Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay. The house was beautiful and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We lobed having the pool in the backyard and the resort pool was only a 5 minute walk. Would stay again!

Great stay overall! The house was as pictured and the clubhouse amenities were so much fun! There were plenty of dishes for us all and sitting room outside. There were always dead mini black ants in the pool that we kept having to skim out of the pool and on the last day we did find 2 cockroaches upstairs, but other than that the house felt clean.

Absolutely Amazing!

This property is as beautiful as the photos. The house was warm and inviting, very clean, easy check-in and check-out and the perfect location. Our favorite part was the pool and the hot tub.

Exceeded expectations

I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better property for our family and friends during Thanksgiving! This spacious house was just a short drive to Disney theme parks, convenience stores, restaurants ...you name it! We’ll definitely be back!

Conference House

They property was all we expected. Comfortable beds and a very nice property. I had a team of employees down for a conference and they liked the fact that all of the beds were a Queen or King. Looked like it would be a great place for a family with kids or for a guys golf trip.

My first house rental

My family and i enjoyed our stay immensely ! I would definitely rent again. The only negative input i have is, my name wasn't on the check in list. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise, everything else went well.

Great home with very basic amenities in the home

The home was great. there were no extras in the home. 1 roll of tp, 1 trash bag, one laundry pod, 1 dishwasher pod. We thought they were stingy with basic amenities.

Great property

Our large group of over 10 adults and children loved this house. It was very clean, large/spacious, and in a quiet area. The community waterpark was great as well and the kids loved it. My advice is to stop at walmart before checking in and buy some extra toilet paper as each bathroom only gets like half a roll. Also buy paper towels because there are no hand towels in the kitchen. It was a short 15 minute drive to disneyworld, and there are a lot of good restaurants near by. The rental company was very prompt in responding to my questions while we were there.

Could not get response from Mangement

The dish washer leak and the dryer takes for ever to dry but it is a beautiful place and nice and clean decorated nicely spacious I will return and need more tv in the rooms

Golf Trip '2 Thumbs up'

We needed a house with the large beds and multiple bathrooms for 6 guys, everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Good location with golf courses fairly close by and restaurants. Next time, we'll pay extra to get the pool heated. It was 85 degrees outside but the pool was COLD. Only issue was figuring out adjusting the thermostat (AC), got really hot one night... we didn't call about it, so that's on us. But we'd stay here again.

Lovely but cautious

We rented this house for a surprised weekend for my sister's 30th birthday. We had a mix of friends and family and we all had our own space as well as plenty of bathrooms to all get ready. This house was the perfect set up! We all really enjoyed our stay at this property, beds were all comfortable which was important after fun days out in the sun. The house had pretty much everything you would need for a great stay. That being said I would be certain if I were to rent from this company again to make sure that I recorded/checked for basics that are provided. I would recommend asking for a check list with the number of items they say are provided on the property (pool towels, hair dryers, etc.) and confirm they are all there upon check-in and check-out.

Family vacation done right

The listing and location were perfect for our 10 person/10 nights stay. We are regulars at this resort location but this was our first stay at this property. The management team responded within a reasonable timeframe regarding a couple of minor questions and concerns. The pool heat and hot tub temps at 95 and 102 were perfect for us. The starter toiletries and dish detergents were as expected. The only recommendation I have is to add a towel set per person and additional tvs in the bedrooms. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work well so I’d recommend increasing speed to account for work from home renters. Aside from those, this property delivered as expected and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Family Fun Time

My family stayed at this lovely house in October. We had all age groups. There were so many bedrooms and enough bathrooms so there was never an issue. The kids and the adults loved the pool and it was gated so we didn’t have to worry about the little ones. The house was located near all the restaurants and shopping as well as being close to the parks. One of the bedrooms was locked when we arrived. We called the office and it was resolved right away. When we opened the door we all in awe of the Harry Potter enormous bedroom. The kids loved it. I have only one issue. The master bedroom and the Harry Potter bedroom the bedding didn’t feel clean. It may have been the fabric but I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. Overall is was a good experience and we all want to come back this summer.

Relaxing week in Kissimmee

The house and community was so nice. There wasn’t much clarification before arrival that there’s two gates and you’re supposed to check in the front gate. There’s also a back gate that doesn’t close and for the first day we mistook that as the proper entrance. The trash pick up isn’t actually every day as it says but it’s still pretty frequent. The house was super clean and nice. We did find some broken glass our first day in and around the pool but we don’t fault the renters for that obviously they had a tenant that didn’t tell them glass broke. Just maybe be careful going shoeless in the porch area. It was a little difficult to get in contact with the renter until closer to our dates and they reached out via text. Would definitely use this rental again.

Very nice stay!

We stayed here from a Wednesday thru Sunday. House is immaculate! The pool was great and the house is very nice. We only had 6 people stay, so we had plenty of room. We all loved the house. We get away to Florida every March and we would definitely come back again. The things we didn't like: We had to notify the owners 3 days in advance if we wanted to have the pool heated (no problem). The problem was that I left several text messages and voice mails and no one called or texted me back to tell me that they got my message that we wanted the pool heated. The only way I knew they got my request was when I saw the charge on my AMEX for the pool to be heated. Every other place we have rented was great about replying to voicemails and texts. There were no dish towels in the kitchen and the 'starter pack' for garbage bags was only enough to cover a two days worth. And we were disappointed that there were no noodles or blow up rafts to use in the pool. Other than those things, we had a great time and I would highly recommend this house!

Decent property.

Overall a good house and location for going to Disney. Communicating with the owner was hard. They do not communicate through this app or email. I got a phone number a few days before checking in where they apparently do all of their communicating through. So, to answer the questions I never got answered for others. There were 2 high chairs, 4 pack n plays (which was really nice to have a set up up stairs and down stairs for the baby). There’s two parking spot in the driveway and then a few shared spots across the street. Couple things I think are useful to know as well. The Harry Potter room is super cool looking but there’s no private bathroom and the closest bathroom is the shared pool bathroom. So, even though it’s a cool room, no one wanted to stay in it. There’s three TVs in the house - 1 upstairs in the common area, 1 in the main living room on the first floor and one in the master bedroom upstairs. The pool is on the north side of the house so it doesn’t get a lot of sun. We stayed in Jan so the heater didn’t work that well and it never went above 75. The community playground and pool area was a nice bonus!
