Great for multiple families!

Cozy cabin & beautiful location! Our family of 7 adults and 5 kids visited over Thanksgiving break. We had some confusion with the check-in. There are 2 gates to the neighborhood, which we did not understand from the instructions, so some of us ended up at a residents gate. You have to put in the welcome center address, then change GPS to the cabin address. There was parking for our 3 vehicles, though it was tight, so 3 larger vehicles might be an issue.The cabin was decorated for Christmas which was nice! Gave it a homey feel. Very nice area on a golf coarse. They had board games. Kitchen was well stocked. All of the beds were king size. Gave us plenty of sleeping room. Though the beds were springy and noisy. We had to space out baths/showers for everyone to have warm water. Wish they had a tankless water heater to prevent that, especially since the tubs are so large. Overall a great stay & we would stay here again!

Great location, close to everything. Very clean and modern. Great hot tub and a beautiful view of the lake. Very comfortable for our group of 10. Would definitely stay here again!

Cabin with spacious and comfortable for eight of us

Spent a long weekend, taking in some of the Branson activities and the cabin allowed us a very comfortable clean, and very easy to get to activities. Lady comfortable setting for a fun family weekend!

Family Fun

Great location. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the spacious bathrooms and that each bedroom had it's own bath. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Great time in a wooded area

The layout was fantastic! A few small things would make a big impact on comfort. The beds upstairs were quite springing and noisy. If beds can not be upgraded, better pillows may compensate for uncomfortable mattresses. The lack of dusting had most of us sneezing/wheezing, so a thorough cleaning would take care of that.

Bed Bugs

It was a nightmare! There were bed bugs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Management did refund us our total stay but was unable to help us relocate to a different property. Spent a full day of our vacation at a laundromat washing all our clothes and throwing out all our suitcases, bags, and pet beds.

Family vaca 2023

The property is lovely! The pictures on internet are quite flattering, but that is normal with these types of pictures. It is a bit smaller in all areas than it looks. There was no gas grill on the deck and the sink did not drain in one of the bathrooms. They could be a bit more generous with bath towels and toilet paper, especially for a multi day family stay! The kitchen was very nicely equipped! The directions to the area were not very clear. Nobody seemed to know exactly where Ozark Mountain Highroad was! I had a few conversations with Donna. She was always pleasant and helpful! Thank you!

Excellent place for Branson family fun

We liked the place, and everything worked well. The family enjoyed our stay. One comment: lack of weekend telephone contact is a distinct shortcoming. Short of a facility emergency, calls to the property owner are not available, unless you want to pay a penalty of $25.00. We had a question on Saturday, so this restriction created a problem. Fortunately, we handled the issue. Had we checked in on Saturday or Sunday, I can see how this restriction could easily create a hardship in the event of a non-emergency request.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented this cabin for our ever growing family of 11 (5 kids, two son-in-laws and 3 grandchildren). Upon arrival, the lodge was clean and very welcoming. Plenty of space in the 4 bedrooms and to my youngest sons excitement he discovered that the couch had a pull out bed in it so he didn’t have to share a room with his youngest sister! We loved this place and hated having to say goodbye. Personally my favorite feature was the screened in back porch that overlooks a babbling creek. I enjoyed a nice afternoon nap in the rocking chair with a pleasant breeze cutting through the air. The only critique that I have is that the hot water heater was not big enough. With each of the 4 bathrooms having jacuzzi style baths, you could only fill one up about 2/3 of the way before the water turned Luke-warm and then quickly cold. The tubs were a huge selling point for my wife and daughters and they were not able to enjoy them due to the lack of hot water. I would strongly advise investing in a tankless hot water heater.

Few fixes needed

Overall, this is a nice cabin. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed. Your jacuzzi tubs in 2/4 bathrooms, do not work. There was never enough hot water for everyone to take showers (7 of us). The fireplace would not work after a couple of uses. The biggest issue was the upstairs shower leaking downstairs over the patio door. You can tell leaks have been painted over before. Parking was very tight! Lastly, the comforters on the beds, need washing!!!! None of this was a need to notify the property manager in a holiday, as it was not emergent (I did call and this was the message heard). Not worth what we paid for 2 nights, that’s for sure! Positives, they made an exception for our dog. Otherwise, nice for an 11 yo cabin that allows Pets.

Family Christmas trip

The cabin and location was beautiful! The check-in and directions were a bit lengthy and confusing. The paperwork said automatic check-in, but at that location, we had to actually stop in and check in at the welcome center before we could get into the gate. My suggestion, provide the address to the welcome center, saying guests need to check in for car passes, then they can GPS to the actual house.

Great for large groups !

I would definitely recommend this cabin. My only complaint is the beds could be a little more comfortable. However, it makes up for it with the privacy of four large bedrooms with large adjoining bathrooms. This was wonderful for my family to each have their own privacy while making memories and being together. It was in a beautiful and convenient location.
