Este es un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con una vista frontal del golfo. Cama King size en la cama principal y queen size en el 2do dormitorio. Podemos acomodar hasta 6 personas para los arreglos para dormir. Condominio totalmente amueblado con ropa de cama, toallas, utensilios de cocina, todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa. Tenemos 2 kayaks. Tenemos un paquete y jugamos a la cuna. Wifi incluido en el edificio, televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación y sala de estar. ¡Cuatro grandes sillas de patio para sentarse y mirar la vista!

Very Clean a good value for the location.

Just off the main drag. Close enough to walk to the shops, dining, and beverage establishments. Next to a less crowded beach that was relaxing. The unit was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. I would stay there again if I am in the area.

Immaculate & Exceptional Condo

Where do I begin??? This was the best condo ever! Everything was clean, nice, & neat. For us it was like home away from home. Everything we needed from beach chairs, to kyaks, to bikes were provided by the owners. Great people by the way! :) The view from the balcony and the space on the balcony...undescribable! Everything was in excellent shape...brand new! We couldn't have rented a better condo and plan to make this our home away from home vacation spot from now on. Thanks for everything Mr & Mrs Costello! :)

Best beaches

This condo had all amenities you need it is in great location. Spacious, roomy and comfortable. I recommend this place for anyone coming to Pensacola.

Perfect!

Every single thing about this condo was perfect for our family. We so appreciate Christie and her kindness in answering all our questions and making sure our needs were met. This place is so accommodating from the beach chairs to the beach umbrella to the 2 kayaks to the very comfortable beds! The condo is directly across the street from the most peaceful beach with hardly any crowds. There is a trolly you can hop on to get to any place on the island, but you are just a few minutes drive from all the wonderful seafood places, shops and attractions. We had five in our family and had plenty of room. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect!

We had the best time & the condo was amazing! Perfect view on the huge balcony having coffee! The owners have thought of everything you could need, from beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, and the kitchen is fully stocked, all you need is food!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property, very convenient to the beautiful clean beach just across the street & nightlife is just 2 minutes down the road! We will have amazing memories! Thanks for having us in your home!

Everything we had hoped for.

The condo is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great view. Its location is ideal, close to restaurants, etc. but far enough away for quiet and privacy. A good time was had by all.

Looking for a home away from home, but with amazing views! Then this is the perfect place for you!

This condo is beautiful and amazing in every way possible. From the comfortable beds to the gorgeous views. This place has everything & I mean everything. If you need it or even think you'll need it, it's there. Bring your clothes and your food & you're set. This place is so peaceful & quiet if I hadn't seen people in the elevator or coming & going from the beach I wouldn't have known anyone else was staying here. You're not so far from everything that it seems like a chore to get somewhere, but you're not smack in the middle of all the hustle and bustle either. You can drive, walk, bike or trolley whichever you choose, there is so much to do and see you'll never be bored. Mon-Thurs. we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Friday the crowds picked up, but it was still nice and enjoyable where we were in front of the condo. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend with friends or a nice, quiet, safe, family place to stay, either way this is the place for you. Christie was so nice and so accommodating. Her and her husband have truly put their heart & souls into making this the perfect place! We were sad to leave, but we'll be back soon and I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here. I can't seem to find the words that really do this place justice. So you'll just have to see for yourself, you won't be disappointed if you stay here! Thank you again! From The Hall's (Texas)

If you stay anywhere.. Stay here!

This condo is beautiful and lets start with the beds- Amazing and comfortable, best sleep ever and the curtains keep the sun out so you can actually sleep in. The living room and dining room were spacious and the furniture was comfortable and accommodated my family when they came down from the 7th floor. There were 4 adults in this unit and it was perfect. When family came down from the 7th floor (also a rental) they were amazed at everything that came with this unit unlike theirs. We were provided with toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and anything you needed for the beach and more. This condo is located near everything & if it's to far for you to walk, hop the trolley (it's free). We were in contact with the owners and I could tell that they would be available if we needed them. They ere wiling to meet us at check in but because we did not have a set time as to when we would arrive they made other arrangements for us to get into the unit. Thank you from the SEATTLE Family and know we will be back.

Beautiful condo

We really loved this beautiful condo. Both bedrooms and the kitchen/living room had views of the Gulf and each bathroom was nicely updated. The nights were quiet and the complex is situated near the beach. It was everything we were looking for as a relaxing vacation spot.

It had everything!!!

My family had a great vacation and this condo had everything. Plenty of kitchenware, towels, paper products, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards...you name it, they had it ready for you. Location was perfect and the condo was very clean, modern, and updated. The building itself was quiet. Never heard anyone else above us or in the hallways. Loved the beach views in the bedrooms and living room. Christie was awesome! Her response time to any question was fast. The very short walk to the beach was great and the beach was never overcrowded. The pool was also nice and was never crowded either. All in all I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Our family was more than pleased with our stay. We look forward to staying longer next year!!!

Amazing!

My family of four stayed here for a week. So beautiful! Very well kept, beautiful view from the balcony. Kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Everything we could've needed was there...from pots and pans to beach umbrellas. Ocean views from every room. I would definitely recommend, and would come back!

