Good property, not so good location

Let me start with the communications with the owners that was really good and professional. They provide clear instructions and provided lots of additional information. The property is as good as you see in the pictures and there are no surprises. The only surprise for us was the location which is certainly not what we wanted. It´s far away from any public transport and there are no places around to go for a good coffee or dinner. We did not feel safe on that neighbourhood

Lovely space for a long weekend with friends or family! We loved the rooftop deck and only wish it had been warmer so we could enjoy the incredible view more. Walking distance to a lot of great Philly spots or a quick uber/bus ride. Bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. There were some bugs (roaches) in the dishwasher/kitchen, but we didn't use the kitchen so it didn't significantly affect our stay (and it is a city so hard to not have some bugs!). Would absolutely stay here again!

One of our best overall VRBO experiences ever

This place was great. Absolutely as big and as nice as advertised. There were 7 of us and we had tons of room. 4 full, yes full, bathrooms. We all had breakfast at the huge dining room table and had lots of counter space to get it ready. The basement Gameroom is beautiful and 10 or 12 people could easily be there to watch a game or just hang out. We didn't do that, though. We took advantage of the awesome view from the roof. That was a little smaller than the game room but we all hung out there with no issues. The most important thing about any VRBO, to me anyway, is responsiveness of the host. There was a slight glitch checking in. To me, it was no big deal. These things happen when you travel. As soon as I made the host aware of it, he was on top of it providing updates on the progress of getting it fixed and we were in in no time. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Not surprising on a city vacation. It just took a little patience and we found spots for 3 cars not even a block away. On checkout day we all walked a couple of blocks to Two Eagles diner. Everyone had great food. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a crew!

Really nice place with everything we needed to host a group. We came up to watch my son play football at UPenn and brought some friends from back home. It was perfect!

Point Breeze 5 bedroom condo

Very clean and attractive condo. Note: 5th bedroom is a finished basement with a sleep sofa or Murphy bed. Also the property is 20 block from Rittenhouse square. Neighborhood is up and coming but felt safe.

Medical school graduation

The house was very comfortable and worked well for a family celebration weekend. The owner’s instructions were accurate and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of space for the whole and everyone was thrilled to have their own luxurious bathroom. We would happily rent the space again.

Great house and location

Very nice and clean house. Plenty of space. Bedrooms are huge. Bus stop right out the door on the corner, so great if you want to use public bus. Bus 17 takes you right to the center of everything. Host was very good at responding to messages. Would recommend this house for your vrbo stay.

We loved our stay at your beautiful home. The house was perfect with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Beautiful decor and atmosphere which created a wonderful setting for our vacation. Would love to return in the Summer!

Fantastic Place

More than we could have hoped for on a friends trip to Philadelphia. Amazing location, plenty of space, beds, washrooms, and probably "classier" than we were expecting given the price. Rooftop view is a highlight, as is the back patio. Hosts were fantastic, simple check in process, very communicative, and the place was remarkably clean.

Perfect for family trip

This house allowed for the perfect family trip. Plenty to do each day in the city and then a fully stocked kitchen made dinners at home and drinks on the roof a perfect end to each day. Because there are so many levels, there are a lot of steps in the house. Well worth it for the unique spaces.

Wonderful high-level house with a lot of space

This house was wonderfully equipped with everything you need in your kitchen, bathroom, family room. We loved our stay at Breeze Point. Excellent view from the roof top to downtown. The owners take a lot of pride in maintaining this property at a very high level, and make sure every guest treats it if it was your own family's home. Good idea! We absolutely supported that. Felt like home :-)

Great stay

As advertised, very nice, spacious, clean, very well appointed. We had 11 including adults and children and there was plenty of space, with great kitchen, large dining table for meals and good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. There is an outside secure patio and roof top with a great view. Parking is street only so you have to be lucky / patient but we were ok with 2 cars. Only a couple of small local shops so plan for shopping. Not a neighborhood with outside activities, a few dog walkers, we felt safe.

Clean and convenient

This place was exactly as advertized. The host was very good and honest in communication. The only challenge, as expected in this area, is finding a park, which we soon got the hang of doing, with short walk.

Perfect for our girls weekend.

We were a group of 8 women who came in for the holiday festivities around the city. Everything was a short Uber ride away. The open living concept on the main floor made it easy for dining, playing games & catching up! I would recommend.

Great large group property

We selected this property for its location and lots of room. The decor is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop has a great view of downtown and the ambiance is great.

Family wedding in Philly

We had an extended family of 9 in town for a wedding and a bit of reunion. The property was clean and a perfect setup for our crew. The kitchen and dining facilities were relatively new and just right for the few meals we prepared. Street parking was readily available. This was a great property for a group our size and we would definitely rent again.

Great home, with wonderful rooftop view of the city

The property was recently updated and had more than enough room for everyone, and we had 9 people. Absolutely enjoyed the home, very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop patio was wonderful and it had a really great view of the Philadelphia skyline. Parking was adequate, however was hard to find in the afternoon through the evening after everyone gets home. If it wasn't for the parking the property is 5 star!

Point Breeze

Point Breeze was a wonderful setting for us to stay and later celebrate a recent graduation. The property is well maintained and nicely decorated with large comfortable spaces to relax and visit. The highlight was definitely the rooftop patio with its incredible view - we spent every evening there.

Nice place BUT No Parking

Place is nice but parking is horrible. I got there after a 4 hour trip only to have to drive around 1.5 hours to find a place to park
