Bienvenido a nuestra "casa del lago". Esta casa cómoda y familiar se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de Page, que incluye varios restaurantes, oficina de correos, cine, parque de la ciudad, atracciones turísticas, supermercados, etc. Esta casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones (camas para dormir 12), 2 baños, televisión por cable y acceso WiFi. Viene equipado con una cocina completa con microondas y lavavajillas. El estacionamiento para botes está disponible en el lado izquierdo de la casa (aproximadamente 9 pies por 30 pies) más espacio para 3 vehículos. Un gran patio trasero está esperando a sus hijos. Las uvas están disponibles para su disfrute en temporada. (generalmente julio o agosto). Disfrute del patio cubierto con parrilla y mesa de picnic.

We met as a family for a short getaway. We had our adult kids from out of state, and our younger kids as well. We needed a place that would be comfortable for everyone. We couldn’t have had a better place than here! Good neighborhood, clean home, all the things we needed were stocked in the home. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly, and didn’t affect our stay at all. The owner was great to communicate with, and truly cared about our stay. Having two fridges was nice, and the big family gathering area was great. It’s close to stores and restaurants and the lake. Boat parking was great! The only thing we wish had been different was a different shower head that actually worked well. We will stay here again, and would encourage you to as well!

Awesome getaway close to the lake!

This house was the perfect place to cool down after a day at the lake. It has a beautiful back yard and lots of space! Close to a grocery store and plenty of beds for our big family and our kids friends! We plan on returning!

Clean cozy house

Very clean, plenty of room for sleeping (we had a party of 9)and sitting. Well stocked kitchen, decent neighborhood and within walking distance to grocery and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great Home away from Home!

Great Stay! We enjoy Lake Powell every Year. One time a year we rent a home because of our grand children. Its so nice to get out of the heat and enjoy family in the comfort of a wonderful home. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your Lake House!

Excellent Location

We had plenty of room for our large, extended family and the location cannot be beat. We walked 1-2 blocks to excellent restaurants, spent the day on the lake and relaxed back at "home" after visiting beautiful Lake Powell. We would return again!

Great house for the price enough room for 4 adults and 8 kids.

Only complaint is that boat parking is a very tight squeeze. Everything else is just perfect!

Great place to stay

We took the youth group to Lake Powell. We basically use the house to eat dinner and sleep. It worked perfectly, was clean, and the host was excellent to work with. Thinking of bringing my own family back here.

Great Page Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and well taken care of. We had 11 people and we were all comfortable and had a great time. Great location close to anything you need in Page. The grapes were in season and fun to eat off the vine!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood

This is a great location to be in town, yet not next to bustling businesses and restaurants. The host was very communicative but also kept things short and sweet. That's exactly what I love.

Family time

Everything we expected

Great Location for getting in and out of Page and still being close to everything!! Plenty of open space inside and out. We really enjoyed the privacy in the big backyard and had no problems parking a 23ft boat.

House for boys attending a camp.

We let the host know that we would be using their home for a group of boys attending a camp in Page. The host let us use their home for the boys and chaperones. Their home was clean, matched the ad, and served perfectly.

We really enjoyed the Lake House

Fall break getaway for our family... we haven't been to Lake Powell in more than 20 years, but everyone had a great time fishing and playing in the water. We loved relaxing in the evenings at the house after a full day of playing hard. The dining area had plenty of room for us to enjoy a good meal together and lots of space on the couches to hang out and enjoy. Everything in the house was very clean, just an overall enjoyable stay!

Great location

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend with our 5 kids and my sister in laws family. The house and rooms were bigger then we expected so that was great and having to fridges and laundry was great. The location to restaurants was nice after getting off the lake each day. My 5 year old peeled some of the paint off the master bedroom and they were very gracious when I notified them of the incident. The only downside, which didn’t really effect us was that the driveway only has space for one car and then their is gravel parking for another car on a slant. We only had 2 cars so it worked out but if you had 3 it would be a little less convenient but not impossible.

Perfect House for our family!

What a clean, well maintained home! We were in Page for a family reunion with our Page relatives. At first we were thinking maybe the size of the house would be a problem since we are 7 adults and 5 children. However, the open concept of the home, the large grassy backyard and the flagstone patio made the house perfect! The little kids made good use of the backyard! They loved it and will remember this wonderful family time! The location is close to downtown Page for shopping, groceries, and restaurants as well as all the tours available in the area. We would definitely not hesitate to stay in this home again. The owners are very responsible about timely correspondence and were very concerned that we were enjoying our stay. Thank you Mackida Kids!

perfect home for a large family

This is the second time we have rented the Lake House for our family. (7 adults and 5 kids). We were very pleased the first time, so didn't hesitate staying there again. The property is clean, well maintained and has a cozy welcoming feeling. The living room and adjoining dining room and kitchen are very open and have a spacious feeling for a large family. The kitchen appliances are new and clean. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled. There is a separate pantry and laundry area with a washer and dryer and extra refrigerator. We also enjoyed the flagstone patio and the grandkids especially enjoyed the large grassy backyard. We all loved the delicious grapes growing on the back fence. We would not hesitate to rent this house again should we return to Page.

4th of July Lake Powell Trip

This property worked great for our family trip recently to lake powell. the House was in a great location. We walked to a couple of the restaurants that we typically frequent. They have an additional fridge, which i do not recall on there amenity list, but was an awesome bonus as we had some many beverages to get cold before they hit the cooer for the day. Really the only downfall was the off-street parking for the boat. The space on the side of the hose was restrictive from both the roof overhang, and the difference in slope from the pad to the street, made it impossible to get into. So we ended up parking on the street, which wasn't a big deal other than we had been requested NOT to. But did not have a choice. Backyard was nice and quiet place to hang out under the canopy in the mornings.

Not very good experience

Sprinkler system was broken the first night when we stayed. Water is everywhere in the backyard and you can hear it. We can not sleep well. Parking space is limited and owner told us we can not park on the street. Service binder is missing. So I texted owner for password of WiFi. The first one is wrong. It took me one day to receive the right password. Communication is poor.

Dear Future Renters, The above guests arrived on a Saturday evening. I was informed by text Sunday morning at 7 am that the sprinkler system valve box was broken. I responded that I would take care of the problem and immediately called our lawn service company. When booking the property the city ordinance regarding no street parking for VRBO guests was included in the notes section below the reviews. It was mentioned again when reminders about the house were sent via email, and again on day of arrival through text. At 11 pm Saturday evening I received a text asking for the WI-FI password. I explained that our previous guest had taken the information binder by mistake, had mailed it back; but had not yet arrived and that I was out of town and did not have the information with me. I had them try a password but it was not correct. Early Sunday morning after tracking down the WI-FI password I texted it to our guests. I am sorry these guests did not have a more pleasant experience. They did email this response: "We had a great time staying in your property in Page". We have received many positive reviews regarding our rental property and I hope this one negative review will not keep you from booking our "Lake House" as your next home away from home.
