Nuestra unidad No Smoking & No Pets ha sido remodelada el 4/17 y tiene un amplio dormitorio con una cómoda cama KING y TV de pantalla plana por cable. Nuevo sofá cama Queen con colchón premium de 6 "y nuevo balancín cómodo instalado en la guarida el 20/06/17.
Tiene una amplia puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce al balcón cubierto privado adyacente con mesa y sillas con vista a la piscina exterior.
La cocina totalmente equipada tiene amplios gabinetes nuevos de Hickory natural, encimeras de granito, placa para salpicaduras de cerámica, estufa eléctrica de cuatro hornillas con horno, horno tostador, microondas grande nuevo, refrigerador / congelador grande, cafetera y muchos utensilios de cocina de acero inoxidable.
La sala de estar / comedor tiene un sofá cama Queen y un cómodo sillón reclinable para relajarse y mirar la segunda televisión por cable de pantalla plana, tiene una chimenea de piso a techo y registros eléctricos que se pueden usar para "ambiente" y / o calefacción.
Oak Square tiene una piscina al aire libre y una gran piscina climatizada cubierta.
Las piscinas cubiertas están abiertas todo el año.
Hay dos ascensores convenientemente ubicados y estacionamiento cubierto para vehículos personales, también estacionamiento pavimentado adicional para botes o remolques.

Beautiful little condo designed like a cabin inside! Our family of four had a great stay! The sofa pulls out into a couch to accommodate children. Perfect location for walking to all downtown Gatlinburg shops and eateries. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a great location and close to everything in walking distance. This property exceeded our expectations!!! It was absolutely perfect!!! We thoroughly enjoyed every day with in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge & had this great property to come back to, to relax & rest up for the next day!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

Elaine and I grew up in the Northwest corner of South Carolina and have lived and worked within a 20 mile radius of where we were born. I am retired after working 47 years in the same place and Elaine retired in Feb 2018. Our parents sometimes vacationed in Gatlinburg so when we met we realized we both loved Gatlinburg and the mountains so it was just natural that after we married, we continued to visit here.
This area has always been very special to us and now we actually fill like we are "going home" when we start on a trip to Gatlinburg.

Elaine and I have been vacationing to Gatlinburg for almost 50 years. We started short getaways here right after we were married and have raised two sons that dearly loved to come up to have fun in the pools, creeks and walking to the many water falls.
God has blessed us with two grandchildren that are always wanting to go up to Gatlinburg for all the same reasons that our boys did plus now there are many other shows, rides and more new adventures each year.
After much prayerful consideration, we decided to purchase property in downtown Gatlinburg so we would have the safety, convenience and accommodations we wanted
in our retirement.
