Esta es la casa de mis sueños! ¡Se completó en 2015!
La casa tiene habitaciones y la sala de sol en el primer piso, lavadora / secadora y baño completo. Una habitación tiene literas, y la sala de estar y el porche pueden dormir al menos otra pareja o niños en cada habitación. El segundo piso es un plano de planta abierto. Cocina gourmet con una terraza adjunta para la vida interior / exterior. El tercer piso es el principal con su propio baño y terraza. Todo es de primera línea. Solo familias respetuosas por favor. Es la casa de mis sueños y he puesto todo en ella. ¡Las vistas son absolutamente increíbles desde todos los ángulos! Buscando una familia para relajarse y disfrutar de la casa y la zona.

Happiness by the beach
Great beach house. Decks with wonderful views. Kitchen with top of the line appliances. Large Weber grill for barbecue. Fantastic outside shower.

Family Vacation
This was a Fantastic Beach House for everyone, the house was just as described and the views were amazing. Everyone loved it, there was plenty of room for all from the grandparents down to the 4 grandchildren and all 10 of us. My husband loved cooking on the grill for meals on the large deck. The gourmet kitchen had everything you would need and we loved the living room. Pool passes for the beach and beach chairs made it easy to get to every day and close enough to walk back for lunch. The owner was very helpful and so was his manager we can’t wait until we can go back for another Amazing Vacation!

Perfect Getaway!
We just loved Rose Island II ! Clean, bright, and beautiful! You can tell this home is loved, built and designed with care. The proximity to the beach and the beautiful views are perfect! We have stayed in the neighborhood before but we lucked out with this place. The owner was so awesome and accommodating, and the property managers was welcoming, friendly and helpful . I just can’t say enough good things about this place! We fell in love with the listing but it had exceeded our expectations.

Perfect family getaway
Both the owner and proper Manager could not have been more welcoming. The home was beautiful and well appointed for a family, with multiple sleeping areas, multiple levels allowing for privacy, large inviting decks with lots of chairs to enjoy the view, a gourmet kitchen and large baths. This was our first time using VRBO and our first full family vacation with both our grown daughters and their families. Would highly recommend!

Amazing views!
The house was beautiful, with amazing views around every corner. Unbeatable location, a stone's throw from the beach and the Andrea beach bar. I highly recommend staying here!

The Best Spot
My family had a wonderful week; a beautiful home with Lovely views around the house . Great access to the beach and adequate parking . Fantastic facilities;
Gorgeous kitchen, sparkling bathrooms and lovely bedrooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to spend beach time at Rose Island II next year!

Beautiful Ocean View Beach Home, so close can hear the waves!!
My friends and I spent this past week here; loved the location, so close to the beach and restaurants. Decks on the house were my favorite spot...after a day at the beach! Very roomy house, great outside shower. We had a ball!

Sounds of the Surf!
We loved our stay at Rosewood Island II. The house was beautiful! The main area of the home with kitchen, dining and living area, was open, bright, perfectly decorated and offered gorgeous views of the ocean. The deck offered great outdoor seating and dining and continued views of the ocean, as well as, allowing us to hear the waves crashing on the beach. The entire home is GORGEOUS! The bedrooms and open spaces are also bright and beautifully decorated in nautical/beach themes. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf. The baths are all high end with lovely tile. The proximity to the beach was ideal! Bring your chairs over in the morning and walk back for lunch and spend the day there! We did so much - biked, music on the beach, drive in movies, Shakespeare in the Park, fishing off the beach! BEST family beach vacation!

Beautiful Home!!!
What a great time we all had!! This home is absolutely fabulous!!! The decor is just beachy perfect, very nicely done and so comfortable. The kitchen is a cooks dream!!! My husband is the cook and he never left it. Location is great 3 min walk to the beach...Perfect! Hope to do it again next year!!! Thank you!!!

Even better than expected and we came in with high hopes.
Beautiful house, fantastic location - couldn't have asked for a better place to spend with friends and family. We're hoping to come back again. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfy - a great home away from home but with sights and sounds of the shore- so even better!
