Excellent location and amenities.

The condo is just as it is pictured and described. We loved the layout and esthetics, and appreciated all the extra amenities that enhanced our vacation. Mattress comfort is different for everyone, but for my family it was the only thing we were dissatisfied with.

Getaway with friends who are family

This was our second time staying at this property for a moms and kids trip. The location is ideal for strolling town and watching boats in the channel. The outside balcony is the perfect viewing location for the musical fountain show. The walk to the beach is pleasant. It is so helpful that the property has beach chairs and towels to use. We loved our stay and are looking forward to returning again.

We stayed with our teenagers, and had friends visit during the day. Right off the bat, the condo is immaculately clean! It’s gorgeous and well stocked. Location is perfect, right in the heart of it all!

Prime location! Beautiful condo

Our family of 4 just stayed here over Father’s Day weekend… amazing all around! We absolutely loved the location and really can’t beat the convenience. The only time we used our car was to drive over to the beach (barely 5 min drive) since we had a lot of stuff to bring (our 3 year old twins require a lot of cargo). We loved being able to walk to everything in the downtown area and get back to the condo quick when the kids needed a break! Check in and out was seamless and easy. We used our stroller a lot and we had no problems getting in and out of the building with it (sometimes that can be a challenge). Beautiful spacious condo, perfectly clean and inviting. Well stocked with essentials. Tv in every room (kids loved that!). The best part was the balcony for people/car watching and of course the musical fountain at night! We would absolutely stay here again… the price is worth the convenience of location in our opinion. My husband wanted me to add his notes: he loved the Sonos sound system, water pressure and art work. :)

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This is a great find. It is crystal clean - seems brand new - and beautifully appointed. No detail overlooked. Fully stocked with anything you need for your stay, even nice towels, soaps, linens, laundry and kitchen items. We were traveling with our baby so the conveniences were incredibly appreciated. Easy in/out. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Great parking options. Gorgeous view, especially for the sunset and musical fountain! The location is excellent for walking pretty much anywhere — shopping, dinner, beach, bars, ice cream - you can’t beat it! The only con for me (because I am a light sleeper) was the street noise. Because it’s in such a great location, it’s busy. So I struggled with the noise a bit but thankfully most people seem to abide by the 11p noise ordinance. We also had our baby in the other bedroom that was further from the street so the noise was a non-issue there. Would definitely stay here again!!

Happy to be there

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The balcony was perfect for watching boats and people; the riverwalk was just across the street and restaurants/shops were just around the corner. Fantastic location for us and the condo was lovely—looked great and had anything we wanted.

Wonderful Condo

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It is in a great location in downtown Grand Haven - within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the musical fountain every night. Highly recommend this condo and hope to be back again!

Best place on the beach!!

This is the place to stay! I would definitely book this any time I return to Grand Haven if it is available! Very best condo for watching the fountain and people. Close to great restaurants and shopping, very clean and well stocked.

Beautiful place, Beautiful location!

This place is such a perfect location in Grand Haven. One thing I was surprised about is it stated "2 bedroom" but there is only ONE closet for the whole unit, in the master closet. The other bedroom has a closet but there are only shelves inside. I also think it states "sleeps 6" but I don't think there is room for 6.

Comfortable and well appointed

No complaints here. Great location, comfortable and roomy, well stocked. The (new) coffee pot didn’t work and the property owner was there in a flash with a replacement and a gift card for the inconvenience. She was very attentive to our needs.
