Thank you for your kind review, Kristen! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the house and that our communication and care for the property stood out during your stay. We also appreciate your feedback about the loft and the internet. We were not aware that the internet was not working during your stay, but we would have been happy to address it right away if we had known. We are also planning to add window coverings to the loft area to make it more comfortable for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Dear Carolyn, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay at Casita Uvita!! It is a wonderful home, close to the beach and town. There is so much to see and do here. We hope you return soon and stay longer ;-) Christine and Tom, Jaguar Property Management

Dear Gaylene, we are so happy you and your family enjoyed your month long stay at Casita Uvita!! Folks really need to stay in our area for at least 2-3 weeks to see and do all there is to enjoy. Dear Tracey, thank you for being our guests. It's always so rewarding to know our guests enjoyed their stay and our beautiful little corner of paradise. We hope you return soon!

Dear Jen, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for recommending Casita Uvita to other families. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, easy beach access, and our team’s communication and walkthrough upon arrival. Regarding the late checkout request, we apologize for any confusion. At the time of your request for late check out, we were not aware of the guests arrival time that same day. Unfortunately, once it was determined they were arriving at the standard check out time, we had to request that you adhere to the standard departure time to give our staff sufficient time to prepare so the next guests receive the same high standard of cleanliness. We also appreciate your suggestion about larger beach towels. We’d like to note that despite three towels being stained during your stay, we did not charge for their replacement, as we aim to be fair and accommodating whenever possible. Given this, and that the overall experience was positive, we were a bit surprised not to receive a 5-star review, as we truly strive to deliver a 5-star experience to every guest. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your time overall. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Dear Susan, we love return guests and are so happy you chose another of our fabulous homes for your vacation this year! Casita Uvita is a great jumping off point for all the fun activities and tours and of course...gorgeous beaches! We are looking forward to seeing you both again next year ;-) Christine and Tom Jaguar Property Management

Dear Nancy and Rocky, we are so glad you enjoyed Casita Uvita. The homeowner has plans to do a kitchen/living room renovation before mid year, so we will be excited to include an indoor seating area soon! This is the first time we have ever had a guest complain about any noise issues, I am so sorry this occured during your stay. I have spoken with the neighbors down the road and they are nearing the end of constuction, so fortunately it will not be an ongoing problem. We hope you return soon to our little corner of paradise. Christine and Tom, Jaguar Property Management
