Encantadora y muy cómoda cabaña en Málaga Dr. En Dana Point

Encantadora casa de campo inspeccionada y autorizada por la ciudad de Dana Point. No es un condominio / apartamento sino una casa. No hay paredes adyacentes. A poca distancia del puerto / puerto deportivo con una gran variedad de actividades recreativas, tiendas y restaurantes. Muy cómoda casa de 2 dormitorios / 1 baño irradia buena energía según lo descrito por algunos huéspedes. Estacionamiento en el largo camino de entrada. Muebles de patio cómodos en el patio trasero. Una cama queen size en el dormitorio principal y una cama nido en la segunda habitación de invitados se despliega en 2 camas individuales. Hay dos aparadores grandes idénticos en las dos habitaciones. Además, hay 2 sofás plegables (futones) en la sala de estar. Cerca de tiendas y servicios. La zona es conocida por su clima perfecto. Rara vez hace mucho calor o mucho frío. Estamos constantemente actualizando la propiedad para mejorarla. La mayoría de las hojas que ofrecemos tienen un alto número de hilos. Las mascotas serán consideradas caso por caso. La ciudad de Dana Point es muy estricta con las perturbaciones de ruido. Tenga en cuenta las reglamentaciones de Dana Point sobre una perturbación de ruido. Nunca ha habido un problema con la seguridad. Sin embargo, para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan aún más seguros en el nuevo entorno, ¡hemos instalado una cámara solo en el exterior!

Great little cottage convenient to everything in Dana Point. Very clean, very comfortable beds, most of what you need in the kitchen. Took advantage of the back patio to read in the afternoon, very private. The neighborhood is very quiet. Walkable to restaurants, and everything in the Lantern district. Great communication from the host. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Great location! Great house!

Alex was very easy to communicate with and a wonderful host. The house was very clean, it is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, the harbor and the beaches. San Juan Capistrano is so vibrant now with great downtown happenings and this house is so close. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Stay!

Location was awesome, Alex was super easy to work with and the home was cute and well appointed. Beds are new and comfortable and we had all the necessities. Home got a little warm in the afternoon but hey it was summer! Dana is cute and located in the heart of the "Beach Cities".

Charming beach cottage

This home has a fantastic central location in a quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of parking and garage . We had everything we needed and felt at home. Alexander was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend this Home. We hope to return again soon.

If you don't mind staying in a dump this is the place for you.

Our stay here was awful.I don’t suggest bringing a pet since the yard is not enclosed. This place is basically an old dumpy place but it was clean. There is no air conditioning so it was unbelievably hot. I would not recommend staying here.

Stay Dana Point

The beach cottage was as advertised. Older property in a quiet neighborhood. Quite small, very clean. All that I require. Walking distance to the harbor. Met my family there for coffee in the mornings. Easy drive, easy walk. Steps protrude into the driveway. One car fits easily, two if small. Thank you for making this property available. Joyce

Dana Point vacation

Pros Great location in Dana Point Very clean and quiet Room for one car in driveway, possibly 2 small cars. Cons Description says it will sleep 6, we booked for 5 and paid the extra charge. However there were only 4 bath towels and minimal bedding - luckily 3 of our party couldn’t make it - I don’t think it would have worked for 5. It was fine for two. Very bare bones amenities in terms of toiletries and some of the nice touches of home, however the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils The outside areas could use some attention

Summer stay

My little family stayed at this place for a week during July. It is in a great location at Dana point and close to doheney beach. The place was very clean, back patio was nice and there was even beach chairs, umbrella and a few toys for the beach. Having a washer and dryer was very nice. We did have to use fans at night to keep the temperature down and the one time we were there during the day time it did get quiet hot in the house. We were there during one of the hottest times of the year. I recommend this place for those wanting a close beach experience and a nice quiet neiborhood. We did end up driving to the beach due to having so much to carry.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Response to your Requests

Prior to our arrival, Alex opened all of the windows and turned on the fans (a lot of houses do not have central air, with it being summer, it was rather hot one of the nights but cools down). The house is well stocked with clean linens and towels. It was really nice to have a washer/dryer! The neighborhood was extremely quiet!! The location was perfect for a nice run to the Harbor ( yummy acai bowls there)! The grill area in the back was nice to have dinner ( we avoided cooking inside to decrease the heat). Alex was very prompt in exchanging the propane tank!! Thank you so much for a great stay! We frequent the area and look forward to staying again!

Start to finish was one of our best experiences w/VRBO

From the beginning, I knew our California visit was going to be a good one. Alex responded to our request in under 15 minutes and our place was booked w/in 20. Our stay in Dana Point was a good one from the time we pulled up. The neighborhood felt very safe and the home was cozy for my family of six. Two kids shared a room and two kids had a futon of their own in the family room. The kitchen was more than adequate for our stay. Our beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and was a nice respite from days at the beaches. There is a grocery store down the street and coffee houses easily within reach. Honestly, Alex's responsiveness and genuine interest in our overall enjoyment of his home were huge factors in why such a good review. We will happily seek out this home the next time we're looking in the Dana Point area.

A lovely little home base

This humble cottage is located on a quiet street and within walking distance to the Dana Point waterfront. I enjoyed watching 4th of July fireworks from the park overlooking the waterfront. The home was stocked with many basic necessities and if I needed anything, I need only ask and was quickly accommodated. For the heat intolerant, there is no AC. The breeze through the open windows were adequate enough due to the low humidity. We did have what I believe to be record temperatures on one day of my stay where my phone thermometer 🌡 registered 105. On that day, we hid in the shade of the small palm tree out back, with cold drinks and ice compresses. That was NOT typical weather for Dana Point. I only mention this at all for people with medical issues who may need to consider this. If I could make a request for this VRBO, I would request steak knives for the kitchen and a small container kept in the garage that someone might use to soak their feet on a hot day. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to sail. I’m hoping to return to this VRBO. It felt like Home.

Thanksgiving in Dana Point

We drove out to visit our son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton. The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving with my wife, our daughter, son, and the family dog.

Easy to find, sparkling clean, well appointed, and very convenient to everything in the area. A nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved the home! We will come again! Alex was great to communicate with. We felt at home! Lovely!

This house is owned by my Mom. I manage it. It is cozy and very comfortable. It is within the walking distance to shopping, restaurants and recreational activities. Practically all guests have been saying that the location is superb.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location is hard to beat. Please read the reviews. There is a great variety of all kinds of activities, beautiful Harbor/Marina and of course the beach. Doheny Beach is very famous but I prefer the Strands Beach which in my opinion is wide and spectacular. The adjacent Salt Creek beach is spectacular as well.
