Loved this place. It is not far from the beach, secluded, and in a nice area. Fairly priced, loved they had everything we needed there so we didn’t have to over pack or make a huge grocery haul. The owners were very kind. We will definitely recommend to others and use them again. It was perfect!

Exceptional stay!

We loved our stay at the cottage. It is so peaceful with a beautiful lake view. The cottage is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sadi, the host is very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend the cottage.

Great property!

Me my husband and our 6 month old son stayed here for a week visiting family and the house had everything we needed! Such a beautiful property pictures don’t do it justice it is close to all the stores and the beach we will definitely stay here again when we come back down!

Awesome property and owners

I loved the location as it was nice and quiet. There was plenty of room for my dogs to play outside. The owner is super sweet. He even brought us some homemade banana bread. I would definitely stay again!!

Perfect getaway, wonderful host

My young-adult daughter and I stayed a week at Sadi’s cottage and would have enjoyed staying longer. The cottage was a perfect home away from home. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. It sits on a large gated property that is very private and quiet, away from the bustle of the beaches and downtown, but close to everything. Sadi is a wonderful host -- very helpful but not intrusive, generous, thoughtful, and kind. If we have another opportunity to come to Vero Beach, this is absolutely where we want to stay.

Home away from home

Property is centrally located close to many eateries and shopping centers. My furry kids enjoyed themselves running around the beautiful property, and we all felt very safe.

Immaculate, Private, Amazing, Beautiful, Wonderful!

This Cottage/Bungalow is wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels with plush and thick. The kitchen appeared well equipped but we ate out most meals. He has thought of everything and there was nothing that we needed. He even has fishing poles, beach chairs and towels. The picture of this property does not do it justice. It was behind a security gate on his compound. The pond next to the cottage is very lovely. The grounds are beautiful. Sadi was very kind and friendly. My son rents a room in a private home so when I flew in to spend the weekend with him for his 25th birthday, I needed a place for us to sleep & hang out. Sadi and his bungalow did not disappoint. Our jet didn't land until Midnight and we didn't get to the bungalow until 2 am. The directions were clear, it was very easy to find. It is literally a stone's throw away from the Vero Beach airport where my son works for Piper Aircraft. It's also very close to the beach and all my favorite hangouts. Mulligans & Waldos. We will definitely go back. Thank you SADI!!!

The best private and quiet place in Vero Beach. Our 4th stay and it keeps getting better and better. The cottage is spotless. Everything is minutes away, like shopping or the beach. We see the turtles and the cranes on the pond each stay.

Wonderful location. Very private, quiet.

It was a great location and very private for our stay before we close on our home. Easy to communicate with the owner. We did purchase a floor lamp to read and will use it later.

Great Homebase

6030 Gottage was the perfect location for my husband and I to use as a homebase to move his parents into a new location. It is very comfortable location that fit all our needs. We highly recommend this property.

Dreamy Cottage on 10 acres

We absolutely love this cottage. It was exactly what we were looking for. Extremely clean with all the amenities you can think of, including umbrella and beach chairs. The pond is fully stocked with Tilapia, fishing rods are also provided. Location was great; about 10-15 minutes to beach. Shops and restaurants are within 5 minute drive. Sadi our host and owner was great communicator and a lovely person. Can't wait to go back. Our best vacation via VRBO.

The Greatest Place to Stay

We extremely enjoyed our time here my husband is not a big Florida person but her daughter recently moved to the Vero Beach area and she had left her dog and some of her belongings behind at my house and we decided to take it down to her my husband was kind of dreading it because he always feels there’s not much for him to do in Florida by the end the trip I think he felt like he wish we Haywood had a book a few more days this is extremely quiet private very clean super nice people oh and my husband‘s favorite part a private pond stocked with Talapia my daughter kept calling us going where are you guys and I can tell you where we were just sitting outside a few feet from the very nice cabin fishing tilapia 17 to 20 inches long and I can tell you we took quite a few home they bite like a warm spring day after a really hard winter best place to stay the price was super I can’t say enough about the accommodations they leave the poles outside Fish we didn’t even take ours out of the truck even though we brought poles along and I know the next time I say hey let’s go down to Florida and visit our baby girl you’ll be the first one in the truck can’t see how much we enjoyed this it gave us such a much-needed rest so comfortable and just so so quiet just a beautiful place and best of all dog friendly I never like to leave my little guy home he’s my shadow thank you again and I know next time exactly where we’re going and we’re gonna make sure we clear the calendar for those extra days just super

Absolutely perfect! The studio was extremely accommodating. We had our dogs with us and they enjoyed the outdoors that were spacious. Our host was very nice and hospitality a plus! We definitely will be back.

A peaceful retreat!

I rented this for my hubby for his birthday weekend🎉 We both work hard being in the contractor business and we don't take much time off so when I found this place even though it wasn't real far away it was so peaceful and serene 😇 The cottage was in beautiful shape and everything you could possibly need right there at your access! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and just relaxing in the hammock in the evening ! Before our stay I had been in touch with Sadi the owner and he was a godsend the whole time from booking till the end of our stay! I will definitely be letting other's know of this get away and I will most definitely book again myself😊😁😊

A true hidden gem!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Sadi's beautiful cottage. It was so much more than we expected. It was an absolute gem. The cottage had everything we needed for our short 3 day stay. We were close to everything. It was the perfect place to unwind. We didn't want to leave. We cannot wait to come back!

Our 2nd Stay

It was so wonderful we came back again. This property is spotless inside and out. It is 10 minutes to the beach with lots of parking there. It is 5 minutes to the shopping center. If you are not staying on the beach this is the very best alternative. It is quiet, private and relaxing overlooking over the large pond.

Great Vero getaway

The Cottage is a perfect place for two people and a dog who want to enjoy the Vero Beach area but also want some quiet, safety and privacy. We enjoyed the huge yard and beautiful pond. Sadi was a great host who made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our two-week stay. We would definitely rent this property again.
