Captains Quarters B es un apartamento de un dormitorio que se encuentra en una ubicación fantástica, convenientemente ubicado a solo una cuadra de la playa, el muelle, los restaurantes y las tiendas. Lugar perfecto para el viajero de presupuesto y las parejas. El salón tiene TV LCD de 32 pulgadas. Dos acondicionadores de aire de ventana y nuevos ventiladores de techo en salón y dormitorio hacen un gran trabajo manteniendo el lugar agradable y fresco en el verano. Disfrute del porche amueblado en la parte delantera de la casa con mesa y sillas para cuatro. Hay un gran patio delantero con una parrilla de ladrillos al aire libre (carbón), además de una parrilla de gas adicional. También hay una lavadora / secadora compartida en la parte posterior de la casa.
Estacionamiento para dos autos. Apto para discapacitados (nivel del suelo, sin escaleras; no cumple con ADA).

The property was clean and conveniently located. Close to shops and restaurants. A relatively short drive to Savannah (25 to 35 minutes). Also just 15 minutes to Fort Pulaski a Civil War battle location. Perfect for history buffs.

Great location and cozy home

The code to the door took me a few tries, but once I figured it out, I had no more issues. The sunroom was great to eat and play board games, the kitchen had every appliance we could home hope for. The pullout couch was comfy, and the master bedroom was a great size. We hope to stay here again next summer.

Perfect little getaway spot. Everything was exactly as advertised. The location could have not been better. We parked when we got there, and were able to walk to the beach, the shops, and all of the best restaurants. Cant wait for our next stay here!!

We enjoyed the front porch and firepit. We wish there had been a washer and dryer, but just for the weekend it was perfect. The internet/wifi was not great. We had a difficult time connecting.

Excellent location, perfect stay

There is truly not a better location for the price, convenience to beach/shops/restaurants, and overall quality than this cute condo! Me and a friend were perfectly comfortable staying here for 3 nights for a truly relaxing birthday celebration weekend. The walk to the beach was super easy and short! Same with the restaurants on the main strip. We didn't have to move the car once since first parking there. Definitely will keep this little place on a favorites list. It was truly wonderful! Thank you!!!

Great location and property

This little duplex is very nice. It is compact but very well laid out and great for a couple. Good kitchen for when you want to eat in and close to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Who’s your neighbor?

The little duplex is cute and fairly well equipped. It’s perfect for a couple size wise. The problem is, you are next door to whoever rents the other side and for us it was a double bummer. First couple was quiet and behaved but he smoked right outside their door which meant we couldn’t open our porch windows because all the smoke would come in. He was outside a lot and unfortunately he was coughing up a lung constantly. They left on a Thursday morning so we thought we’d have a little reprieve but by Thursday afternoon we got WORSE! A mom who smoked so same problem but had a teenage son who constantly played video games and was yelling and screaming and swearing to the game for hours, well after 10pm quite time!! Will never make the mistake of staying in a duplex again. Also, one should know that it is located behind the bar/restaurant Stingrays. Loud and smelly. Every morning they rinse out the garbage area and the disgusting water drains down to the corner and stinks. If you’re into the party scene, this may be your place but we are quiet morning walking people who like to bird watch. In fact, there are 2 green herons that hang around the house (shockingly) and that was another nice plus.

June 2020 Stay

We have been visiting Tybee for the last 15 years as a family. This was the first getaway with just a couple of the kids to celebrate their birthdays. We found Captains Quarters to be just the perfect size for us. The location was fantastic! A quick walk to the beach and easy to hop on bikes on the quiet street and explore the island (our favorite thing to do on Tybee). We will definitely be back!

Tybee winter visit

Enjoyed our visit to Tybee and the property was as advertised. Small but cozy and was just right for a couple. Loved the location, short walk to the beach, pier and many restaurants and shops.

Property was exactly as described but actually looked even better in person. We didn’t do any cooking as it was an easy walk to many restaurants or a quick drive.. Loved having the living room to chill after spending the day at the beach or out sightseeing. Biggest/only negative was the size of the bathroom. It was definitely small but it had plenty of storage for my stuff. Plenty of room for 2. Would not recommend for more than 2 adults.

Perfect Little Spot

Captain's Quarter's was amazing! We rented a golf cart and had a blast all weekend. The house was the perfect size for me and my husband. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort! We'll definitely be back!

Clean, quiet, and cozy. It was like having your own 1 bedroom apartment. Just quick walk to beach and surrounding stores/restaurants. Had the chance to meet the Owners and they were very nice.

Intrusion

Property was fine very small spot but close to dining and the beach. My problem came with the renting company. I checked in around lunch then headed to eat and the beach. Upon returning at night there was a man trying to enter the property thinking he reserved it. I told him I already checked in and was unpacked to call the company for the mixup. I then headed in and locked the door to a side any further situations. About 30 mins later the rental company came through the unlocked door while my wife was undressed telling me I was in the wrong. I proceeded to show them my checkin documents and they looked on their phone one the calendar for the day that clearing had my name scheduled and admitted their mistake after entering with no notice. This company could’ve easily looked before barging in to see I was the correct occupant. They gave me a $25 gift card and apologized, i was armed and my wife undressed it couldn’t turned out a lot worse. Very unprofessional
