Este lujoso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el último piso de lujo con vistas a la bahía de Lancelin ofrece todas las comodidades de un alojamiento estilo resort. Proporcionando un fácil acceso a la playa, a poca distancia de las tiendas, tabernas y restaurantes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con puertas plegables que se abren al balcón y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha doble. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales que se pueden unir para formar una doble y tiene su propio baño privado con ducha, inodoro y tocador.

Hay una gran sala de estar con un cómodo sofá, televisor de pared, aire acondicionado y mesa de comedor. La cocina ofrece una nevera grande, microondas y lavavajillas. Hay abalcony en la parte trasera de la propiedad y en la planta baja se ofrece servicio de lavandería compartido, ducha al aire libre y patio trasero comunitario. Ropa de cama completa se suministra todo lo que tiene que traer son sus toallas de playa. El apartamento de la primera planta también está disponible para alquiler.

Disappointed

Rate per night was not worth what we got, Linen was worn and fraying, no toiletries supply, basic item in kitchen were missing, pay a cleaning fee but be expected to leave as found with even the rubbish walk down 3 flights of stairs, Ask for King Single to be join up as requested for a King bed and this was not done, specifically ask as husband was very tall, Overall, we will not be heading back,

The accommodation was on the top floor and the apartment had everything we required for our visit. The apartment is in great condition with modern equipment and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The staff from Country Values Holiday Homes were very accommodating especially Leah and her colleagues. We enjoyed it so much booking through CVHH that we have now booked again for 2022/2023. Thanks again would recommend to anyone.

Great apartment overlooking the beach

Lovely apartment for4 people. Only negatives were the doors rattled all the time with the wind, they could be fixed to avoid this quite easily. They use the waste water through a special treatment on the gardens, only thing with that is the smell in the toilet was quite unpleasant. Overall nothing was so bad that we would not book again, these comments really just a heads up.

lancelin by the beach

We stayed at number 2 Oceans up which is an upstairs property. Wonderful view from a superb luxury apartment. All the facilities you could reasonably ask for were there. On the downside the booking process was somewhat fraught due to email problems and an inflexible agent. Finally got the key code by attending the nearby estate office, but was given the wrong code. No big problem as the agent personally attended and gave us access. No start up pack (tea, coffee, milk etc) and no vouchers for 10% off at the inn and store. Pity really as we used the inn and store on a few occasions and spent a good amount of dollars. Seemed the agent was new to the property and somehow not prepared. We expected a better service as we were paying a premium price for the rental. The location more than made up for any frustrations and we will definatly be back to Lancelin in a year or two.
