We really enjoyed the property, the only downfall was we paid for pool heat and the pool was not heated the whole time we were there other than our last night.

Wonderful stay!

Very clean throughout and almost everything is new. Nicely decorated with high end furnishings as we expected, quality bedding, towels and kitchen gears. Tastefully decorated interior, beautiful granite counters and hardwood floor throughout the house, and fully equipped kitchen. The house had enough rooms for our party of 12. It is very nice to have an AC game room where kids can play games with doors closed while we have our own time in the family room. The backyard pool deck is quiet and spacious with covered lanai and 2 ceiling fans. We had some quality time by the poolside chatting away with relatives. The house was 10 min max from Disney and very close to a lot of places. If you are looking for that "home" feeling, this is definitely the place to stay.

Great Location - Awesome layout - sweet air conditioned game room

Overall I would give this a 4 star. The house location can't be beat. It's at most 20 minutes to all the attractions with most parks 10 or so minutes. Close to many restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. The inside of the house was perfectly clean and the kitchen was well supplied, The layout is a dream with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. The 4 stars comes from the dirty pool and deck upon arrival. We are talking dirt, garbage, hair bands, hair balls all over the deck and in the pool. After contacting the property management several times, I reached out to the owners via VRBO and they finally were able to get someone out to at least clean the pool. Unfortunately, they left the hair, and dirt all over the deck. If the deck and pool had been clean, it would be a 5 star for location and overall cleanliness inside. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive which is huge for me.

SADLY A DISAPPOINTMENT

We had such high hopes for this home. After all, this was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for my family and my friends' family. The photos are beautiful, and we really wanted to believe that it was as good as it seemed. We read the reviews, good and bad, deciding to be optimistic and take a chance; THAT WAS A BAD DECISION. The home is absolutely beautiful! It was well-cleaned for sure. But, (BIG BUT) we paid $245.00 for extra "heat" in the pool and hot tub and THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE HOT TUB when we arrived. And, because there was no water in the hot tub, and the pool and hot tub run together with the same filtration system, the pool was also not functioning. We got there, and the WIFI was also not working. We called immediately and were told that the issues were being transferred to the property manager and we would hear from them directly on a plan of action. We heard NOTHING, so I called again the next day and the next with NO RESPONSE and NO ACTION taken. We stayed in the home for a week with NO POOL, NO HOT TUB, NO INTERNET, and NO TV!!! My children had some schoolwork to complete and were unable due to the lack of WIFI. I called the day before checkout and demanded a refund of AT LEAST the $245.00 we paid for the heating of the EMPTY hot tub, plus more for the lack of the other amenities we were told we would have. The day before we left, someone came to put water in the hot tub, but when you turned on the filter, it shot mulch and dirt into the hot tub leaving a disgusting mess! No action was taken at all on the WIFI. Would you rent a vacation home without a pool, hot tub, tv, and internet, plus several lights not working? No? THEN DON'T RENT THIS PROPERTY!!

Resort nice- rental property not so much!

Resort amenities are nice, however some of them come at an additional cost . Arcade and basketball were extra but cost was reasonable. Rental property has furnishings and safety issues. There was no information on tv services provided - we used our own. Too many wires accessible to children . Ripped, worn and unsecured furnishings . These and other issues made the stay less than ideal but we determined to enjoy our vacation despite the frustration. The area around the resort has nice restaurants and conveniences.

Concerns with Owner/Nova Management

We will avoid properties listed with these owners and/or managed by Nova Vacations. This was a beautiful property with great space for big families, but is poorly managed. The night of arrival we noticed that many of the basics, or what we would consider basics, were missing. The check in letter states that towels are provided at this property, but it does not communicate just how literal this statement is. There were no hand towels, wash clothes, floor towels/mats, kitchen towels, or even oven mitts. There were other things noticed as well. The pool sticks were missing tips, and one of the pockets on the table was torn through. These two things made the pool table unusable. The foosball table was missing the handle making the table unusable. So basically, the game room advertised was not usable. The next morning, we learned that the washing machine was broken. We decided it was best to email the property manager Saturday morning at the email address stated by Nova in the check in letter to inform them of our findings. After not receiving a response by Sunday night, we decided we should call the number we were given by Nova on the check in letter. There was no answer, so we left a message. No response! So, Monday night around 8pm, we called Winsor Community to see if they had a laundry facility on the premises. This individual gave us a number to call to report the broken washing machine. We were told that it was the number to call if there are problems with a Nova property. It was not the same number Nova gave us! Other problems occurred as well. These of which we feel are safety issues. The fire extinguisher was bumped. When that happened, it fell off the wall. It was observed that it is screwed into drywall without a molly. The night time motion lights overlooking the pool do not stay on. Most of the time, we could not even get them to turn on. But the third and most concerning, is the loose shower seat in the downstairs handicap bathroom. It came off while my elderly father was using it for balance while showering. I contacted Nova through the same email thread used prior to our stay. All emails were responded to promptly and professionally (within 24 hours), except this one! It’s been 13 days now and still ……. NO RESPONSE!!! Again, great house and great community! But as they say, buyer beware……

A great time and good family memories with some bumps along the way.

