Nueva casa de planta abierta de 2001 con sala de estar principal en el segundo piso con vista a 5 millas de océano prístino. Barrio tranquilo de viviendas unifamiliares. A dos millas de Waldport ya 20 minutos de Newport y Yachats. Patio trasero cercado para dejar correr a las mascotas. La cocina gourmet adjunta a la sala de estar y la parrilla al aire libre son perfectas para el entretenimiento. La terraza al aire libre con vistas y hamaca son perfectas para relajarse. Entretenimiento: Wifi, sonido Sonos en todo el hotel, TV de 42 "en la sala de estar con vista al océano, pantalla de proyección HD de 150" en la sala de teatro / juegos, juego de tejo, dardos, bañera de hidromasaje, juegos de mesa. Neflix, HBO y TV por cable incluidos. Dormitorios: el dormitorio principal está fuera de la sala de estar con reina, chimenea de gas, pequeña terraza para sentarse y baño principal con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. Las puertas francesas abren al maestro a la sala de estar delantera. Deje abierto para vistas o cerca para hacer otra habitación privada con un colchón de aire Queen Serta Neverflat. En la planta baja hay un dormitorio privado con cama de matrimonio y vistas al océano y una tranquila sala de literas con cuatro literas de matrimonio. The home is beautiful, you can easily walk to the beach, and the kitchen is fabulous. There was something for every person in your group to do. Walks on the beach, quiet time to read, a soak in the hot tub, fun games, and a great movie room. It's almost like your very own vacation package all in one spot!

We stayed at Kevin and Erin's beautiful beach house 2 weeks ago and were delighted in every way. It is a lovely house with all the amenities and so much more! The house was spotless, well-appointed and maintained. They, as hosts, were extremely responsive and attentive. We have stayed at many vacation homes and put this one right at the top of our list. If you choose to stay here you won't be disappointed. Just perfect!

Beach Family Reunion

Erin and Kevin's home is spectacular and they were great hosts. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom and bath has every amenity. The views are amazing, 5 minutes to the beach for amazing sunsets. The bedrooms, great room, bar and movie room offer relaxation. Perfect house for families. Every area is a 10 plus. We would stay here again..in a heartbeat.

Kevin & Erin saved the day!

My sister turned 30 in October of this year and we wanted to surprise her with a special night on the coast since she was unable to gather with friends due to COVID. My mom, my (other) sister and I had been planning and preparing a meal and celebration for weeks. The day of her birthday, as we were driving from Eugene and attempting to coordinate the surprise with her partner, we received word from the Airbnb host that the previous guests had not checked out and they could not reach them. Our day turned into a complete fiasco and we did not have anywhere to stay. Just as it was looking like we would have to drive back to Eugene, Erin (promptly) returned my message and allowed me to book their house last minute. She took a lot of time out of her day to help make it happen. Let me tell you, being able to stay at Kevin & Erin's home made up for everything! The house is absolutely gorgeous and we just managed to catch the ocean sunset through the panoramic windows. My sister soaked in the hot tub while the rest of us set up our little dinner. We loved the open floorplan of the well-stocked kitchen, the amazing sound system, the luxurious master bedroom, and the home theater system! We all couldn't get over the very cushy carpet- which makes the whole living room feel so cozy and inviting. We all slept super well- even the bunk bed mattresses are VERY comfortable (my 65-year-old mama slept great) and the bedding is all high-quality. There is a very detailed instruction sheet that gives helpful information about things like the sound system and the tv. Erin was super responsive when I had any questions and a delight to communicate with. Yes, the house is luxurious but it's also very warm and inviting. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will definitely be booking it for gatherings in the future. Thank you so much, Erin and Kevin!

Perfect beach house!

This was the perfect beach house - ocean views, quick walk to the beach, beautiful backyard with a hot tub and a stunning house with everything you need and more! Loved staying in this home with our family and would love to come back again. The bunk room and projector screen for movies was perfect for our kids!

Fabulous!

This was a great place to stay with all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen was well equipped, and the property had everything we needed, and then some! It was close to the beach and we had a lovely time. It was also a plus to have a fenced backyard for our dogs and kids.

All We Hoped It Would Be

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and the location was amazing, too. It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of little extra personal touches that made it even more enjoyable. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the living room is awesome. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals on the coast and this one was the absolute best. The house was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The location was amazing, the views were spectacular and the host was organized, thoughtful and responsive. We had an amazing experience!
