Un encantador, con aire acondicionado, unidad de 2 dormitorios a tiro de piedra de la playa que puede alojar cómodamente hasta 5 personas.

Área de patio cubierto muy privado con escenario al aire libre y barbacoa de gas.

Cocina bien equipada, salón y comedor con un gran televisor de pantalla plana y DVD.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y acceso al patio a través de una puerta corrediza de vidrio.

El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y una cama nido.

Para su comodidad, hay una lavandería interna en el baño con lavadora y secadora.

La única unidad en el complejo con un garaje seguro para almacenar todo su equipo de playa o un vehículo pequeño.

South West Ricks is such a gem that so long as you’re there, you’ll enjoy it as it’s a brilliant location with so many great walls, a great golf course and plenty of beaches and eating places.

Floors filthy, very loud, couldn’t use outdoor area due to mozzies and wasps/wasp nest in plants.Location is really what you are paying for and the number of beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a relaxing short break in Unit 1 Northpoint as we have done on previous occasions. The unit is conveniently located to Horseshoe Bay beach and the local restaurants and cafes. The unit is comfortable and clean and has everything we need. TV and air conditioning. It is on the ground floor with no ocean view however we spend most of our time outside at the beach or going on lovely walks along the beach No wifi available. Car space available with garage door. Note that the car space is not big enough for large 4WD or long base vehicles. We like staying here.

Knives were blunt and about 6 of them. Too many plates. A bit silly really Al a bit scrappy I let elders know about the knives and they were willing to do something but I said not to worry. Had own remote roller door garage, the only one in the whole building. Restaurants all close not even a minute walk. The beach is one minute walk. Iga and Coles 2 min drive. If you enjoy fishing it’s only 5 min drive to the breakwall and jerseryville bridge.

There is nothing good about this property it was dirty, smelly, the condition of the property was terrible, the bbq was rusty and filthy. The car park was inaccessible, the condition of the utensils was terrible. There was cobwebs on the bedside tables, dangling from the kitchen light, no where to store groceries, unable to use the rusty neglected stove, the washing machine was no better, the floors were dirty as was the bathroom, extremely disappointing. Eclectic furnishings are fine but they have to be cleaned and free of dust.

It is close to Horse Shoe Bay beach and all restaurants and cafes along the main street. Private off street parking. Reverse cycle aircon; comfortable queen bed and 2 singles in the second room. It has all we need. It does over look the caravan park however at this time of the year it is quiet and when we have stayed in other seasons, we have never had a problem with noise.

The bathroom has mould everywhere, the tiles throughout the whole apartment needs a good scrub. The kitchen cupboards are really dirty. The floors need a good clean, the corners had dirt built up. The beds were all very uncomfortable (old mattresses). Everything feels like it needs a good clean and a few maintenance issues, feels like it hasn’t had more then a wipe over in a very long time.. however the location is good and the apartment was a decent size for a family, the real estate staff were lovely and the lady on checkout was lovely when I expressed my concern about the property being dirty (I had rung earlier in my stay to express my concern about it needing to be cleaned however nothing was done)

Great location. Walking distance to beach and shops. Only suggestion would be to spend some $ replacing old rusty fans, and worn out lounge - then it would be a really smick joint !
