Este condominio de 606 pies cuadrados con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y está ubicado en uno de los edificios más cercanos a la góndola. La cocina de tamaño completo está equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla esenciales para hacer una comida fuera de casa. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro personas con dos asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el baño completo con un tocador con lavamanos y una combinación de ducha / bañera. Está abastecido con toallas y un suministro inicial de artículos de tocador.

El amplio dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD.

This place worked out great for me and my son. Easy walk to the Gondola, hot tub, and mini-grocer. Kitchen well-stocked with all the tools we needed for pre/post-ski meals. Only minor negative was an out-of-service elevator (this is a 2nd floor unit) and slight logistical hassle of key pick-up a mile away (we took a shuttle from DIA and the driver made an extra stop for us that mitigated this). Would book again.

Unfortunately mattress preference is something that is highly subjective and is very difficult to satisfy each and every guest. Minimal walking distance back to apartment after a full day of ski and very convenience in term of having all other stores nearby. Only negative is their clean bed is too soft for us.

Though the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the carpet in the main living area was very dirty, and fraying at the seam to the kitchen floor. The main bed seemed new, but hard as a rock, and we like firm mattresses, but his was beyond firm. The sofa sleeper mattress was lumpy. We had family in another building- everything was much better and newer.

Clean, comfy and convenient. Check-in process seems cumbersome, but is really pretty dialed if you are ok with downloading and app and following that. Also, after you make your reservation, be prepared to then fill out a long agreement. That should be mentioned up front.

However no a/c and it was hot, the fans didn't work well, one wouldn't turn and another would move. The soda mattress is awful, not soft and could feel the springs, it needs to be replaced badly. Check in and check out times are not satisfactory and have to pay to stay late.

Be aware of their "off season" and what is not available!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Arapahoe Lodge by Summit County Mountain Retreats was less than impressive! I called before I booked to make sure they had a hot tub and was told yes they did! Well they had one, they just did not mention that it was closed as well as almost ALL of the businesses in the area, oh and the construction outside of our room was a treat as well. 😕 The price offered was a great value until Summit County Mountain Retreats tacked on $165.63 in additional fees....almost doubling the Price that was offered! 🫤

Thank you for your honest review and feedback. The hot tub shut down during this guests stay by the HOA as they manage this and were doing some work as well as our fees are industry standard in regards to cleaning and inspection fees.
