This made a wonderful location for a 40 something girls trip. There were so many cozy places to sit and talk around the property. The pool was perfect. The side deck was a great spot for morning Pilates. Our favorite location was the long table outside under the sweeping real live grapevine. Not a long drive to Sonoma or Napa where we visited wineries. There was also a beautiful hike close by and great restaurant choices. I will forever miss the beautiful seclusion of this amazing home.

The outside living area is incredible. Two grills and a huge eating table with umbrellas, hot tub and pool. The grounds were very pretty. Inside the house looked liked it was recently renovated. Full kitchen with tons of cooking equipment (but they could use a few baking sheet pans). The host, Jennifer was very helpful and kind. Overall we would stay here again.

Beautiful grounds! Great way to enjoy CA weather and wine! The house is a little dated as it relates to decorations, but overall well appointed. The outside takes the cake with multiple seating areas, beautiful plants, blankets, etc.

Hi Jason, Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review of our wine country compound! We're so glad you enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas and the natural beauty of the grounds. Our gardens are lovingly maintained, regularly manicured, and thoughtfully designed to reflect the vibrant, relaxed charm of California wine country living. The home itself is a 1967 California ranch-style property, recently remodeled with over 90% high-end upgrades. We’ve intentionally furnished it in a mid-century modern style to honor its architectural roots while providing modern comfort and amenities. We understand that décor preferences vary, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We’d be delighted to host you again and wish you all the best in your future travels! Warmly, Jennifer

Acerca de su propietario/a

Propietario/a: Jennifer

Imagen de perfil del propietario o de la propietaria
Sonoma has been my home and community for many years, and I love sharing this special corner of Wine Country with my vacation guests.
My background in real estate, property development and design has given me a lifelong passion for creating beautiful, comfortable spaces where people can relax, reconnect and celebrate.
I personally welcome my guests whenever possible and enjoy sharing my favorite Sonoma restaurants, wineries and local discoveries. I'm nearby when assistance is needed, while always respecting my guests' privacy and vacation time.
Some of my favorite reviews aren't simply about the house or gardens—they're about birthdays celebrated, friends reunited, wedding weekends and memories made together. That's what I love most about hosting.
Welcome to Sonoma!
Jennifer

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose Sonoma Valley because it offers a rare combination of world-class wine country and a genuine small-town community.
Our property feels wonderfully private and peaceful, surrounded by gardens, mature landscaping, birds and the natural beauty of Sonoma Valley—yet Sonoma Plaza, restaurants, tasting rooms, markets and wineries are only minutes away.
Spend the morning hiking or exploring the valley, enjoy an afternoon of wine tasting, then head to the historic Sonoma Plaza for dinner, art, music or simply a stroll around town.
Sonoma is relaxed, friendly and sophisticated without feeling overly formal. That balance is one of the things I love most about living here.
We're also ideally located for exploring neighboring Napa Valley, while San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge are approximately 45 miles south.
It's an easy place to arrive—and a surprisingly difficult place to leave.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It's rare to find this much private outdoor space so close to the heart of Sonoma. Behind the gate are 2.6 acres designed for indoor-outdoor Wine Country living: a private cobalt-blue pool, hot tub, expansive lawns, mature gardens, hammock, fire pit, lounging decks, outdoor shower and numerous places to gather or find a peaceful spot of your own.
One of our most memorable spaces is the long outdoor dining table beneath the grapevine—a favorite gathering place for leisurely breakfasts, Wine Country dinners and evenings with family and friends.
What makes the property unusual isn't simply the number of amenities; it's the space between them. A large group can vacation together without feeling as though everyone has to occupy the same space all day.
Guests have called the property a hidden oasis, magical, a fairytale and their own private resort. Some have told us the photographs simply don't capture how special the grounds feel in person.
That's exactly the experience we've tried to create: private, gracious, spacious and serene—where Wine Country living and nature mingle from morning until night.
