Village Place 6B es una casa unifamiliar de tres pisos ubicada en un entorno tranquilo en medio de la isla. La casa es una casa adosada de tres pisos con excelentes características en el hogar, como todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito en la cocina, pisos de madera noble en las áreas de estar, muchas ventanas y luz, y un ascensor en la casa para hacer el Casa más accesible para huéspedes.

El nivel principal de la casa, ubicado en el segundo piso, cuenta con un vestíbulo de entrada con un pequeño escritorio, medio baño y un diseño de plano de planta abierto para las áreas de cocina, sala de estar y comedor. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama doble, televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, reproductor de Blu-ray, estéreo con base para iPod, radio y funcionalidad de reproductor de CD. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas con 2 asientos en la barra de desayuno grande que se abre a la cocina espaciosa. La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo lo que necesita para llevar a las familias a la mesa durante su estadía.

El nivel superior de la casa tiene una espaciosa suite principal con cama King y un sofá cama doble, TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, tocador, techos altos y un baño adjunto con una gran ducha a ras de suelo, bañera separada y tocador doble. También se encuentran en esta planta dos dormitorios de invitados, un baño completo adicional y el área de lavandería con cargadores frontales de tamaño completo. El dormitorio de invitados Queen tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 22 pulgadas y el dormitorio con dos camas individuales tiene una pantalla plana de 22 pulgadas.

El nivel del suelo tiene una ducha al aire libre y el estacionamiento para dos vehículos está disponible en la calle frente a la unidad. Hay una parrilla eléctrica disponible para uso de los huéspedes en el balcón frontal. Esta encantadora casa se encuentra a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa y cerca de varios restaurantes excelentes, entre ellos uno de los restaurantes más populares de Tybee, llamado Sundae Cafe, tiendas y mucho más. Family Vacation

Clean property in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and the property management made sure we had everything we needed for the prefect vacation.

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a relaxing and fun time. I rented a 6 seater golf cart for 2 days and we drove it everywhere. Having the golf cart made it alot easier to park and go from place to place. Pretty good fireworks show but i think it's time to upgrade the fireworks to a bigger show. We had a great time overall and i woukd definitely rent here again.

Overall it was a nice stay. A total of eight family members attended my granddaughters graduation from SCAD. Elevator was a plus as there are 3 levels. Had problems with locking one of the entry doors, we called it in and they sent maintenance the next day, they made it to that we could at least lock the door from the outside and are things were secure. We were unable to use that door for the rest of our stay. Parking became an issue as other guests were not complying with the parking regulations. For a house in close proximity of the beach there were no beach towels or beach chairs.

Happy Travelers

The property was awesome, so clean spacious with vibrant beautiful beach colors everywhere. The pictures are true to what the house is really like. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The house was so well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee pot, blender and more. Everything worked there were no issues. The sleeping accomodations were spacious and comfortable there was plenty of room. The pull-out and sofa bed was comfortable. The elevator worked and was a godsend to move luggage. We didn’t expect a garage for parking, washer and dryer and we were well pleased. The 4 block walk to the beach everyday was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. The Tybee Vacation Rentals staff even let us store some luggage while we dropped some of our party at the airport. They were so accommodating. We’re slready planning our next girl trip!

Located close to the beach and several amenities you can’t beat the price.

Although this place was affordable and accommodated my family of 8 we did have some qualms with cleanliness and things that didn’t work. Hair in master bathtub and whirlpool jet that isn’t functional, master shower door that doesn’t close all the way. There were several dirty dishes in the kitchen including frying pan and plates, broken hot plate in microwave, a/c unit that doesn’t cool second floor well as well as splatter on backsplash of kitchen sink and walls downstairs. All of us were stuffy at some time during the stay, I think in part due to the weather but also the dust on ceiling fans and baseboards. Pictures were taken of the items aforementioned and the rental agency did what they could to rectify the issue but I would recommend using an alternative cleaning company and REALLY inspecting before guests come to stay in the future. For the price I would probably stay again but I would do a thorough inspection before unpacking/unloading our things to make sure that we are satisfied.

No power in bedrooms 2&3

Property was very nice and clean. First night we realized there was no power in bedrooms 2&3. Contacted the after hours number. They stated they would send maintenance out. We waited up until almost 11pm when we got a text saying it was not an emergency and someone would call first thing in the morning. No one ever called. Left note while we were at the beach saying they came in and took pictures of breaker box. Next day still no power. They gave us extension cords to plug in tvs and lamps. We were finally told their electrician was two weeks out and the issue would not be fixed during our stay. They did reimburse us $300. We did suspect the issue was known about in those rooms prior to our arrival because everything was unplugged in those rooms already. They stated no reports were made before us. Will probably not use this particular rental agency again.

