La Mesa - un lugar mágico para quienes están familiarizados con Palm Springs. Un área de baja viento, el barrio goza de privacidad tranquila, muy cerca de restaurantes, campos de golf de clase mundial, tiendas y rutas de senderismo - Ah, y los residentes con nombres de la casa!

Esta casa y casita maravillosamente equipadas tiene capacidad para 6 u 8 invitados con una configuración relajada de espacios abiertos de entretenimiento. más áreas separadas para dormir para la privacidad deseada.

La casa cuenta con una cocina con cubierta de granito abierta con barra de desayuno de estar, así como una zona de estar tradicional. El espacio remodelado cuenta con electrodomésticos de alta gama, abundante luz natural - y un amplio espacio para varios cocineros! En el exterior, también hay varias áreas de comedor: junto a la piscina o al lado de la fuente, ¡tú eliges! Los jardines ofrecen un amplio espacio para los miembros de la familia 'furry' también!

La suite principal ocupa su propia ala de la casa situada directamente en la zona de la piscina - despierte a la piscina y vistas a la montaña cada mañana de su estancia! La suite tiene una cama de matrimonio, amplio espacio de almacenamiento además de un baño remodelado preciosa, con dos lavabos. La ducha a ras de suelo de gran tamaño está equipado con múltiples cabezales de ducha y paredes de bloques de vidrio que traen la luz de Palm Springs muy bien en el espacio. Los dos dormitorios adicionales, bien equipadas, en el lado opuesto de la casa comparten una sala de baño remodelado y cuentan con una cama de matrimonio y dos gemelos en el tercer dormitorio.

CARACTERÍSTICA PRINCIPAL: la piscina climatizada y el spa de El Portal 120 disfrutan de abundante sol durante todo el día, junto con espectaculares vistas a la montaña y setos de 10 pies que rodean por completo los espacios.

La gran ventaja - la casa de huéspedes adyacente no es su espacio típica casita! El gran apartamento cuenta con una zona de cocina con cubierta de granito abierto a las áreas de estar y comedor, con un amplio dormitorio y baño de ducha. El espacio también cuenta con su propio espacio de entretenimiento al aire libre con una mesa de comedor adicional y asientos.

Las estancias de temporada baja califican para una cuarta noche gratis, por favor pregunte. Además, la casita PUEDE tener disponibilidad semanal (solo) para solteros o parejas.

Sólo una (corta) milla al sur del centro antiguo pueblo de Palm Springs, este compuesto es un sencillo y agradable a pie de restaurantes, spas y tiendas, además de excursión memorable. Descomprimir? Great house in beautiful neighborhood

We loved this home and it was such a fantastic neighborhood. Great for grandparents, friends and kids to enjoy. Convenient to downtown and beautiful hikes . And it's super cute to boot!

Loved my stay

This house had everything my family of 6 needed. There’s plenty of space with a beautiful pool and park like backyard. My 2 dogs loved it as well.

Thank you so much for this wonderful get away! This property is absolutely beautiful and has a fantastic layout. The property is very private and was great for our 4 legged kids. We loved the pool and Ken (owner) is AMAZING to deal with We will absolutely return for another stay!

Fabulous house in Palm Springs

For the 3rd consecutive year, 4 of us golfers have come to Palm Springs to enjoys great golf. We have stayed at this house all 3 times and completely love the accommodation, the pool, the hot tub, the backyard, everything. The property manager does a great job at making sure every need is met. Great house, great place.

Great house in Palm Springs

4 golfers have stayed here 2 years in a row for a week each time. Fabulous spot. Close to highways and airport and downtown and many golf courses. New owner Ken is fabulous and Tom the property manager was very accommodating. All in all a great place for PS.

The kitchen was well stocked and all the amenities were up to par. 5 golfers stayed for 5 nights and we all enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, very well designed and maintained and conveniently located. Casita is sweet. Outdoor areas with citrus trees was fabulous.

The perfect location for a Palm Springs getaway!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and well kept. The owner, Ken, was so nice and accommodating...we couldn't have asked for a better experience! It completely lives up to, if not surpasses, the pictures posted online. I highly recommend staying here for any of your Palm Springs vacations. It also was quite reasonable for what we got. Thank you Ken!

Beautiful Property!

We loved our stay! The backyard is huge, beautifully landscaped and so many fruit trees. The pool was very clean and warm. The property also has a casita that my mother in law stayed in and she loved it, it had everything she needed. The house had everything we needed and Tom, the property manager, was very attentive, answered all our questions and great to deal with. We loved this area of Palm Springs and would definitely come back again.

Great Time on the Mesa!

We got to stay on the MESA for 2 Weeks and had the best time hosting “snow state” family members! Having the casita was ideal to give adults a little space and the pool brought a 4 year year old to ask” could he live here all the time”! We hope to be back and Tom(Property Manager) helped every way possible! Thanks Ken for including the Mesa in VRBO!

Great house for a large group

This house was perfect for a group of 8 girls on a Bachelorette Trip. The house was a greta set up, extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location is perfect- only a mile from the main downtown area, but very secluded and quiet so you have your own space. Tom was great to work with and very accommodating allowing us to have a late checkout. I would definitely come back and stay here again, and recommend this house to all of my family and friends.

Fantastic Property!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Ken's property. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. A great place for large parties with enough space inside and out so you don't feel like you are walking all over each other. The yard is spacious and relaxing. Ken was very responsive to all questions and quick to reply. I have already recommended this place to friends and I can't wait to come back.

