Relájese y descanse en nuestro resplandeciente paraíso frente al mar con gloriosas vistas a la Isla de Wight. A menos de una hora y media en coche del centro de Londres, nuestra casa de playa boutique se encuentra en la capital del windsurf del Reino Unido. Una casa de lujo de 3 dormitorios (con capacidad para 6) que ofrece una vida fácil en la urbanización privada cerrada Marineside Estate está disponible para vacaciones durante todo el año. Encontrará esta joya desconocida de una propiedad en Bracklesham Bay, a 7 millas al sur de Chichester y con fácil acceso a los maravillosos South Downs y al histórico Goodwood.

El alojamiento amplio y luminoso cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas y está distribuido en cuatro plantas con un baño familiar en la planta superior y un baño con ducha en la planta baja. El amplio salón con vistas al mar se abre a un gran balcón frontal, ideal para tomar el sol o ver la puesta de sol sobre la Isla de Wight. Todo el desarrollo de Marineside es extremadamente amigable para los niños y hay una gran área de césped en la parte delantera de la propiedad perfecta para los niños y a la vista del balcón frontal para tomar el sol a los padres. Hemos trabajado arduamente para llevar esta propiedad al mercado local de alquiler vacacional y continuaremos esforzándonos para garantizar que su estadía sea muy placentera.

Very comfortable stay

James was great at communicating and very helpful. Even posted back to us a couple of small things we had left at the house. The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control. The kitchen is well equipped.

Amazing Stay!

This is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay in and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The house itself is spotless, comfortable and cosy with wonderful views to wake up to and watch the evening sun going down to. Can't fault this place!! James was a fantastic host, everything went smoothly and he was at hand for any questions I needed answered. Will definitely be coming back to this little gem. Bracklesham Bay is glorious! Thankyou James!!!

Great property in a superb location - room for improvement

OK - we enjoyed our stay. Great location .Well equipped kitchen. However compared to other stays in vrbo accommodations this one was a bit of a mixed bag. Just think that with just a little more thought and modest investment the owner could make this property so much better and appealing to a wider market. The house sleeps 6 people, but has seating for just 5 in the lounge , 2 sun loungers on the front deck and 4 chairs on the rear patio area. dining table has seating for 6 on a large dining table. Owner clearly is reluctant to supply bedlinen/towels, claiming that most people supply their own bedlinen and towels. Just one bath towel per person was supplied. This seems very mean considering the four figure sum per week rental fee. We were embarrassed by the skimpy provision of one bath towel per person. The home still lacks sufficient bedside lamps. We see this has been fed back earlier, but there is just one bedside lamp in the double bedroom and one in the twin bedroom, none in the bunk bed room. There is no full length mirror in the bedroom , the only mirror is one located in the wardrobe. strangely there is a suitable mirror in the upper bathroom which is lodged on the bathroom shelf on its side at an angle. Having stayed at other vrbo properties there was no welcome gift - which always gives a good initial impression. Even just a pint of milk in the fridge and a couple of teabags is a nice gesture.

Lovely stay as a family. The house is clean, well equipped and welcoming. The multiple terraces are great. The host is welcoming and very helpful with the local area.

Fab beach house in a great location, perfect for families

We really enjoyed our break here. The house was perfect for us, shared family areas, with the kids bedroom upstairs with us, and Grandma's room downstairs. Lots of outdoor space to catch the sun. Lovely view of the sea. Friendly neighbours. All the pots and pans you'd need to easily cook big family meals. And the most comfortable bed I have slept on for ages! We'd happily come back!

A week by the seaside

Really excellent location in a gated seaside estate, with sea views from front and rear balconies. The sea is twice as far away at low tide as it is at high. Very quiet at night. Intriguing split level house, with plenty of space, and a bunker to keep bikes or outdoor equipment. Well equipped. Only niggle is the lack of bedside lights (2 between 6 beds!)

The Perfect Getaway

We booked this as a last minute half term break & it was absolutely perfect! The property was spotless & very well decorated. The beds were also very comfortable which is a big plus! The kitchen was brilliantly stocked with everything you could need including brilliantly sharp knives - which was a bonus for us as we love cooking. James was super helpful and allowed us to use his boogie boards, he answered all our queries very quickly & gave us good advice on where to stock up on fresh fish & wetsuits! The beach is literally a stones throw away & the kids loved playing on the communal grass area in the front too. We loved that the property had sunshine on both terraces, the back for breakfast and the front for evening drinks while looking at the sea. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning again.

