A little slice of paradise.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Muller’s Cottage works perfectly for our family & friends. There is enough space inside & outside to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, creek, shop & Bowling Club. The quietness is appreciated. Only one criticism, when we arrived, the house reeked of dog smell, especially the couches. This smell greeted us any time we locked up the house & returned to throw open all the windows.

Great house great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was perfrct as always. Can't find too much that I can fault Definitely needs more fans or better still ceiling fans. The humidity is getting worse each year and makes its unbearable to sleep or even function. This should definitely be considered to make the place somewhat perfect.Look at hiring a potable AC this year that's how bad it is

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! It was a pleasure to have stay at our holiday property. Thank you for your feedback. We will certainly review it and consider any necessary actions. 14.8.24 : Since your feedback, the owners have taken your suggestions and actioned some and are working on making improvements where possible. Here’s what they’ve accomplished so far: New shutters have been installed in the main bedroom. A remotely controlled blockout blind has been added to the kitchen window. The electrical component is set to be completed by mid-August. A ceiling fan is being installed in the lounge overlooking the back garden. An ‘airomatic’ fan and roof vents are being added to the front portion of the house. The owners really appreciate your input and are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Kind Regards Anna & Bella

Perfect beach holiday spot for families

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a week's stay at Muller's Cottage and we had the most wonderful stay. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. No internal stairs and plenty of living space. The house was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. The secure, fenced-in back garden was great for afternoon games for the children. The beach was a short stroll away and we were easily able to access the patrolled area of the beach twice (sometimes three) times a day. Most mornings we woke to find kangaroos in the front garden too!

Mullers Cottage Hat Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean & tidy. The beds very comfortable. So many extras ie coffee machine & pods. Loved the new big shower & bathroom. 2 separate lounge rooms was great for us as we had someone who liked to watch tv while the rest of us just chatted. The only downside was no ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms or no air conditioning. Great location. 2 min walk to club or river or beach. The real estate was amazing to deal with and the owners of property left us a gift in the fridge. Thank you. But would definitely rent this place again.

Great Pet Friendly house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Mullers cottage. It’s in a great location to everything in Hat Head. It’s that popular that we tried to book for same time next year but it was already booked out! Only downside is backyard is full of bindi-eyes so our dog couldn’t really run around in the yard and the tyre ruts are so deep under the gate she could easily escape.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 1 de mar de 2023
Hi Linda, We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Mullers Cottage. We have filled in the ruts from tyres on the driveway and under the gate and have sprayed for bindis. Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention, it is very important to us, as we strive to ensure that our guests have the best experience. Regards Elders SWR Holiday team