We love staying at The Mesa!

This is our second stay at The Mesa and we love it. Ken is great to work with, Tom, the property manager, is always available. We travel with my mother in law, and the casita is perfect for her - it has everything she needs. The beautiful yard, the citrus tress, the house itself (very comfortable beds and lots of room to be together or spread out), the pool, the location - we really love it all and hopefully will be back in another 2 years. Thank you Ken and Tom!

Thumbs up from the family

We visited in January and our family enjoyed the house. We spent a good amount of time by the pool and it gets great sun. The orange and lemon trees were full of fruit which we also took advantage of. There was some chipping in spots of an older coating applied to the pool deck but overall condition of the house was very good and my wife loved the kitchen.

Relaxing and comfortable

We arrived with a rain and wind storm, but we’re able to use the heated pool and hot tub. When the sun came out later in our stay we found the pool area perfect for getting sun and for swimming even with cooler than normal temperatures. The pool area is very private. The house is comfortable- bed, couches etc. and the kitchen was lovely to prepare meals in. The neighborhood is great for morning dog walks. Both the owner and manager were nice and easy to communicate with and available if we had questions.

Very relaxing!

A quick get away from all that is going in, was exactly what I needed. This is a great property and very private. Beautiful outside area with fruit trees, relaxing fountain and bunnies! My dog Max loves to chase after the furry visitors to the yard. Ken was great to familiarize me with everything the property contained and checked in with me during my stay to make sure I was able to find anything. Highly recommend this property! A relaxing stay to be had by all. Great morning walks around the neighborhood to beat the heat. Thanks Ken! Matthew and Max

Perfect family getaway

The Mesa is a beautifully maintained and landscaped large corner property in the lovely Palm Canyons neighborhood. We felt immediately at home when we pulled in and couldn't wait to jump in the pool! My husband and I went for 10 days to the desert with our little pup, and everything about this stay was perfect - the pool is incredible, covered half in shade by mid afternoon so you can tolerate the desert heat, and has a gorgeous view of the San Jacinto mountains; Palm Canyon Mesa is situated at the base of the mountains so the morning coffee in the backyard is lovely and at night you can sit in the hot tub and see all the stars! Close to spectacular restaurants and a happening little downtown area (only some shopping and outdoor seating open in Covid but super fun to stroll!) The owner, Ken is very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, made great restaurant recommendations and provided truly amazing southern hospitality in SoCal. We will 100% be staying at this house again!

Blissful summer getaway

My husband and I have been craving a getaway for months and our week at this beautiful oasis was just what the doctor ordered. The house is super comfortable and very well appointed, the grounds are lush and full or fruit trees and the pool is fantastic. I have been craving some summer pool time and literally spent 80 percent of my time submerged. It is the perfect size and was the perfect antidote to the triple digit heat and the last few months of stress. We brought our small dog and he also had a blast and enjoyed running around the grassy orchard chasing rabbits. (They were way too fast for him so he didnt catch any) we used the casita as a separate space to work and take calls in and and it was so convenient having that extra space. Ken, the owner, is wonderful and warm and truly made us feel instantly at home. We will definitely be back.

100% Satisfaction

The house is just as pictured on VRBO. It has comfortable beds and furniture, the best equipped rental kitchen I've ever seen (and I've seen many), and on our visit it stayed cool on 80+ degree days without the need for AC. The house was extremely clean, and I had no worries on the virus front as a result. The interactions with Ken and Tom were both professional and friendly. On arrival at about 4 PM, we found that the patio door lock didn't lock and there was a minor leak in the bathroom. Both issues were taken seriously and were fixed by noon the next day, with Tom the property manager coming by to introduce the handyman. The patios surrounded by palms were the jewel for us. Their decor was stylish, furniture comfortable, lots of umbrellas to block the sun when needed. The star watching was amazing - full on stars even with the ambient lights of a small city. Stars and palms will be our number one memory! As others have noted, you couldn't beat the location. The Mesa neighborhood was a pleasure to walk around in, with many gorgeous homes and spectacular landscaping. So convenient to downtown for taking out from restaurants. We literally hated to leave, and we will try to be back as soon as the situation permits. Thanks for the memories!

Not worth the money

We arrived to find dog poop all over the yard, sliding doors that would not lock and had an AC literally fall off the wall. We left early.

Great location - friendly host - perfect getaway!

Ken's place has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Palm Springs. We enjoyed the yard with pool, hot tub, fire pit and multiple seating areas in sun or shade. He has his home well-stocked for his guests which is not always the case with rental homes. We were in Palm Springs during the busy Modernism week so spent more time cooking in rather than eating out - the grill was perfect for our BBQ's. We enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood and renting bikes at a near by bike shop. All 6 of us agreed that we would definitely return to Ken's home in the future.

Lovely Property

My husband and I stayed for 8 days while we were house hunting in Palm Springs. The location is close to everything. The home was comfortable, clean and the pool is amazing. Plenty of backyard space for the dog to play. Ken was staying in the casita next door and was very accommodating.

Perfect family get together at El Portal

Ken and Tom were exceptional, and always very responsive. The house and casita were clean and very welcoming. We had a small family reunion with our dogs and could not have asked for a better place to come together. The highlight of this property to us was the beautiful backyard, pool, and hot tub. All worked beautifully. Thank you Ken and Tom for a remarkable stay in Palm Springs.
