Clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great for the kids. Location is in the right spot. Fun Spot less than a mile always and Weirs Beach just down the road. Third time in this location and second time in this condo. Recommend staying there if you get a chance.

Wonderful Stay by Weirs Beach

We had a great time by the lake! This unit is in a central location to all the fun in the area, had plenty of room for a family of 4 (with room to spare) and we enjoyed the pool. Nearby: boat rides, train rides, Weirs Beach/pier, Meredith, minigolf, ice cream and more.

Walking into the space it felt way more welcoming and inviting than the listing photos. Loved having the a walk out slider, having two bathrooms was awesome to have. Kitchen had most everything needed.

We stayed for 4 nights for a summer trip to the lake. Check-in was easy and as described, and the unit was exactly as shown in the listing. The unit was quiet and cool, exactly what we needed after a long day in the sun.

Great location

Great place for family with young kids. Short walk to all the activities around Weirs Beach. The pool and playground are a huge plus as well. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect location and great for kids!

We really enjoyed our stay. Being on the ground floor with kids was ideal. They were able to play outside and we could grill right there. The pool was awesome and being so close to the boardwalk was awesome. We would definitely rent this unit again!

100th Laconia Bike Rally

We had a great time together with our grown children, lots of scenic motorcycle rides together and made great memories. The location was great, we were able to walk down to Weirs. Great proximity to all the action. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to grill just outside our door.

Family Trip

If you want to a location between Meredith and Laconia, then this is the place. Just a walk to Wiers Beach and 2 min drive to Fun Spot. The Condo was great and on the bottom floor. Easy to get to and comfy. If you like to cook your food, you can here. I would recommend staying.

Long weekend getaway with kids

Great location to the lake and stuff to do. Cozy and perfect for our family of 4. Small playground behind the pool area. Pretty well stocked. Have to bring your own towels and sheets and clean up after yourself but I’d rather that sometimes than pay a big cleaning fee.

Great family getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids under 10). The bunk beds were a hit, though the top bunk was difficult to get the sheets on as the mattress was too large for the bunk and a bit heavy. That did not stop us, though! The location was perfect. You're a short drive from Weir's beach and the shops/docks and having the pool in the complex was a huge bonus. Overall, would highly recommend and stay again!

Great condo!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was decorated really nice. The bedrooms were great with two bathrooms. It had everything I needed. I was able to walk down to the lake in the morning and take a ride on the boat to Wolfboro. Check in and out was easy and Dennis was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. It’s a great location. Went to a concert in Gilford and was nice to not have to drive all the way home and instead stayed here. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay up at Weirs and Laconia!

Great Location

We attended Laconia Bike week. The main venue was only half a mile walk from the unit which came in handy for avoiding the heavy traffic and parking. The accommodations worked well for 3 adults. My only recommendation is that under “things to know” in the listing that it be better highlighted that you need to supply your own sheets and towels and that cleaning is not included. Also the rain beating down on the A/C unit is very loud.

Just what we needed

Having the outside space was great! Space was good, overall pretty clean just a bit dusty. The wiring was weird so the lights flickered quite a lot, and common area furniture is not very comfortable. But no big deal if you aren't hanging around the condo a lot.

Be Aware, no sheets or towels. Other issues too.

It's tucked into the description, but it bears repeating. No sheets or towels are in the place. Also, there's only 1 comforter for 4 beds. No blankets. Other feedback, the floors are wonky. The pergo floor is not level and is squishy to walk on. The carpets could use a cleaning. There was so much leftover food in the fridge we threw out an entire trash bag just to open up some space for our food. The bathrooms are OK. The location and pool is great. Plenty of AC for the heat wave.