Beach vacation

This was a great location from the beach. It was a short less than 5 minute walk. The house was clean and even had a playpen and high chair for my baby. I recommend this place and would use them again.

Quick Beach Trip

The experience and property were everything we needed for a quick getaway. Peaceful and convenient to everything. The house was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. Everyone enjoyed it!

Weekend Getaway

Residence was in a nice quiet area. Cleanliness could have been better. We found hair in the showers and the residence wasn't vacuumed well. If the twin pull out bed in the upstairs bedroom is going to be listed as sleeping quarters, a new mattress needs to be purchased. I had to buy a mattress topper to be able to sleep on it. Overall it was a pleasant experience, besides the backache I left with.

Great stay

Property was very clean and check in was the easiest I've ever experienced. Our cable/wifi was out, so we went the first 2 days without cable tv or wifi. The rental company responded quickly and sent a tech out on our second day to come up with a solution for us. Very friendly staff! Location is super safe and quiet, but not super close to places to visit/eat (not an issue for us).

Quiet and Homey

I’ve stayed on Tybee Island many times since i was 6 years old and this was my first time staying on the North Beach part. It was so quiet and refreshing and peaceful. The property was beautiful and well kept. Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved it all!

Our first trip to Tybee and it was a Great one. We enjoyed everything about the little island and our townhome was amazing. Had a problem with the washer that we couldn’t figure out and it was fixed right away. My family of 5, my mom, and my brothers family of 3 all stayed here and it was great. Lots of room and very cozy. The walk to the beach was only about 5 mins. If we could’ve stayed longer we would have. Thanks for a great trip!

Excellent place to stay

This property was very clean and everything worked. The elevator was awesome though we only used it to take our luggage from the garage to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Much easier than carrying them up stairs. The appliances in the kitchen were updated except the stove top; however, it worked just fine. The unit is in a quiet area with a short walk to some shops and also the beach. The basement/garage had a ping pong table, dart board, and TV which made for a nice place to unwind in the evenings. It would have been nice if there was a way to open/close the garage door from the outside. We tried pressing the button and running out before the door closed, but the door senses that and just opens back up. When we were leaving the unit, someone would have to close the garage door and then go back up to the 2nd floor and come out the front door. It wasn't that much of an issue though. If you have a longer vehicle like a Suburban or pickup you probably will not be able to get between the units to get in the garage...you will probably need to park on the street. We have a Honda Passport and was able to back into the garage. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and plan to come back in the future.

Great stay the property was very clean and well equipped. Had a ping pong table which was awesome for our teens. The parking was a little tight however and limited us to 2 cars so our SCAD student who came to visit us has to find off street parking. The Saturday after noon traffic was crazy trying to get into Savannah however I suppose from people leaving the island.

Ok property could use some touch up paint on the inside and the second bedroom could use a new set of mattress. Nice location to the beach. Very, very, very, disappointed in the cleaning. House smelled like dogs, lots of hair in the master shower, hair even on the sheets in the master bed which I noticed while I was in the bed about to cover myself up. Disappointing especially with COVID 19 going around. Cleaned the house myself and thankful that the house had a washer/dryer combo that I could wash the towels and linens.

Very nice master suite with huge walk-in shower with seat. On the down side, the breaker for the outdoor electric grill popped every couple minutes making it unusable. Had to fry the burgers on the stove top and there is no hood. Not recommended. Also, the sofa bed had sheets on that appeared to be left from a previous guest.

Wonderful home, great location

This property perfectly suited our family of 8. It was the perfect layout, spacious, close proximity to the beach and several restaurants, and on the quieter end of the island, of which we were grateful. I would stay here again!

Great location, only 5 min to beach. House was clean.

We liked the house but ice dispenser and cold water from fridge did not work. Sofa bed was not good at all. Very uncomfortable. The house has 2 garage door which was easy and we did not need to look for parking area. The house has elevator which was really good.

AMAZING

Everything was perfect. From the drive to the approaching of the house. Everything work and was in place. No problem getting into the home. The kids couldn't decide which room they wanted. It was tastefully decorated and perfect for family gathering and togetherness. We are planning another trip this year and want to stay in the same home. I will say the ONLY issue we had was that the neighbor park there vehicle right in front of our garage and but I that was handle in such quick haste it was great... Our New 2nd Beach site...

Overall the home was gorgeous, short walk to the beach and very clean. The guest bedroom (Queen bed) was very uncomfortable and made getting a good nights sleep difficult. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the elevator since that was part of the condo. We also would have liked to be able to have access to a grill since we do like to grill out. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and privacy. Savannah was a short drive away, and the beaches of Tybee were gorgeous. I cannot wait to visit again!

February 2017 Stay

This is an excellent place. The place was pristine and convenient. We rented bikes for the weekend and rode them everywhere. It was great. Beautiful weather. We will be back.
