La casa de 2 pisos fue renovada a partir de una cabaña frente al lago a fines de los 90, y recientemente se ha actualizado para brindarle un lugar cómodo para pasar sus vacaciones. Escuche la llamada del Loon de ida y vuelta mientras está sentado en el porche disfrutando de su libro o bebida favorita. ¡O quítate los zapatos y disfruta de lo que Unity Pond tiene para ofrecer! Canotaje, kayak, pesca y natación. ¡Traiga su bote para practicar tubing y esquí acuático! El lanzamiento del bote está a solo unos cientos de yardas por el camino.
Kamp K tendrá capacidad para 6 personas. Las habitaciones en el segundo piso están configuradas con una reina en una habitación y una habitación más grande con dos camas queen y una doble. Una pequeña guarida en el primer piso tiene una cama futón / litera (doble en total).
El baño del primer piso tiene una ducha de fibra de vidrio, y es donde se encuentran la lavadora y la secadora. El baño del segundo piso tiene una bañera / ducha de tamaño completo.
La cocina está completa con refrigerador de lado a lado, cocina eléctrica, horno de microondas y lavaplatos (pasa más tiempo en el lago en lugar de lavar los platos a mano).
Aún puede estar en contacto con el mundo exterior con acceso inalámbrico a Internet y televisión por satélite en la pantalla plana de 50 ".

Lakeside Maine Camp

Every thing was well appointed and thoughtfully done to ensure a fabulous family friendly fun stay! I couldn’t keep the kids out of the water and off the dock, it was perfect rustic with amenities stay!!

Nice stay!

Great stay! I only gave the location and neighborhood a 4 and not a 5 because there is pretty literally nothing to do close by other than enjoy the beautiful property and pond.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel incredibly welcome. The house itself had absolutely everything you could want for a relaxing getaway: comfy living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and so many extras for enjoying the lake. We loved having access to floats, a kayak, life vests, and the grill, plus the stunning waterfront view right from the property. The dock and floating dock were perfect for swimming, fishing, or just soaking up the sun.Thank you so much for all your help and for making our time here so special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

This was our 3rd year at Kamp k. We have enjoyed the time spent there. Really peaceful and quiet. The sunrises over the lake are beatiful.

Another perfect week.

This was our 4th time at Kamp K. It's such a beautiful spot; quiet and peaceful. My wife and I go for the first of the week, then put 2 sons come up for the last few days. Weather was beautiful and we spent most days hanging out enjoying the days. Will definitely be back. It's become our goto place. Weather was

Great spot on Unity Pond! We loved the large firepit and adirondack chairs! Plenty of sleeping space and two bathrooms both with showers. A bit of a traffic zone with cars going by to the boat ramp.

For our family - this home has it all!

Lakefront for swimming, jumping off the dock, dogs allowed , boating ( rented motor boat from Maine Boat Rental and launch was just down from the property), canoeing and kayaking to the islands around Unity Pond - caught 6 types of fish, tubing, waterskiing, wakeboarding - that's just the lake - the picnic bench and fire pit all showcase the lake and the porch allows for a cup of coffee to take in the beauty of the lake, listen to the loons and watch the resident bald eagle fly by. Really amazing location! Owners were outstanding!

We love Camp K!!

We had the best time at camp K. The house was so clean and cozy. Fully stocked with everything you need. The views from the bedrooms and livingroom/kitchen are amazing. The owner is friendly and really easy to work with. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for having us, we would love ro come back!

Can't say enough good things

Wow, did we need this stay at Kamp K! From the first communications with David to the last, we felt welcomed and cared for. We loved meeting David & Linda personally and sincerely appreciated their recommendations for local attractions. Most of all, the home has a warm vibe that had us instantly feeling at home--and the fantastic view of and access to the lake just added to our enjoyment! Will absolutely be back to stay again!

Second visit

This was our second time in this lovely house, and hopefully we’ll have the chance to stay here again. The home is very close to the water, there are kayaks and a canoe that can be used to explore the lake (hint: take a kayak under the train trestle NW of the house, and follow some of the waterways), and the hosts have provided everything you could need. There are two full bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer), two bedrooms (one with three beds), plus a bunk bed in the small downstairs office. This year we again saw adult and fledgling bald eagles, and spectacular sunrises from in front of the house. Unity is a small town, but there are stores that have everything you need for a week’s stay. Waterville is only about 20 minutes away, and Bangor about 40, if you want to do short trips to larger communities. We have vacationed in various places in Maine for the last 15 years, and this is easily one of our favorites.

Relaxing lakeside getaway

Though our visit coincided with a heat wave and warm bedrooms a couple of nights, the overall experience was great. The description is accurate but don't miss the bald eagle that might pass right over the dock. The town and surrounding area has some nice things to offer, like a weekend scenic train and an Amish charcuterie.

Kamp K was beautiful, better than expected.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Kamp K. The Kamp was beautiful, clean and comfortable, David was an excellent host, there when you need him and not when you don’t. Sunsets on Unity pond are incredible and waking up to that view and Maine fresh air is good for the body and soul. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing Kamp K with us.