Where memories are made!!!!!!!!!

Escaping from Minnesota to this paradise was just quite simply marvelous! Darren and Christie made this an experience ....no....an adventure we will always remember! Their condo had every amenity possible from beach umbrellas to sunburn lotion when the umbrella should have been used :) Thank you Darren and Christie for a beautiful stay in a fabulous home!! It was everything we were wanting...and more!!!

Just like another reviewer posted, this condo was like walking right into my own home, but in Pensacola Beach. The owners were a dream to work with. We have two kids, ages 6 & 9, and wanted our tenth anniversary celebration to be special for us, as well as the children. The views from all rooms was spectacular. Everything for children's play was provided - there were kayaks we used the one day the weather was beautiful. There was a beach buggy LOADED with kid's beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs. That was a lifesaver so we didn't have to rent any or buy anything. There were also bikes available to us from this owner, however it rained 1/2 the time we were there so didn't get that opportunity. The beds were comfortable, and the place was quiet and not in a party area. We slept with the AC off and the windows open at night to listen to the Gulf and not much noise happens outside this condo. Parking was a breeze, and you are just across the street from the entrance to the beach. There is a red binder by the Guest book that has lots of useful information and brochures to help you during your visit. We LOVED Peg Leg Petes for lunch time. It has a children's area and a pier out back that a deep sea boat had just come in so our kids watched as they fed the resident blue heron. Crabs was another great seafood place too. You will not be disappointed if you have children and choose this condo.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was even nicer than we had anticipated.

This condo was clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to spend a month -- a very nice "home away from home." The owners were extremely helpful and interested in our having a good stay. When storms came through, they called to be sure we were okay. They provided many of the necessary items & even "went the second mile" by providing things that are not usually provided at a condo. The beds were very comfortable, as was the nice leather chair and the large sofa in the living area. We highly recommend this condo for others looking for a comfortable place to have a nice vacation.

Most excellent!!

The five day getaway for my daughter and I was unbelievable at this fabulous condo where everything, and I mean everything is provided by the owner and included in the price. We have stayed many places along the Gulf Coast throughout the last 20 years and this was by far the best. We kayaked with the provided kayaks conveniently located at the back of the property in the beautiful and scenic calm bay. We napped in the comfy hammocks overlooking the pool and bay. We took a sauna, we played tennis with borrowed racquets and balls from the property manager. We worked out in the fitness center. We took bike rides down the paved trail along the beach and to the boardwalk. We lounged in the pool overlooking the beautiful boats at the dock. We got lots of seafood from Joe Pattis and bread and all sorts of good stuff and grilled outside by the pool. We slept in the most marvelous beds with fabulous soft sheets and pillows. There are four! Sliding glass doors that go to the deck that has a spectacular beach view. Beach chairs and umbrellas and even an ice chest are there for your use. Everytime I thought of something I'd neglected to bring...it was there. Binoculars, flashlights, kitchen supplies...beautiful spices...condiments, towels galore, all included. You can literally show up in your shorts with a bathing suit and flip flops and everything else this dear owner has provided. Never seen anything like her generosity and absolutely cannot wait to stay there again. The place was spotless and the facility very quiet and tasteful with secure entry at all entrances. The beach a short walk but the view of water amazing from all doors. I was concerned about the road in front but never had heavy traffic or noise condo is on third floor and road is negligible. Such a great value for the price and close to action but far enough away if you want peace. This place and the owner are spectacular!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is so cute and very well kept and equipped! Christie was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure it was perfect! The condo also has a lovely view and isn't very far from all of the restaurants and shopping. The beach was very quiet and not crowded! We were the first ones out there one morning and it wasn't that early either! We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Ocean views from every room

Well kept and maintained property with everything imaginable and more that you would need to stay at beach... Couple we rented from were very accommodating and friendly, would definitely stay there again!!! Never a problem to park, shopping carts to bring in your groceries, goodies, etc and hop in the elavator...Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and furniture, very cozy

Amazing Gulf-front Vacation Getaway - Perfect Location & Very Clean & Comfortable

Not only were the owners prompt in responding and confirming our stay, but they were also beyond welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. Darren and Christie, who are locals, went above and beyond to take us around the condo and the grounds. The newly remodeled and nicely decorated condo was complete with gulf-front views, new furniture and appliances, and everything you could possibly need to help you feel at home. All you need to bring is your family and your foods because all other necessities are already in the condo. There were several items I packed and never needed to take out of our bags. They also have 2 bikes which we enjoyed riding to the boardwalk and restaurants, as well as a beach buggy filled with beach gear, and two kayaks. The beach is easy access across the road and was never crowded. The pool is located behind the condo and next to the bay. We began recommending this condo to family and friends while we were still there, and we will return as soon as we can. Only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The area is close to the beach, restaurants, bars and other attractions and can be accessed without a car by using the free trolley and or by bike or foot. It is also very clean and safe. We enjoyed the beach, fishing, eating at restaurants such as Peg Leg Pete's and Casino Beach Bar and Grill, bike riding, swimming and enjoying the view from the large balcony.
