off the track, etc.) Otherwise the facility is very nice, upscale yet very family friendly even for the little ones.

Beautiful location very dirty condo

The location was amazing. However, when we arrived late at night there were no towels in the master bathroom for us to take showers. I did contact the rental and they responded and brought some the next morning The microwave was extremely dirty on the inside, there was food along the margins of the beds, and the outlet in the bathroom looked like it was going to catch fire ( I didn’t use it but it was burnt) I did contact the rental regarding how dirty the condo was and didn’t receive a response until the end of the stay which was 4 days. It was a lot of money for such a dirty space

Lovely Property

This property, location and value is fantastic. A bit of a challenge being in the hotel and some services belong to them and some services belong to the property ownership. We stayed for 4 days over a weekend, some things wouldn't / didn't get resolved during my stay. As an example, both bathrooms have lighted, magnified, cosmetic mirrors. Neither mirror lights worked. I suspect the bulbs had burned out. While not critical, disappointing. The TV in the Main bedroom didn't work...was told that the Hotel services the TVs - so a report was filed, but no resolution during my stay. So my main bedroom didn't have TV viewing during some down time. Another issue is the room was generally clean, but many surfaces, ledges etc. very dusty/dirty; this means the level of cleaning isn't frequent nor hi-end hotel standard. Never got WIFI working in the room. Both the hotel management and the property manager pointed fingers at the other and couldn't help, and referred me to the other. Luckily I didn't have to do any work the weekend I was there, otherwise I would have been SOL. While hotel is quick to remind you that they are not able to help with much, they do take a credit card at check in and immediately deduct $400 from your bank account for incidentals. Many positives, but these non-critical issues definitely separate hi-end, working executive amenities from a 4-star Resort to a mediocre run VRBO.

In regard to the inconveniences you faced with the TV and Wi-Fi, we apologize for any confusion caused by the division of services between the hotel and privately owned condos. Rest assured, we are working to improve communication and coordination between the two entities to enhance the overall guest experience. Guests are connecting to Marriott's WiFi, and unfortunately any issues with the building's internet is beyond our control and must go through the hotel staff directly. Our televisions are also provided by the resort, and therefore, they are responsible for rectifying all of our television concerns. We were sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you experienced, as we did not receive any notice during your stay. Nice apartment with great view to both, the ocean and the intercoastal. The beach is amazing! On the negative side, the only option for parking is valet parking and it is expensive; you need to take this into account before reserving. Renting chairs at the beach is expensive too but there are beach chairs in the apartment. The food and drinks at the beach were convenient.

Great Stay!!!

My family and I had a time! The unit was clean and spacious. The restaurants on the premises are convenient as well as the Starbucks. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will recommend this place.