Steps to the Beach

Townhome over 4 levels, with two ocean view decks and a good sized patio. Steps to the beach. Bracklesham is a shingle beach at high tide, great for fossil hunting at low tide. Can walk along the beach towards Selsey one direction and East/West Wittering the other. East Wittering has Tesco Express and Co-op for groceries, a greengrocer, butchers, cafes/restaurants. West Wittering has nice sand beach. Relaxed place to stay, with lots of paddle boarders, surfers, kayakers. Townhome was clean, spacious (big enough for a family with kids) and comfortable. James was fast to reply to any query, friendly, and we appreciated the late check out. Everything was smooth, no issues at all.

Great property in brilliant location!

We’ve had a great holiday in this property. Location was spot on with a very short walk to the beach. Community around the property very friendly with kids playing together in the evenings. The property itself was clean and tidy and extremely well equipped. With balconies out the front and back, we could always find somewhere cool to sit as we were lucky enough to have a heatwave whilst we were down there. Hot water was available at anytime of the day which was great as we were in the sea throughout the day and it was perfect to be able to jump in the shower when we got back to the house. Lovely views of the sea from the balconies (especially the front) added to the overall experience. We had visitors down for the day during our week and all of them said what a brilliant house in a perfect location. Thank you.

Family Holiday

The property was internally as described on the website and was well equipped. If it could have been better it was in the outside - the decking and external furniture was not as pristine as the inside.

A comfortable and relaxing week's break.

We found everything positive about this this place and would recommend it highly. It has a lovely position next to the sea and the accommodation in all ways helped us to relax. The beds were very comfortable (always important for us), it was clean and very nicely set out. We cook for ourselves and it had all the cooking utensils I needed. Even though it was April we were able to sit out on the balcony in the sun or go for walks along the beach, It was easy to get the keys. Parking was right outside and Wi-Fi was good. We are missing it already even though we are not back to work yet.

Beautiful comfortable house great view

James was very welcoming and showed us round. The house has everything you need for a relaxing self catering break. Set over four levels ( maybe be not suitable for very small children as there a lot of stairs) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. Loads of storage space. The view from both back deck and front balcony are wonderful. We watched the spectacle of glorious sun thunder storms and sea mists. Plenty of cafes pubs restaurants and takeaways nearby. Mobys fish and chips bracklesham diner and the boulevard in wittering are all worth a visit for good food. Shopping in Chichester is only ten minutes away. The residents are friendly and helpful. Our granddaughter (4 1/2) soon made friends with the children and played on the green outside. ( the electric gates mean there is no through traffic) Toddlers to teenagers all gather and play outside in a way that is not possible in most streets. If you are looking for a quiet child free holiday this is not for you in school holidays. Parking can be a bit of a squeeze but we were there over may bank holiday half term. Access to the beach a bit of a scramble over steep cobbles. The sea is perfect for sailing body boarding and surfing. If history is your thing the Roman villa and Portchester Castle are worth a visit. Littlehampton hayling island and Portsmouth are only half an hour away if you fancy a little trip out. Thoroughly recommend this house as a holiday destination.

Fantastic stay at Bracklesham bay

We had a fantastic time in this very clean and very conveniently located house. This house is very close to the beach in a gated community which makes it easy for a holiday with children. It is very childfriendly and you will find a cot and high chair in the property. The house is newly decorated in white with a plain sea side decor and is very clean. The only downside could be that the car park can get very full so you may have to park outside of the property. A very enjoyable stay and we are planning on coming back!

Lovely house by the beach!

What a gem!

Just come back from a short break in this lovely house. The generously proportioned property is in immaculate condition and was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked for self catering - there were even dishwasher tabs and washing powder. Balconies in the front and back of the house made the most of the morning and afternoon sun. We loved the grassy space in front of the house - as it's a gated community it's very safe for the children to go out and play with their new friends whilst we relaxed and kept an eye on them from the balcony. The beach is right there and we had much fun skimming pebbles and paddling as well as enjoying the spectacular sunsets each evening. We loved it and would happily return.
