¡Disfrute de las magníficas vistas mientras se relaja en el balcón privado de nuestro condominio frente al mar ubicado en la Bahía de Boca Ciega! Ver espectaculares puestas de sol, ver jugar a los delfines o simplemente tomar el sol de Florida es la receta para unas vacaciones relajantes.
El condominio, que se encuentra en el 3er piso, está a minutos de muchos restaurantes, centros comerciales, St. Playas de Petersburgo y Madeira, y John’s Pass Village. El sendero para bicicletas Pinellas se encuentra al otro lado de la calle, Tampa está a 35 minutos y Sarasota está a aproximadamente 1 hora en coche. ¡El área también ofrece una variedad de campos de golf para los entusiastas del golf! Target, Walmart y un nuevo supermercado Publix también están a pocos minutos.
Nuestro condominio de 1 habitación y 1 baño está equipado para la comodidad y el estilo, ya que recientemente se amuebló en septiembre de 2018. El dormitorio tiene una cama king size, con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas con canales HD y reproductor de DVD.
La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama Queen de tamaño completo, una silla y media, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas con canales premium por cable y un reproductor de Blu-ray para su entretenimiento. Hay una mesa de estilo pub, con dos taburetes para comer.
La cocina cuenta con una encimera de granito, una estufa y horno de tamaño completo (comprado en septiembre de 2014), un refrigerador nuevo (comprado en julio de 2015), utensilios de cocina, vajilla y utensilios. Hay un lavaplatos y una lavadora y secadora para las necesidades de lavandería.
El condominio cuenta con Internet de alta velocidad al que también se puede acceder desde la piscina. El complejo ofrece una cubierta de piscina de gran tamaño, piscina y jacuzzi con vista a Long Bayou y Boca Ciega Bay, así como un muelle privado para pescar. Hay acceso en ascensor a todos los pisos, así como a las escaleras en cada extremo del complejo. Hay contenedores de basura y reciclaje en cada extremo del complejo.

Hay un pequeño gimnasio que se puede utilizar.

St Petersburg Getaway

Absolutely beautiful views, lovely property, easy parking, gorgeous pool/spa area - and excellent location to access beaches or downtown St. Pete. A small snafu was addressed promptly and properly. Absolutely would stay here again!

What a view!

We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We loved watching the dolphins and birds, and the boats coming and going. The condo was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The grounds were well kept as well. Beaches and stores were a short drive away.

Very nice property. Neat clean had all the amenities we needed to make our stay very relaxing. We even did carry out for dinner just to enjoy the magnificent view on the balcony. Thank you John and Elizabeth for opening up your property for us to enjoy

Superb view!

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely apartment. Fantastic view of the bay. Bed was very comfy and everything was provided. My only slight criticism was the crockery some of which has seen better days. Otherwise, all good. The owner was very responsive to requests.

One of the requests the guest made was for a tea KETTLE. We provide a tea POT, but not a kettle. In the 8 years that we owned the condo, we only had one other request for a kettle and that guest ultimately never booked. We only provide the basic kitchen items as we cannot accommodate every item a guest wants. This seemed to us to be a very small matter where the guest could either go to a store and purchase the tea kettle or for the one week's stay boil water in the pots provided. Regardless, we purchased the tea kettle immediately. The cookery was replaced in May of this year, so we are not sure why this is a criticism. Otherwise, all was good. The guest was clean and maintained the condo.

Magnificent view!!

Wonderful stay! When we opened the sliding doors to the balcony, it was as if we added a room. The unit is on the quiet side of the complex. So relaxing!! We saw dolphins every day. We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and John was on it immediately!! The only negative was that the bedroom carpet could use a thorough cleaning or perhaps replaced! I would definitely return!

Just relaxing!!!

We have stayed in this condo several times. John is very quick to respond to any questions. We love to sit and watch dolphins from the balcony. The bed is comfortable. I like that there is a washer & dryer. Great place for a relaxing get away!

Amazing Get-A-Way

I needed a get-a-way for a few days just to recoup. After renting this condo for a few days a am truly revitalized. the view was amazing and the place was very clean. I woke up every morning and had breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise. The location was excellent and not that far from the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again and recommend to my friends.

