El lujo es lo que viene a la mente cuando uno piensa en Turquoise Place, desde las habitaciones de gran tamaño hasta la bañera de hidromasaje en el balcón, los desarrolladores de Turquoise no repararon en gastos. Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños está decorada con buen gusto, teniendo en cuenta la comodidad, el confort y la relajación. La unidad cuenta con una sala familiar extra grande para grandes reuniones con un sofá y una cocina gourmet. El principal cuenta con una cama king size con su propio baño privado y zona de estar con sofá, la habitación cuenta con una cama king con baño privado, y el tercer dormitorio cuenta con literas dobles y una cama doble y baño privado. Hay más de 2,300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Televisores extra grandes con sonido envolvente en la sala de estar y suite principal. El balcón extragrande incluye una cocina al aire libre con parrilla de gas natural y una bañera de hidromasaje privada. El balcón tiene zonas de estar y comedor con vistas al hermoso Golfo de México.

Esta torre cuenta con piscina cubierta, sauna, baño de vapor, canchas de tenis, sala de ejercicios y piscinas al aire libre. Las comodidades son de última generación con el equipo de entrenamiento más exclusivo disponible y un área de piscina bellamente decorada. El complejo también cuenta con un río lento, terraza, área de juegos al aire libre y múltiples piscinas de agua salada para disfrutar. Hay un área de bar / snack en la piscina.

Overall the rental was good! Clean facility, friendly personnel, and overall good experince. I am glad I read the reviews before my trip because every other condo I've rented at Turquoise Place has had a ice maker in the bar except this one. I'm certainly not complaining as I was able to plan for it, and the ice maker in the freezer works but doesn't put out enough ice for a family of 3. I would recommend advertising in the listing that this unit does not have an ice maker! I also feel like the hole in the bar (pic below) and how they covered the drain for the ice maker certainly could have been done more professionally and isn't commensurate with a reservation of this price. A few other small issues like the hood vent buttons are stuck inside the vent housing (this is actually a safety issue). You certainly don't have to cook bacon inside or anything smelly with the vent the way it is. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick beach trip.

We always stay at Turquoise when we come for Labor Day. The unit was very cute. Some things were definitely over looked in the cleaning, but over all it was fine. We noticed a lot of things were broken or damaged. It would have been nice if that's something housekeeping could have made note about and had fixed before we arrived. A bad part of coming on a holiday weekend is that things cant be fixed until after the holiday. I wasn't that thrilled because one of the things were both of the sliding glass doors. Also I think the hole where the ice machine should go in the bar should be covered up. I just wasn't a fan of having small children that like to play hiding game and there was a big hole in the floor in the empty cabinet space. It was priced well and the bed options were exactly what we were looking for.

Too many problems…

Ice maker made very little ice. They brought us a small bag of ice. The tv’s did not work. Maintenance guy had to come up and fix that. There was no box spring in extra bedroom. That bed was for my elderly parents. They had to bring that up. Washing machine in the last night was pouring water even when I unplugged it. Messaged the host, no response. Still haven’t gotten one. Had to turn the water off and hand wring the towels. The amount that I paid, this was way too many issues and not worth the price.

Love Turquoise Place

Turquoise Place is fantastic…the property, location, etc are perfect. This unit was clean and nice but just needs a little attention. There was no ice maker, which is not a big deal but would be nice to know, cable cords were hanging like spaghetti from tvs, furniture was stained and the lights didn't work in a couple areas or we couldn't figure out how to use them. It was less expensive than other comparable units so it makes sense. The bathroom is fantastic and the hot tub was great, too. All in all, we loved it. One unrelated question: Is there a place in the area to donate unopened food and drinks? I left beer/soda cans in the fridge hoping the cleaning crew could enjoy them.

Fun for all!

Property is well maintained with great amenities! Beds were very comfortable, grille & hot tub on balcony were a big plus. Kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family. With the pools , slide , playground , lazy river & splash pad we never had to leave the property. Will definitely be staying again !

Latest Stay

Overall, condition of the condo was good although Ice Maker was missing and owner failed to advise me prior to stay so had to make daily trip to Publix for ice. Condo needs someone's attention regarding multiple "fixes" such as light bulbs not working, dishwasher detergent cover broken off, stove broiler not working, wine cooler not working, ice maker missing, knobs to dressers missing, etc. Also suggest you NOT drive truck or large SUV since parking space is narrow and adjacent parking tenant was always parking on the line making it difficult to squeeze in my space.

Great Stay, Beautiful Room

As is the norm with Turquoise Place, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was great, and the whole property was very up-to-date. The lazy river is heated (although they said that the elements can go out) and they opened the water slide during our stay! Highly suggest the room and Turquoise in general

Beach Getaway

The property was clean, beautifully laid out and spacious for all. We had a great stay. There were a couple of issues that made a party of 8 inconvenienced, but the management team did respond quickly and have people out as quickly as possible. It was a hot water heater issue which made for two days of cold showers, but once fixed we were back in business. Side note - they need more coffee cups for morning coffee on the patio. Only 3 there. We would book here again.

Spacious & great views!

Very spacious, great views. Plenty of quick hot water in all three baths. Poor lighting through out condo with no replacement bulbs. No working vent or light over cook top. On grill only one burner worked & panel had to be removed to light. Sofa probably needed replacing due to bad springs. Know these are all small things but they do add up. Still a good time.

We have always considered the Turquoise as one of the nicest places to stay in Orange Beach. We usually stay in building C. This room is located in building D. The room was nice but needs a few minor repairs. There was no remote control for the main tv, some light bulbs were missing, dryer did not operate properly, the grill was leaking propane, so we had to shut it off.

Excellent property!

We had a great stay! The condo is very spacious and was clean. The amenities are top notch. Our 6 year old daughter loved getting to choose a pool each day and especially the lazy river.

Condo has loads of issues starting with the chemicals that have caused illnesses for me and my husband. Extremely disappointed as our other stays have been so awesome

Worst condo experience ever

We stay at Turquoise to grill fish on the balcony and enjoy the view. Upon entering the condo, we immediately noticed that the ice machine was empty with no power. We checked the ice maker in the freezer and the ice looked several weeks old. I went outside to light the grill but no gas. The grill was corroded and disgusting. We called the property manager and they advised that another ice machine had been ordered. They would send over some ice and someone to check the grill. The ice was delivered quickly but the plumber took 24 hours to show up and advise us that the gas had been turned off due to corroded burners and striped control knobs. No grill, ice makers and when my wife tried to wash a small load the washer didn’t work either. We have been visiting Turquoise twice a year since it opened. Never had ANY of these issues. Unit needs lots of work. We will contact VRBO and request some type of refund.

- Ice maker at bar was not working - many of the electronic switches were missing labels and/or inoperative. (e.g., Shower switch did not work and therefore do not know what function it provided. Fan lighting in east bedroom was inoperative. Fan lighting in smaller west bedroom only worked from remote.) - many of the light fixtures needed bulb replacements - hot tub would not get very hot and was not inviting

Girls’ trip

I splurged for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The complex is nice, but was a bit disappointed in the condo. The listing should note that the grill and ice maker are not functional. Also, only half of the jets in the hot tub work and there were no stairs to get in. It would be nice to provide cushions for the deck chairs as well. At least half of the labels were missing from the light switches so it was frustrating trying to figure out how to turn each light on/off. For the money I paid. I would expect better.
