Esta nueva propiedad en Solara es hermosa, con 5 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños, además de una piscina privada. Todas las habitaciones de esta casa tienen TV de pantalla plana. Disfrutará de esta propiedad, ya que brinda una sensación muy cálida y acogedora para todos los que se quedan aquí. Hay un dormitorio principal en el primer nivel y el resto de los dormitorios están arriba.

Al entrar en la propiedad, encontrará la suite principal a la derecha. Esta habitación tiene una gran cama tamaño king con una gran ventana abierta con vista al exterior. Esta habitación tiene su propia televisión para su placer visual. Este dormitorio principal también tiene un baño privado que alberga un tocador con lavamanos, ducha de pie y baño.

En el nivel principal también encontrará un medio baño de piscina que tiene acceso al área de la piscina. La cocina abierta es preciosa, con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran isla con asientos. También hay un área de comedor donde se pueden disfrutar y disfrutar de agradables cenas tranquilas. La sala de estar tiene cómodos sofás y un televisor de pantalla plana, con vista a la zona de la piscina exterior.

La zona de la piscina es muy relajante. Cuenta con una piscina de chapoteo que los niños pueden disfrutar y una pequeña área de comedor al aire libre.

Cuando subas, encontrarás la segunda sala de estar y los otros cuatro dormitorios. La primera habitación a su derecha es una habitación que tiene una cama queen y un baño privado. Esta sala también tiene un área de lectura para que todos nuestros huéspedes se sienten y disfruten. El siguiente dormitorio al lado es un dormitorio que tiene dos camas individuales. La habitación tiene un tema de Star Wars y está decorada para que todos los niños la disfruten.

Al otro lado de la casa, al otro lado de la casa, encontrará otra suite principal. La suite principal del segundo piso tiene una cama king con baño privado. El último quinto dormitorio restante tiene dos camas individuales y tiene un tema de superhéroe.

Lake Palm te hará desear vivir en Solara todo el año. Disney está muy cerca de la propiedad y la zona está empezando a crecer con la apertura de nuevas tiendas y restaurantes. Si te quedas en esta propiedad tienes acceso a los siguientes servicios:

Perfect Family Christmas

We had a wonderful time visiting the Orlando area and this townhome was the perfect place to stay. Our family of four (mom, dad, one teen, and one school-age kid) had plenty of space to stretch out in the second floor suite of bedrooms, while my parents and their dog were able to easily maneuver about the first floor master suite. The large kitchen on the first floor was well-stocked with cookware and we were able to prepare a full dinner on Christmas Day, as Publix was just a short drive away. The entire unit was nicely decorated - I thought the Star Wars themed kid’s bedroom with matching twin beds was adorable and my daughter thought the beds were super comfy. We relied on Uber to get around and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a car. All in all I would recommend this vacation home to families looking for an alternative to a hotel or timeshare.

Modern pet friendly town home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the townhouse was nice and fit everyone comfortably, there were a couple of things that were not so nice. I don't think it was cleaned properly before our arrival. The sectional and white dining room chairs looked as if they had old ketchup stains on them. There was dust throughout most of the vents in the home. There were multiple lamps that did not work. Some of the lights in the bathroom would randomly turn off. The house was also very hot at times being that we could not turn the thermostat which was very inconvenient because it was extremely hot outside. The house temperature was 74 degrees and outside it was 82 degrees. The floors needed to be mopped and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. There are no ceiling fans or light fixtures in any of the rooms which means you have to rely on natural lighting or the lamps (if your lamp happens to work). Also, it would be nice if there were some curtains in the living room and bathroom by the pool because you can see right into the house which is kind of creepy. Other than that the townhouse and resort was nice.

Great place but a few problems

The place was nice and very roomy but the floors are not being cleaned well. Also, several of the outlets do not work and there are no overhead lights or fans in the bedrooms.

The sliding glass door needs shades or drapes for privacy. Anyone walking in the back on the homes can see straight in. The windows in master bedroom need drapes to block out the street lights outside the home. Ac broke 1 day, after 2 calls it was fixed by repair man at 130am. In the Florida heat, ac is a must. Overall it was amazing and would def. stay again

First time staying here at Solar family Resort.

This resort was beautiful, as pictured. Really spacious and clean. Had no problems checking in. My family and I loved the the private pool in the yard. If your planning to grill we found it cheaper buying a table top grill at the local Walmart which was only 10 mins away for all of your grocery needs. The resort swim area was also beautiful. Really reasonable prices at the pool restaurant once you’re hungry after a swim. Only thing we didn’t like was, there were no pool towels provided you’d have to bring your own. Other wise the pool area was great. If your interested in playing basketball or shooting hoops you will have to buy a basketball like we did at the 5 below that’s also 10 mins away. Many local restaurants in the area as well. Also if you’re planning on going to Disney theme parks their about 25-30mins away. We’re planning to make solar resorts are vacation home for many years to come.

