The owners are very friendly and go beyond to make sure that you have a great stay. This location was just right for fishing and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. I would book this again.

The unit is great! There are 5 units located in this building and makes it affordable for 1 family to rent a bay front unit right on the bay. The walls are very thick, so little noice is heard within the units. It’s a very short walk to the ocean since the island is very narrow in the Bradenton Beach area. I’m pretty sure it’s 5 houses wide on 10th street, and not much worry about finding a beach access point, but you will on other parts of the island. This is a great location to launch a kayak or paddle board just off the wall in high or low tide. Fishing off the dock or just watching many ships pass by with binoculars is entertaining. Bring Binoculars if you have them. We’ve stayed here the last 2 years, and Bob is always great. It may not happen every time, but both of our stays were able to check in much earlier than 4PM. In both circumstances we were still on the road and didn’t really get there early enough to benefit from his generous offer. Any questions I had were answered pretty quickly. I did get to meet him this year and enjoyed talking with him for a bit. We saw countless dolphins and Manatees in the ocean and bay. We talked some of our friends into renting the unit above us and made the week much more enjoyable as if it could get any better. The unit had beach towels, towels, wash rags, beach chairs/umbrella, and some toys. Sorry I don’t have anything negative to say. I could say, I wish it had a pool, but then the rates would be 1,000 more.!!!!!

We had a great time at this condo! The location was perfect close to Jewfish, the beach (across the street), and all the best restaurants. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bob was amazing and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and was very spacious for two adults and two teenage boys. . The view of the bay was beautiful. Bob was great. Would recommend this property.

Bradenton Beach House

Great place for a family of 4 in a great location. Our kids were so happy to be able to fish from the pier, or take the short walk to the beach. The house has everything you'd need as well.

We had a great week at Siesta Sunrise and couldn’t have asked for better weather.

This condo is just as listed and had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach and the sunrises from the bay were beautiful each morning.

We had a wonderful time in a perfect location! Our condo was clean and had all the necessary toys, plus! We loved sunrise mornings on the bay side, and 1 block to the sunsets. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location

Super cute with an excellent location. Ocean and bay view. Property is on the third floor with steps as the only access. So make sure you’re good with that. We had a great time!

Perfect Stay

My family had an amazing stay at Siesta Sunrise. Perfect location, especially if you love Sunrises. Morning coffee on the balcony is priceless, sit back and enjoy. Quick walk to an amazing beach. Bridge Street is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Bob is easy to communicate with and responsive. I pray I can stay here again one day.

Location, location, location

This condo was perfect for four adults. We had a view of the bay and could walk across the street to the beach. The town was a short walk, as well. We had kayaks delivered to the property and were able to get out on the water. Great scenery and lots of wildlife.
