Walking distance to old down town and city parks in one direction and the Old Mill shopping district in the other direction. Very central to all of the best that Bend has to offer.

Always fantastic!

I have stayed at this property every summer for the last several years. It has everything I need to live comfortably away from home for a week. The location is perfect for both hanging out in town and getting out to see the surrounding area. I'll be back!

We had a great Tim in Bend. This rental was centrally located so it was easy to walk and bike to everywhere we wanted to go.

Amazing stay in Bend!

The cleanest, most well appointed little cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again any time we visit Bend. Don’t hesitate, just book this place! We walked everywhere and loved being able to come back to such a cozy place at the end of our days exploring. Truly one of the best experiences staying in a rental. A+++

Perfect Home Base for Exploring Bend

It is an extremely clean and well-appointed apartment in a quad building. Everything was available for cooking and we particularly enjoyed having a washer/dryer! It was so pleasant coming back after a day of playing in Bend and Smith Rock. We will definitely be back!

Return Visit

I keep coming back to this place because of its great location and having the amenities I appreciate when away from home. It is a short walk to the Old Mill and to Old Bend; it is a block away from the Deschutes River Trail; and it is close to Hwy 97 and the Cascade Lakes Highway which makes it easy to get out and explore from here. I have already booked again for next year.

Great place and location

Loved the property! Walking distancWille to amphitheater for a show. Right by the river and restaurants. Perfect for base camp! Storage shed was awesome to put our mountain bikes away. Washer and dryer nice bonus! Bed slightly hard, but everything else great. Will stay here again!!

Attention to Detail

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect for local restaurants, and outdoor activities. The place is so cute, and does not leave you wanting for anything. The attention to detail is perfect, from the well appointed kitchen to extra blankets and towels. We will be back!!

This is our 3rd time staying in this property. It is clean and provides basic kitchen items. This property is in walking distance to many local restaurants, breweries, and shopping. The host is available if needed, but everything has worked as expected, so we had no need to contact her. Highly recommended!

Perfection

Emily’s place is perfect for pretty much any direction you want to go. It’s wLking didatance to Les Schwab Amphitheater, walking distance to old town, and mill district. I did all my own cooking, but know there are plenty of amazing restaurants and breweries a stones throw away! And the best is incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the ease of communication and I look forward to staying with you again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked property for our 9th anniversary. Cute and Great Location

The property is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and Old Mill areas with river trail very close. The unit had all the necessary amenities, including cable tv and streaming. It was also very quiet. I would have liked to have a portable or ceiling fan in the bedroom as it doesn't receive much air flow from the ductless unit. I also would have appreciated hotter water for showering.

Everything top notch

Unit was in a fabulous location, clean and comfortable. Nice off street parking and storage unit that would fit a pair of bikes and gear if needed. Kitchen was overstocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc. Everything you can think of. Krups coffee maker, and French press. No spices or cooking incidentals but all kitchen gadgets/hardware you can think of. Unit 2 is in back and is very quiet. No street noise at all. Definitely will book again and again.

Comfortable place at a convenient location

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Property is at a safe locations and a shot walk from downtown. Amenities were as listed. Emily was easy to communicate and coordinate with.
