Excellent location; walking around town from the unit is so nice. Beds are comfortable. A few issues came up but the property manager addressed them to the best of their ability.

Perfect location

Great location on Main Street of Breckinridge for a reasonable price. Location is literally across the street/ down the street from many restaurants, shops, bike rental place, farmers market on the weekend. The only complaint I have is that the lack of air conditioning made sleeping a little tough in July. There are fans available which did help. We had a great time & would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very comfortable stay right on Main street. The location couldn't be beat! We walked everywhere. I would suggest an extra fan in the unit - it got very warm in there (we stayed in the summer). There are 2 fans, but it would be nice to have a fan in each room as one of the rooms was very warm and we struggled to cool it down. It also looked like the sheets on the pull out couch had not been cleaned and luckily there were extra sheets in the closet - this would be a note for the cleaning crew. Very minor issues. Everything else was great, thank you for letting us stay!

great location, nice place, nothing fancy

quite enjoyed our stay. Two bedroom apartment right on main street. Everything was clean, working, and comfortable. Only facilities issue for us was relatively slow and inconsistent wifi access: I ended up using my phone because the wifi was too flakey to watch a movie over. But, we had a nice stay. And would definitely return to this property!

Not bad overall- Needs some TLC

If you're just looking for a place to crash on Main Street in Breckenridge, this place will suffice. However when booking a condo rather than a hotel, certain amenities are expected. Pros: Great location right on mainstreet Great fireplace Comfortable beds. Cons: THE KITCHEN- all of the appliances are extremely outdated and a major, major firehazard. It really became quite almost comical how many things were not in working order as we tried to prepare meals in this kitchen, It would have been funny, if it were not such a dangerous fire hazard. The blender is probably 30 years old, and leaked pancake batter all over the counter. The microwave does not work- blown heating element maybe? Didn't dare attempt to use it more than once. The utensils- all old and need to be trashed- the handle came right off the whisk as I was stirring. The hairdryer started smoking and died during our first attempted use. There are no spices, sugar or any staples. I don't expect a fully stocked spice rack, but again, when paying for a kitchen, the basic essentials are expected .Thank God there were at least coffee filters. Nice, small condo, in convenient location but we wont be staying here again.

Thanks for your comments Kendra. This was the first I had heard about so many non-working appliances. I will make sure to check all of these out. I have extra appliances in my office for just this reason, so I'm happy to replace any items that aren't in working order. I like your idea of providing some essential cooking items too. I always try to take these reviews and improve on my services. Please give us a call in the future, as all of my units are individually owned and some are definitely better stocked than others. I offer all of our repeat customers a 10% discount. I would love the opportunity to show you what a great place we really have here on main street.

Stellar location

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Much to do for a family and fun for everyone. I super enjoyed the convenience of walking out the front door right out onto Main Street for lunches snacks treats and shopping. Everything was fabulous during our stay. The only thing I would advise for perhaps an older couple or anyone with health troubles is that coupled with the elevation changes and the three flights of stairs one could get a little winded with luggage and groceries etc. Other than that we definitely plan to stay at this building again in the future we absolutely love Breckenridge and this is our fourth time to this ski resort.

Epic location

Location is everything. Loved being able to have awesome views of horsehoe bowl from the porch along with the short walk to lifts/shops/restaurants. The space does it’s job, great crashpad for folks that don’t need luxury, just location. In addition, fireplace was clutch after hard ski days. Arrival/Check-in process was smooth but only allowing one parking space in the lot is inconvenient (I get that the historic district is a crowded area). Shower settings are sensitive and pans/pots all had to be cleaned before we used, definitely left the place cleaner than we found it! We did try to ask management if there was a way to retrieve an additional parking permit and received no response. All good though, this place is perfect for anyone who wants a bare bones spot for a good price in an epic location!

Modest Place on Main St

Good location in Breckenridge and attentive management. Furnishings inside were very basic but functional. Fair warning, the beds creak plenty and the window insulation is nearly zero. Common areas such as the laundry were not available due to renovation so cannot comment on that. I would not recommend taking older parents. The 3 flights of stairs weren't a problem, but the floor is very uneven inside the unit and kept the parents touching the walls to keep stability. Another thing worth mentioning is that the front door electronic lock works intermittently. All members of my family (myself included) were locked out on several occasions. A change of battery might do the trick. The more alarming concern is that the front windows had a non functioning lock and poses a massive safety concern. This was discovered the day before checking out so it is unknown how the management team would have resolved the issue. In sum, the place works as a temporary place to sleep on vacation but it lacks the "home away from home" feel.

Sorry to hear you had trouble with the locks, but rest assured they work, it just takes a second of patience after you put in the code. The windows lock, but admittedly, they can be challenging as you have to push both sides to the outside so they are both shut all the way before the lock will engage. I will make sure to add this to our property guide. Not sure I can do anything about the “uneven” floors, this is the first I had heard about that. 3rd floor can be challenging, but we don’t advertise having an elevator, unfortunately, 3rd floor is 3rd floor. Perfect Central Location

Tanhauser 313 was the perfect place for a week at the mountains! Right on main street and at the base of peak 9 with an easy walk to the lift! The place was exactly as pictured. The only improvements I would recommend was some type of circulation in the form of a ceiling or box fan in each room! the check in and out were extremely simple and straight forward! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stay here! Great location & view!

What a great place to stay in Breckenridge. Can walk anywhere or take free trolley right outside this place which also connects to free bus system in the county to explore other places, can't beat that. Place was so clean and quite with a great balcony with beautiful view. Great restaurants with some just across the street. A lot of restaurants have out door seating with great views. Take the trolley to City Market for supplies or great deli, good prices. Don't miss the beautiful Riverwalk, free BreckConnect Gondala ride (get off at the third stop - so much there), don't miss visit to see the "Troll" (take trolley) and don't miss "Maggie Pond" by Main Street Station shopping area. So much to just enjoy free there. Breckenridge has to be one of the most beautiful places you will ever visit. Highly recommend this condo for anyone that can climb the steps to the third floor. It is so worth the beautiful view. Pet friendly!

Weekend in Breck

Location of property was perfect. Furnishings/amenities were not great, but adequate for a weekend trip. Shower head was a big negative and should be replaced. The water barely came out of it.