Vacation July 2019

The unit was beautiful and plenty of room for my family, however the air conditioner would not cool the unit adequately. After many phone calls we were told the air conditioner will only get 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature which that week happened to be 100 degrees each day! On the third day of our visit the washing machine stopped working and it was never repaired during our visit! We will more than likely not return.

The place was neat, clean and as advertised. My kids loved the splash park and the personal plunge pool. Pool was safely gated. I would recommend for the property owner/manager to put blinds on the front and back windows for privacy.

We will be back!

This house was amazing. Here’s some info that I wanted to know before we got to the house so maybe it’ll help others. Master Bedroom with King bed and Bathroom is on first floor. The other four bedrooms were upstairs. (Two rooms with bathrooms, two shared hallway bathroom) The living room/dining area/kitchen is very spacious. Additional living room on two floor with TV ( huge plus because it allowed the kids to watch TV upstairs while we were downstairs) If your Coffee Lovers Like we are, the coffee machine takes the cone filters :) The gated resort is amazing. During April 2019, they were still developing the other half of the resort but you cannot hear the construction so that was a plus! The pool area was GREAT. The outdoor bar is near the pool and fire pit. The kids Splash Pad was awesome. The surf stimulator is 30.00 a day for unlimited rides. (Or 100.00 for unlimited rides for a week pass) When arriving at the resort for the first time, you check in with the main gate, then they register the license plate so that the gate automatically opens each time you come back “home” Disney Parks/Disney Springs is about 20-25 min away depending on which park. Universal is about 30-35 min away. There is a Walmart that is 11min away for all your grocery needs. The area where solara is seems to be new development so cell service isn’t that great but it Didn’t really affect us except with navigation( Waze and Google Maps) The WiFi was great and no issues. We had a blast at Solara. We will be staying at this property again ( unless we decide to purchase a property in the resort :) haha) Have fun!

April 2019 Stay

Absolutely wonderful experience. The home is beautifully decorated and the accomodations and amenities are top notch. The home layout (floor plan) was perfect for a large family to enjoy their vacation as well as have enough personal space to relax and enjoy being at home. a far better decision than a hotel.

Large, roomy and new

Reviewer Comments: The house is very large and in great shape being so new, the community is still being built so a lot of construction activity during the day but we were not there most of the time went for the Disney Parks. Now for the few negatives, no shade/blinds on door in downstairs bathroom giving neighbors clear line sight into the room. Also no blinds on the window in the master shower so again can see the window of our neighbors house clearly while showering. Kitchen could use a few items like cutting boards and a pasta strainer but other than those few things we really enjoyed the stay and would defiantly return in the future.

Large. Clean, comfortable, modern easy in and out

Townhouse was nicely decorated and very clean. Linens on the beds, towels in the closets, plenty of towels. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, and utensils. Only thing I couldnt find was a colander. Which I got around by draining pasta from the pot with the lid. Pool was nicely heated and clean. Comfortable beds, the memory foam type. One of the few times I haven't missed my own bed. Tile in most areas except the bedrooms. The community has a gated entrance that is guarded 24/7, not that you really need that, but I think it helps non-guests from using the excellent pool, kids splash area and gym. The kids area is really great, and if you can, there is a flow rider like R.C. cruise ships. The gym was top notch, clean with great equipment. Disney is only 10 or 15 minutes away, depending I think on the time of year traffic. We brought our 20# havanese mix dog, and it was nice to walk him in the community. There is still a lot of construction going on at this point, but I think it will be completed in a matter of weeks. All the homes are almost finished in this phase of the development. Our unit had one master suite (bedroom and bathroom) on the first floor and 4 bedrooms with bathrooms on the second floor. There are limited paper goods and detergent, so a trip to the store is necessary. Publix and Walmart are 5-10 minutes away. The management company for the owner offers a phone app when you reserve this unit, which is very nice and easy to use. We did not have to contact them during our stay.

Beautiful Townhome that is Very Roomy and Not Far From Disney World

We evacuated from Hurricane Michael and found this place to stay! Florida Spirit, the property mgmt company is awesome! They helped us and many other families find townhomes in the resort. The home is very roomy & comfortable. It was a huge blessing for us to be able to stay in it! We are forever grateful!
