Alquiler Conesus Lake Cottage, capacidad para 6

La casa está ubicada en East Lake Road, en el extremo sur del lago Conesus. No está directamente en el lago, pero un corto paseo lo llevará a nuestro muelle privado. La casa es un rancho de 900 pies cuadrados con 2 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños. Tiene capacidad para 6, incluidos 2 dormitorios y un sofá cama desplegable. Está bien mantenido y fue remodelado recientemente para una sensación limpia y fresca. Cuenta con Wi-Fi, TV inteligente, cable básico con las principales redes y la cocina viene completamente equipada para cocinar.

La gran terraza en el patio trasero ofrece un área apartada, tranquila y apacible para cocinar, jugar juegos de césped y relajarse. También hay una hoguera y leña para disfrutar de una fogata nocturna. Un arroyo corre detrás de la propiedad y permite el acceso a remar hacia el lago si tiene un kayak.

El muelle privado tiene una plataforma de 9 pies de ancho X 20 pies de largo con una mesa, sillas y una sombrilla, lo que lo hace ideal para nadar, pescar o simplemente descansar. Tiene una excelente vista de casi la mitad del lago. (Frente al lago: 10 pies de inmediato). Hay un carrito en el garaje para su uso para transportar fácilmente refrigeradores u otros artículos al muelle, que es una caminata corta (aproximadamente 300 pies). También hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento en el garaje si lo necesita.

Las sábanas no se proporcionan a menos que se especifique, ya que a algunos viajeros les gusta traer las suyas.

Our summer vacation from Florida

For what the rate for a cottage on a lake, the price was fantastic! It was close for our daughter to join us for a visit and also for our son who lives in PA. Our relatives in the area joined us for a picnic and other friends that we haven’t seen in awhile also visited us. We had a 50th Anniversary Party that close to attend and myn7th class reunion was also close. We hope to rent this place again! The owners were also very accommodating!

My stay

Access to the dock was difficult so I did not use it. The pictures made it look like the stream was viewable from the cottage and it was not. That being said, the cottage was very clean and comfortable. I was there for a family reunion so I wasn’t there much except at night.

Cozy and comfy

The area is scenic, just beautiful. Cottage is well maintained and pretty. Furniture is comfy, and little details are attended to. It's a busy area but the backyard is private. I've stayed in cottages where they didn't have salt and pepper, or any hand soap. This place had a selection of spices, soap in each bathroom, all the towels. Even some shampoo and conditioner! Rachael was easy to talk to and responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend 😀

Relaxing lake stay

The property was as described and very clean. We appreciated having the garage for our gear and especially liked the coded door lock so we weren’t carrying keys back and forth to the dock.

This cottage worked out great for our family.

We had plenty of storage space for food in the kitchen and the large frig/freezer as well as and our personal items. The street was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. It was close by grocery and convenience stores for ice. We've stayed at the lake many times, it was great to be at the south end to kayak and paddle board.

Comfortable & Roomy Lake Cottage!

The cottage is very roomy & comfortable! We loved having our boat nearby @ the dock all week. We had a great time using the dock for swimming, fishing & enjoying ring of fire! Walk-in access to the lake was perfect for our dog who joined us! Owners were very responsive & helpful! Cottage is well stocked & has everything we needed for a great getaway!

This cottage was a perfect place to stay for our annual summer trip to the area. The kids absolutely loved everything about the house and being near the water. The amenities were lovely and the owners were too! We would definitely book again!

A Delightful Summer Cottage in a Beautiful Spot

This is one of the best and most well-equipped vacation cottages we have stayed at. It was very clean and well appointed. It was the lap of luxury without too much fuss. We enjoyed the deck, the grill, and ate all our meals outside. The dog loved lying in the sun. The smart TV was great. The lake was lovely and swimming was fun. There was plenty to do and we enjoyed driving in a different direction for each errand. Beautiful countryside. Thanks so much to Rachel and Brian for a great week.

It was good.

The property was OK, but a little smaller than I expected. Because of the size, there was just a counter to eat on with high chairs, which didn’t work well for my 82 year old husband. We probably wouldn’t have noticed the size so much if we had been able to get out more, but the rainy days & nights limited the use of the deck. I knew it wasn’t on the lake, but I expected to have a view of the channel from the pictures I saw. The property was well equipped with everything you needed & was clean, which I really appreciated.

The perfect home to stay in

The house is very nice, clean, very well organized, and thoroughly equipped with everything from dishes and pots to a variety of spices, to Netflix streaming. The area is of outstanding beauty. We highly recommend Letchworth Park and Stony Brook Park, and the two lovely small towns, Dansville, and Geneseo, with its wonderful college. Altogether, we are very happy with our stay. Quaint and Cozy

The house was just the right size for our family and provided everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed access to the lake and eating dinner on the back deck. We had a great time and would recommend this home to others for a fun lake getaway.

Our stay at Conesus Lake

Cottage was very nice. It was clean and cozy.. The owners kept in touch with us to make sure that we had everything we needed . It was well equipped with just about everything that we needed. I would definitely consider going back again.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our family enjoyed staying at this rental in August 2016, very nice and clean with lots of paper products. The porch had lots of room and was very quite and peaceful. We had wonderful campfires, a short walk to the lake with a very nice dock with table and chairs made sitting out there very enjoyable. We brought a canoe from home and had a very easy time launching it. We would recommend this rental.

An at home feeling!

A nicely maintained vacation home. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. And we felt very comfortable here. The neighborhood was quiet and the other homes well cared for. The back deck and fire pit offered us additional privacy and plenty of room. Very nice to have a clothes washer/ drier and dishwasher. The instant hot water heater is a nice touch. Was pleasantly surprised to find coffee and filters for the coffee maker, trash bags, and other paper products. Loved the garage! The owner contacted us soon after we arrived to see if everything was to our liking. They were very responsive to any questions we had. A hidden gem well worth the cost. I don't think anyone can be disappointed in this home. We've rented plenty over the years this one is in the top 10%. Would we rent this place again - you betcha!

Great House, Easy rental

Rented this house for a week, this is a great place for a relaxing get away. House is clean, newly renovated and lake access is very convenient. Beautiful water front to just spend some time by the lake. The owners were great to work with, very easy, hassle free rental. The surrounding area itself is beautiful with restaurants and shopping close by. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great Finger Lake get away!!!

Cozy Lake Cottage with Charm and Comfort

This cozy and clean cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay on Conesus Lake. The owners are very responsive and have anticipated all your vacation needs. We have rented over a dozen VRBO properties, and this house has one of the best equipped kitchens with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils and even a generous selection of spices and condiments. Another nice feature was a modern washer and dryer with laundry detergent too! The house is tastefully furnished and the beds and pillows were comfortable. While the cottage is not directly on the lake, the large back deck is private and the yard has a fire pit with plenty of firewood to burn for your smores. Just a short walk brings you to the property's lake dock which is a lovely spot for relaxing and watching the gorgeous sunsets. Although it had been way too long since we vacationed in the Finger Lakes (15 years!), time has not altered the charm and beauty of this area. We hiked past the falls in Letchworth State Park, stopped at the Abbey of the Genesee for Monk's Bread and amazing biscotti, walked along the Genesee Valley Greenway, saw a double-feature at the Vintage Drive-In in Avon, and enjoyed a fabulous meal at Ember Woodfire Grill in the old historic train station in Livonia. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely lake cottage!
