Esta casa de 1 piso cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños y tiene capacidad para 20 personas cómodamente. El amplio comedor y sala de estar ofrece vistas a la playa y acceso directo a la playa. La suite principal frente al mar tiene una cama king, acceso a la terraza y un baño privado contiguo. Además, hay 3 dormitorios de invitados más (2 camas Queen en el primer dormitorio con baño completo). El siguiente dormitorio tiene 2 camas King y una cama de día con nido. BREATHTAKING HOME!!!

Our stay at "its five oclock somewhere" was amazing! Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony with the emerald coast water as our daily view. This home is well equipped with ample kitchen utensils and space,which made it easy to enjoy cookouts. The beds are comfy, and the home is well maintained and clean. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family. The manager was helpful with recommendations for restaurants and entertainment.

Highly Disappointing and Frustrating Stay at Panama City - Not Worth the $$$$

This house was incredibly poorly equipped with the basic items you would expect at a rental where you're paying thousands for a 6 night stay. That was a secondary problem to the HEAT! The house & bedrooms were HOT, HOT, HOT during the day and at sadly, at night too. We couldn't even relax in a cool house when it was 90+ degrees outside. Sweating in our beds, every night, under a sheet at 10PM at night. Seriously frustrating! Maintenance was called over and over and over during our stay and told us the A/C units were very old and the owners were well aware they units needed to be replaced for some time. So, we were just miserable from that perspective and the property manager essentially did nothing other than confirm that it was hot inside, shouldn't be hot inside and that she knew we were very uncomfortable. She said the owners were probably going to finally have to invest in getting new units AFTER THE RENTAL SEASON. Well, what good does that do us for our stay??? Second, this house was supposed to accommodate up to 20 people - there are lots of beds, which was nice. But the kitchen was ridiculously unstocked with the basic things you need to cook meals. We were a family of 12, cooking 3 meals a day and we had two tiny little skillets and a few small pots to work with. No mixing bowls, no measuring spoons or cups, no potato peelers, cheese grader, no salt & pepper shakers, no plastic bowls or cups - not even a single kitchen towel to dry our hands with. Just ridiculous. No wine glasses. We had to go out and buy kitchen towels. We basically walked into this house and nothing worked. TV's weren't working. Internet modem unplugged, cable box unplugged. We had to figure out how to plug everything in and get it all working. Ridiculous. Remotes still wouldn't work on bedroom TV's. More visits from maintenance... We woke up the first morning to realize the coffee maker didn't work. Had to go out and buy a coffee maker. Owners said she would reimburse us - never bothered to do this. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked. More maintenance visits to try to get these fixed. He couldn't even get half of them working. Worst of all, the beds! Absolute cheapest and flattest pillows and bedding you can buy at Walmart. Overall, this house had the most disappointing amenities we've ever seen in a high-priced rental like this. My family and I have stayed in many rentals in many places and this one was absolutely the worst.

A/c major problem

I feel the property was not worth all the money we paid. It is definitely in need of much repair. Not like the description I read on the property before booking. There were many minor problems but out biggest problem was the a/c. After reading a review back from September regarding the a/c I contacted Nina regarding my concerns. She responded by telling me it worked great and that they were two newer units. Our entire stay consisted of 3 bedrooms that were in the low to mid eighties. We had a person come out twice but now feel that was done merely to give us false hope. On Wednesday the a:/c guy said he knew what the problem was and could fix it. Nina said she would definitely have him come over on Thursday. I got no response on Thursday when inquiring when he would be there. He never showed up.

Hurricane damaged property

This is not a luxury property as listed. Whole front of house is tyvek wrapped, roof is under tarp, ac doesn't keep house cool during the day, electrical issues and no cable tv for 4 days. Had 4 repair people out to the house during 8 days of vacation. Maintenance manager said owner still waiting for hurricane settlement from 2 years ago. However, the owner stills rents as in perfect shape. AC guys states they need two new ac units because units can't get under 80 degrees during the day. . Vinyl flooring is popped up due to water damage. Property manager will answer the phone but denies the damage within the house. I have pictures. We would not have stayed if we knew the house was in repair. Renter beware!! Denied discount.

Right on the water!

