Escapada a la cima de la luna azul

Casa personalizada con 2 dormitorios, ambos dormitorios con camas queen. Cocina completa con mostradores de concreto. Un baño completo con mostrador de concreto con lavamanos, una bañera / ducha con azulejos personalizados. Balcón / patio privado con barandilla de metal y una puerta de seguridad. Hay una barbacoa en el patio para su uso. Las vistas son increíbles desde el balcón. La casa está ubicada en un acre, el estacionamiento es abundante. Se admiten mascotas con consulta primero. Tengo un Golden Retriever y un Border Collie que viven en la propiedad, deambulan y (Finley y Lady) ladran al primer encuentro, pero es amigable y amable. Por lo general, solo necesito una llamada telefónica o un correo electrónico dependiendo de la hora del día. Mi padre, Bob, vive en el apartamento de la planta baja, es muy tranquilo y te permite tu mayor privacidad, pero si tienes alguna pregunta, él es muy servicial y conocedor del área. ¡Gracias y espero que ames este lugar tanto como yo!

Another great stay

This a wonderful quiet and private place to stay. We came with our two dogs. We had everything that we needed and will definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is secluded, but still close enough to Downtown Paso and the wineries to be convenient. The unit is comfortable, with great views.

Perfect Family Retreat

We’ve rented a few properties and by far this was the easiest check in process. It made arrival time really flexible so we were able to take our time coming from LA. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The views were absolutely fantastic! It’s an easy drive to Paso Robles and not too far from the water either. A big bonus for us was the very sweet kitty, Smokey. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet Getaway

We had a great time with our out-of-state family at this property. The house was immaculate, and the neighborhood was quiet. A bonus was waking up to Smokey (the house cat) waiting for us on the patio. We had a great time visiting wineries we loved and finding one we'd never heard of (Hoyt Family Vineyards; tasting room downtown). I would stay here again.

Gorgeous hilltop retreat!

This is a charming, private place on a hilltop overlooking vineyards and beautiful rolling hills. The host was fantastic to work with, and the location is perfect for wine enthusiasts as it is literally minutes from so many nice wineries. Loved it!

What a view!

Very nice property in the heart of the Paso wine country. Great for two couples looking for a quiet place with amazing views of the area. Very easy to get an Uber/Lyft to downtown or many wineries.

Beautiful Place & Views!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this peaceful and secluded property, with gorgeous views! Tesla EV charger was a plus and super convenient! The property was clean, well stocked, close to local wineries/restaurants/attractions (Sensorio) and about a 20 mins drive to downtown Paso Robles. Robert (host) was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Although we didn’t use it, the hot tub looked clean and new. The gated balcony area was nice since we brought our small dog with us. There is also a friendly resident cat that greeted us every time we returned. We definitely recommend!

Lovely and comfortable getaway

From the minute we drove up, we were impressed with the view and privacy. We were greeted by 2 very sweet dogs and the owner’s father, I believe, who was also very nice. We walked inside the rental and it smelled clean right away. Everything looked clean too. The kitchen is well stocked with every cooking tool needed. The bed was very comfortable and warm. We enjoyed sitting and watching TV in the evening. We would have preferred to sit out on the deck, but it was rainy. We loved how quiet it was. Our dogs loved being outside on the deck and inside. Robert was very fast and efficient with any communication and questions that we had. We definitely would like to stay here again. We were so comfortable! Thanks for a lovely time!

Highly recommend

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The location surrounding the home is very beautiful. It truly is located on a high hill that offers great views of the surrounding areas. It is very quiet and peaceful away from the main roads. You get amazing stargazing views at night. The home was very modern and everything looked new. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. AC was really cold and the kitchen was well stocked. My favorite was the hot tub. It was very relaxing and you can enjoy awesome sunsets from inside. Smokey, the cat that hangs around the property, was very friendly and we enjoyed everytime she visited us. Robert was a great host and was very helpful in returning some items we left behind. I had a hard time igniting the grill, but that might have just been user error on my part. Overall we had a fantastic time and wished we had more time there. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Hidden Hideaway in Paso!

This property was absolutely amazing! It was a little out of town (10 minutes), but so worth it! The peace and quiet you get there is just what you need at the end of long day of wine tasting and traveling! Every morning I woke up to light fog birds, and deer. Every evening I was graced with a gorgeous sunset and the sounds of nature (crickets, frogs, birds). The property itself was cozy and minimalistic. The couches were super comfy for lying down and watching TV. The beds were comfortable and warm. The kitchen was large enough to allow the two of us to be in there together and not feel crowded. Even the shower pressure was great! Things to note: The bed comforters are down, so if you are allergic, please inquire with the host. Also, it is upstairs, so you have to carry everything upstairs. The upstairs deck can get a little slick when wet. Another couple of benefits are the Tesla charger (bring an adapter if you don’t have a Tesla), the hot tub (which we didn’t use… unfortunately), and the resident cat named Smokey who greets you with purrs and love. The host was also amazing and so responsive. We had no issues while there, but when I reached out for the cats name, he responded really quickly. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It is beyond worth it!!

The stay was so relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the world go by and enjoying a glass of wine. Robert has the house beautifully set-up so there is nothing one needs to bring except themselves and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again on our next to visit the kids.Many thanks to Robert for our stay in your house.

This VRBO is amazing. It is strategically positioned so you can visit so many cool places like San Luis Obispo. I would give it 6 star rating, but I do know no how! Family loved it!

our "High on a Hilltop" adventure

We 3 Arizona gals (+2 dogs!) really enjoyed our stay this week up high at your Moon Valley hilltop rental - which really lived up to its name with gorgeous full moon views over the valley below! The well stocked apartment was very clean & tidy, and we really enjoyed the big kitchen & fancy appliances, the relaxing balcony & grill, watching free Netflix movies, and the most luxuriously comfy beds! It was fun meeting Bob & his 2 very friendly dogs (& 1 cat) below us too... plus the many deer in the area! Thanks again for making our vacation week in Paso Robles even more memorable! D.D. Beautiful views

Very nice property with great views, updated interior, well-stocked.The oven was not cleaned from the prior guests; we contacted owner, we ended up cleaning it, but makes one wonder what the cleaning fee is for. Only other thing to be aware of is that the washer/dryer is actually inside the downstairs unit, which is occupied by the owner's Dad. Nice guy, but we felt awkward and intrusive being in his space , and so we ended up not using them.

Gorgeous view

This place is very quiet on a hill with fabulous views. The 2 br unit is very modern with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, DirectTV and Netflix. Greeted by a friendly Golden Retriever. Super location between Tobin James and Cass Wineries.
