Perfectamente ubicado en el centro de Noosa Parade con un aspecto soleado del norte, justo en el río Noosa, esta casa de playa tranquila e impecablemente presentada es ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de todo lo que Noosa tiene para ofrecer.

Un acogedor salón abierto y un comedor dan a la piscina, al jardín y al río. (La cerca de seguridad de la piscina se extiende por la parte posterior de la propiedad, cercando la piscina y el río desde la casa).

Si cena, le encantará la cocina moderna y moderna, bien surtida y espaciosa, que cuenta con comodidades modernas y vajilla, cubertería y utensilios de cocina de calidad. Cene al aire libre completamente bajo techo o en interiores. El salón cuenta con un televisor inteligente, Apple TV y sistema de audio Sonos y todas las habitaciones tienen su propio televisor separado.

Las tres habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, con dos habitaciones principales con hermosos baños; El tercer dormitorio tiene un baño familiar grande inmediatamente adyacente.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculately clean, it had everything we needed, was perfectly located just a short stroll to Hastings St/the beach and we especially loved having the river right off the private jetty (perfect for kayaking and watching the gorgeous sunsets!). Marion and Craig were fabulous hosts - excellent communication on check in and check out.

Honeymoon bliss

We stayed for our honeymoon and we're truly amazed the house was glorious the views are amazing we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the river views. The house itself is amazing clean elegant and comfy. security is well designed with gate locks and door codes. We truly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully get the chance to stay again

Our stay in Marions house

We spent one lovely week in the property, everything was perfect from the booking till the check-out. Craig was waiting for us as planned and the check-in process was very smooth and relaxed. I cant imagine a better location to stay in Noosa. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, immaculate and decorated with excellent taste. It is very well equipped and if you enjoy cooking there is everything you need and in as new condition.I Highly recommend a stay in Pelican Sands.Thank you Marion and Craig for a great experience.

One of life’s highlights

This is a stunning property and was truly an incredible Noosa experience on the river. The property is exactly as the marketing photos depicts. The managers were excellent in their communications and extremely helpful. Our 30th wedding anniversary with our family was truly one of life’s highlights. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect stay on Noosa River

We had the most wonderful 2 week holiday at Pelican Sands. House and surrounds were perfect. Enjoyed lots of beautiful sundowners on the large jetty on the water. This was the first time we’d stayed river side and it did not disappoint. We loved it! House is equipped with everything you need. Short walk or even a cheeky bus ride into Hastings. Wouldn’t change a thing. Communication with Craig and Marion was effortless. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We’ll be back!!

Just like the photos

Absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect for a group of 6 (3 couples) with a king bedroom and bathroom for each. Position is fantastic, easy 10 minute stroll to Hastings St and right on the water. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities with little extras. The property managers Craig and Marion were a pleasure to deal with and everything ran smoothly. We would all definitely stay here again, the photos online really don’t do it justice.

Paradise!

We booked this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our grownup kids and grandson. Unfortunately, my husband had an emergency health issue and we couldn’t go 😞 BUT our kids went and sent us photos and told us what an amazing time they were having! They couldn’t fault it … perfect on every way .. home, location, views, facilities, attention to detail and managed so well by Marion and Craig. We will definitely get back to re-create our family holiday together in the near future.

Wonderful place to stay! The house was very clean & tidy with lovely furnishings. It was very well equipped with everything you need. All beds were very comfortable with lovely linen.Only downside was the was the wifi connection kept cutting out but Craig was excellent with his communication around that and helped us out with trying to reboot it. Craig’s communication all round was great, he was so helpful.Would definitely recommend this place for a holiday & would book for another stay.

Just Perfect

This house has everything you will need for a holiday at Noosa. It is well furnished and very close to all the amenities, within walking distance. The property managers Craig and Marion are very welcoming. They were always available and quick to respond to any queries. We will be very happy to go back again.