First off the location is Amazing!!! You can’t beat the proximity to amusement parks, stores, shops, and restaurants. Our family had a good experience but there were some issues that need to be addressed. First off, the payment process was a major stressor. The final payment is required outside of the VRBO site which was unexpected and frustrating (and also there was an extra processing fee). I think in the future that should be stated in bold letters in the description so that it’s clear to everyone. Secondly, the house was not clean on arrival. The linens and towels were not changed or clean, and the pool area was not taken care of. There was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture and the house in general but that is expected in a rental. The couch definitely needs to be replaced, though. We had paid for heating for the pool and spa but it did not work, unfortunately. The company did address this issue so that was good. Finally, the communication on the weekend (during our check-in) was less than desirable. There really needs to be someone available during the weekend to provide help. That would had resolved the majority of our issues. Throughout our stay we were able to work through these issues with the property manager and enjoyed our time there. Overall, we had an amazing time and good memories to look back on. Knowing everything we know now, We would choose stay here again! Thank you a memorable week with our family ❤️

Never again

Unexplained fees, property management change midweek led to no response to problems; dirty pool area, screen in pool cage blew out leading to bugs, squirrel, and lizards. No response from management company from Tuesday to Friday so we fixed a/c and dryer vent hoses in garage/recreation room.

Nightmare house!!!

This house was filthy when we arrived. The cleaners didn’t finish cleaning the kitchen or bathrooms. Garbage bags were piled at the front door, broken lights, ripped moldy pool screens, broken wood thresholds, green pool the entire stay no one could swim! The pictures of this house fooled all of us. We complained to the owner and he did next to nothing to make things right for us. DONT RENT THIS HOUSE!!!

Great location if planning a Disney trip. Close to everything.

Lots of space in house. Was great to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved having the private pool. Had a couple little glitches at check in and during the week but able to get resolved with phone call and emails!

Theater and a view!

Not your typical Windsor Hills home. No neighbor behind, only gorgeous views! Theater room and gaming systems provided were a big hit with the kids. Pool and spa were a welcomed retreat after a day at the parks. Spa gets too hot but we adjusted but shutting off in intervals to allow to cool. House offered all that is listed and was very clean. Beds could use replacing but did not cause any sleeping issue. Just not home :). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the home was top notch in Windsor Hills.

Perfect for Families

We loved this place! I've stayed in about 10 different houses in this neighborhood over the years, and this one was my favorite. Good location within the neighborhood near a playground and just overall the vibe is right. Highly recommend it.

Would love to come back someday.

Frank's place is beautifully decorated in soft. It had a dream kitchen and family room. The home was so inviting and my family loved the feel. Would love to come back someday.

We felt right at home and comfortable.

This is the perfect setting for people who love nature, space, privacy and luxury with super convenient access to all the major attractions of central Florida. Very clean and beautifully decorated that made you feel welcomed. Manager was awesome and always had a quick response to any question I had very. We will definitely come back when the next time our family visit the parks.

t was a nice experience. We loved it.

House was amazing! Super clean, tons of space, decorated nicely. The home is big enough that my entire family can be comfortable. Looking forward to staying in the house next time I travel to Florida.

Great home!

Location was perfect for a short drive to the Magic Kingdom and other parks. Plenty of seating in the living area. The kids loved the game room. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing. This house was perfect.

It was absolutely clean, conveniently located, and comfortable. The layout suited our 2 families and provided enough space for everyone to unwind privately or come together and enjoy each other’s company. It was so clean I didn’t feel like I had to walk around in house shoes. It’s obvious the owners take great pride in up-keeping this property, for others to enjoy. The Teal room is upstairs next to the Harry Potter room. The Star Wars room and both masters are located downstairs as well. It was a delight to stay here and we hope to visit this exact house.

I wouldn’t say it’s brand new!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights in September. The community was great! The home needed some attention. Screen in area of pool was torn in a few areas causing some unwanted bugs and a squirrel to visit, some of the outlets had duck tape in them, the patio door handle was broken- management company was amazing and fixed right away. The bedrooms were clean except for one, which they attended to. Oh, the hot tub was broke, management quickly had the pool service fix. It was okay, would probably try another property next time. Management company was very attentive.

Excellent place!!!

Great spot! Everything you need for a family vacation. Large home, beautiful pool area and super close to everything. Even a Walmart right down the street for groceries etc. We did Disney and drove to parks- very simple. Super clean and nice moden design, Beds were comfy, everything you need for your stay. Thank you! :-)