Love Boca Ciega Resort

This was our 7th stay at Boca Ciega Resort, our 2nd time staying in condo 318. The views from the balcony and pool are beautiful and very relaxing. It's always fun to sit and watch for dolphins, manatees, and rays to swim past. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We did enjoy our 2wk stay and the view was great but the unit needs some TLC. The owner John was very nice to deal with and addressed the plumbing problem the best he could while being out of state. We had to stay at the condo for the first 2-3 days so plumbers could be there for the issue, which should have only been one visit if it had been done correctly the first time(plumbing company's fault). Now, for the other issues: AC does not cool the unit well as it only goes down to 68 and runs constantly, the washer leaks and water runs down to the pantry closet and kitchen area. When I made the other owner, which I'm assuming was the wife, aware of this issue, she was dismissive about it. She said the housekeeper didn't mention it. Maybe housekeeping didn't know to look for the leak. We washed 2 loads of clothes and the washer left about a half gallon to a gallon of water in the floor. The dishwasher does not adequately clean, the balcony has a good view but the umbrella fell apart when attempting to use it and we had to purchase one as I cannot be in direct sunlight-there is no shade from sun on this balcony-owner John kindly reimbursed us for it, the folding chairs on top of the outside storage closet are severely rusted and I would not use them, upon arriving there was 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 trash bag under the sink for a 14 day stay. So as soon as we got there we had to go back out to the store because we arrived on Christmas Eve. The 1 pan in the oven was old, tattered and should have been thrown away, the 2 frying pans were the same. Also, the bed has this extremely hot latex like foam topper on it and it makes you sweat because it has no breathability. Unit needs to be updated, things need to be stocked, and appliances need replacing. I wish I could have given a better review but I feel its always best to be honest.

Unfortunately, the previous guest prior to this reviewer either intentionally or accidentally dropped a bar of soap in the toilet causing it to clog. As we would like for everyone to act in a responsible manner, this is just not the case. We addressed the clogged toilet immediately calling a plumber out on two, not three, different occasions and each call was the first call of the morning. It is a misrepresentation of the facts that the reviewer had to stay in the condo for “2-3 days” as in reality the plumber was there for an hour each visit. If the reviewer had plans or needed to leave the condo for any reason while we took care of the plumbing issue, she should have communicated that to us and we would have made other arrangements. If it was “the plumbing company’s fault,” then why include in a review for the owner? The owners did everything they could to rectify the issue on a timely basis. The air conditioning unit is purposely set to go no lower than 68 degrees as recommended by the AC company. This is to deter anyone from setting the temperature at some ridiculous level and leaving for the day and incurring an unnecessary electric bill. Also, it should be noted that this particular reviewer stayed in the condo in mid-December into January, so any temperature below the 68 degree level is unreasonable. Additionally, we have owned the condo for 7+ years and have never had anyone complain that the temperature wasn’t cool enough-even in the mid-summer months. As for the washer leaking, the reviewer did not notify us immediately that the washer was leaking nor did any previous guest or did our housekeeper notice any leaking. Once we were apprised TWO DAYS AFTER THEY CHECKED OUT that the washer was leaking we addressed the issue, which was an intermittent problem that was a simple fix. It is curious how the communication was great prior to her arrival, but she “forgot” to tell me about this. We pride ourselves on repairing any issue quickly. We are under no obligation to leave any beach chairs or umbrellas for guests to use. There are many times other guests leave their items behind unbeknownst to us. Any discretionary item is there for anyone to use and if it is not to that guest’s satisfaction they can buy their own items and use them. We reluctantly permitted this guest to purchase an umbrella for which she was reimbursed, but once we saw the size of it in a picture we quickly had our housekeeper return it as it was clearly a liability on the patio.

Great View

The condo had a great view and we enjoyed watching the wild life and the boat traffic from the balcony. Located very close to the Pinellas Trail we really enjoyed our walks and running on the trail each day of our visit. Condo is very close to some great restaurant’s which we also enjoyed!

A slice of paradise.

All the condo's here are on the smaller side. The unit is well furnished, clean and updated. The view of the intercostal is grand, the sunsets are beautiful. this condo had everything we needed. especially love the tall chairs and table and ceiling fan on the balcony. Plan on a car or uber to get around.

Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Boca Ciega Resort! This was our 5th stay at this complex. We love sitting on the balcony and looking for marine life. We also love the fact that the pool area is never crowded. This year we brought our bikes and spent tome riding on the Pinellas Trail! We highly recommend Boca Ciega Resort!

Fourth of July weekend

We loved staying at this place. The condo was great, clean, in a great location and just a perfect size for our family. Our favorite part was the balcony. The kids enjoyed watching dolphins go by, the birds flying by and the boats. The view was incredible. John and Elizabeth were great hosts! We will definitely stay here again!
