Este condominio de 606 pies cuadrados con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y está ubicado en uno de los edificios más cercanos a la góndola. La entrada tiene ganchos montados y un banco para su conveniencia mientras entra y sale durante todo el día. La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana montado sobre una hermosa chimenea de gas. Hay un sofá cama de cuero y en el verano de 2017 el propietario actualizó con un colchón nuevo. Sábanas y mantas adicionales están en un armario. Se puede acceder al balcón privado a través de la sala de estar y ofrece vistas a las pistas de esquí.

La cocina de tamaño completo está equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla esenciales para hacer una comida fuera de casa. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro personas con dos asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el baño completo con un tocador con lavamanos y una combinación de ducha / bañera. Está abastecido con toallas y un suministro inicial de artículos de tocador.

El amplio dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD.

It feels like you are going to break it any minute. The bathroom lights are paired with a very loud fan that you cannot turn off. The apartment has WIFI, but the firewall is setup in a such a way that you cannot access most of the web. For example, VRBO and Keystone Resort web sites are unavailable. VPN does not work either. Annoying. The big kitchen knifes are so dull, they barely can cut. Annoying. The hot tub is permanently closed in the building. You have to walk to the next building over if you want a hot dip.

Everything was as described! However, Inside the room was absolutely boiling hot! Your AC was not working. I also read on other reviews for this property the AC issue was also noted. Shame on you Property Manager!!!

Tired place

Though the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the carpet in the main living area was very dirty, and fraying at the seam to the kitchen floor. The main bed seemed new, but hard as a rock, and we like firm mattresses, but his was beyond firm. The sofa sleeper mattress was lumpy. We had family in another building- everything was much better and newer.

Reviewer Comments: The rental went well, it is a nice condo in a great location with a 10min walk to the gondola. The foam bed is awesome and comfortable. The living room is ok, though the TV high up above the fire place is a little awkward. The price was just right for the week. The only caveats, and there is nothing they can do about it, but it's good to know, are that construction is happening just outside and the noise can be annoying as well as the diesel fumes from all of the trucks and equipment. The road is also a drop off point for supplies for the village which means big trucks and diesel fumes during the day. Overall, I would rent this unit again.

I called before I booked to make sure they had a hot tub and was told yes they did! Well they had one, they just did not mention that it was closed as well as almost ALL of the businesses in the area, oh and the construction outside of our room was a treat as well. 😕 The price offered was a great value until Summit County Mountain Retreats tacked on $165.63 in additional fees....almost doubling the Price that was offered! 🫤

Great first trip to keystone. Would stay here again. The convenience of being right in the village is the only way to go. Less than 100 yards to gondola. Place was clean, and stocked.

The only recommendation I would have is to give more space to put clothes. We had no closet (one was locked and one was full of stuff) and the dresser in the living room was full of misc things as well.

Price was a giveaway

Location of condo was excellent. property management was not very nice when we asked for a 30 monute extra stay but that was ok. Walls are like paper and can hear next door neighbor's conversation. Must be a lot of your tennants in that building because all night was lots of noise with young adults playing loud music and running up and down the halls. price was excellent and now I know why.

Cozy and comfortable

Great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. If I could change one thing it would be having to find their office to get the envelope. When we arrived it seemed like ALL of their cleaning crews had also. Blocking traffic and parking. For first timers we had no idea where we were or how to locate their vaguely marked door in the strip mall. That was the ONLY negative. Everything else was amazing