We had a great time! Plenty of space, hot tub was awesome. Great communication with property owner, she answered all our questions right away. We did notice, since it is on public beach access, it’s best to get your beach gear set up early so your spot in front of the house is saved. ( at least for us since we were there during busy season)

Late summer stay 2019 - second time at this property

This was our second time staying at this property (see review from May 2018) and again we very much enjoyed this house. This time we had 12 adults and again we were very comfortable in this house - it looks very deceiving from the outside but it is quite roomy inside. Love the location, the house is right on the beach. The hot tub has been replaced and the new one is quite nice. Brand new grill as well. Nina was incredibly responsive as she was last trip and as others have highlighted in their reviews. A key difference from this trip is that this home has seen some significant wear and tear, likely from Hurricane Michael. The flooring is damaged in a few places and has been screwed down where it is warped. We had issues with the AC this year - the distribution of cool air in each room was very uneven and hard to fix/manage. One of the washing machines were in pieces inside the house. One of the toilets ran all the time. The outdoor shower is no longer. And the hose to wash your feet off from the sand was busted - the handyman stopped by and took it, but didn’t replace it. We ended up moving one we found off the front of the house to the back. These weren’t things that majorly impacted our vacation, but key points that the owners may wish to address. I gave 5 stars during our last trip and that was well deserved, but given the condition of the house this year and the fact that the cost per night was higher (and I’ll fully recognize these were different times of the year, spring off season vs fall off season), I’ve given 4 stars for the stay.

Worth it

We had a rough first impression; the property was not clean or ready for afternoon check-in. I was very disappointed that the hottub was not functional either. HOWEVER, Nina was very communicative and prompt with addressing all of the issues that she could. Our family had a great vacation and the imperfections of the house will easily be forgotten by the great memories we made.

Summer Family Trip

Loved location and our stay was enjoyable. House needs some work, but if something happened I was able to communicate and got a response right away to get it fixed. We were a group of 20 and we all had our own space and were very comfortable. Overall great!

Very spacious and comfy

The house is much larger inside than it looks from the pictures. We had 16 staying and there was plenty of room. The rooms are large and the kitchen and living room are huge. Very convenient to walk right off the deck on two the beach. We had a wedding on the beach in front of the house and the reception in the house and it was perfect Thanks again

Fantastic Stay!

15 of us made our way to Panama City Beach and stayed at this wonderful house! The house is beautiful and there is plenty of space for everyone. The large open floorplan was great so we could all be together while cooking and eating. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Beach access was the best we've ever had! Nina, the home owner, was more than helpful and very quick to respond to both emails and phone calls. I don't think 10 minutes went by without a response. She's very kind and welcoming and really wanted to make sure our stay was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this experience! You'll love it! Thanks for everything, Nina!

Lots of space!

This house has everything you want and more! Just steps to the beach and wonderful beachfront hot tub. We sat on our balcony and watched fireworks for hours for the Fourth of July it was spectacular!

Enjoyed our stay - would rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the “It’s 5-O’Clock Somewhere” home in Panama City Beach. FL. The home is large and quite spacious as well as very clean. We had a group of eight people, however this home could accommodate many more comfortably. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The second fridge and freezer in the garage were great for storing extra food, drinks, and ice. Large kitchen table was great for dinners. We had a brief problem with the cable and internet when we arrived, but Nina was quick to answer her phone and have someone out immediately. Beds were large and comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones in the house were a bit sad. The deck was great, lots of space outside. Hot tub worked well and was a welcomed addition for the cooler evenings of the springtime. Private outdoor shower was refreshing after a day at the beach and a great way to keep sand out of the house, which is of course inevitable. The house is right on the beach and only steps to the water. The house is further east than much of the hustle and bustle of the beach strip, so the beaches were much less crowded than can be found further west up the coast. Overall consensus from our group was we really loved the house and would definitely rent it again for future trips.

The house was wonderful, plenty of room. I would stay again if do something about cleaning service.

The sheets had sand in them on the first night also sand on the sofa. Check out was at 10:00 am, a cleaning lady walked into the house without knocking at 7:00am. We today her to come back at 10:30 she would not leave said she had to clean. she sat outside in the garage at the door until 10:00am.

Dream Beach House

House was so beautiful and perfect. Has everything you could need for your stay. Being just a few steps from the beach is priceless. The master bedroom is AMAZING. Did not want to leave. Nina was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and emails. Highly recommend.
