Great neighborhood and location

The view is wonderful from all the angles of the balconies except one but still beautiful..Including from the hot tub..Many kitchen utensils awesome game room.An awesome placement. Lots of stairs..Beautiful place. Definitely would like too stay here again when able too...

Peaceful stay

Most stuff was wonderful. Had some cleaning issues but the Host Steve always got right back to me and was very helpful. The host was wonderful couldn’t ask for a better one.

Family Beach Weekend

Was able to have all ages fit comfortably inthe house. Its was a beautiful house and had a great view from the deck. Lots of toys and the playground outside for the littles to play! Fun for the whole family!

We really enjoyed our time

This was a great house for our family and friends to gather near the coast. It was functional, clean, spacious, and a lot of fun (for kids and adults alike!). Would definitely be a repeat customer if we come back to this area in the future.

Great weekend!

To celebrate our wedding anniversary we invited our children and their spouses and the grandkids for the weekend. The property was perfect for our large group. It was clean and had everything we needed including two well appointed kitchens. Everyone is eager to stay there again.

Great family home

I rented this home for a large family gathering. Everyone enjoyed this home. It was great having two kitchens for our family dinners. Great grandkids loved grandpa for getting a place with a playground.

Huge home with lots of separate spaces and activity options. Very close to the ocean. Lovely neighborhood with lots of deer meandering through it... Very quiet street! A spectacular vacation for our large family reunion!!!

Beautiful house

This house is older but beautiful. It was very clean and had everything you could need. We had so much fun in the detached garage that had air hockey, pool, foosball and darts. The kids really enjoyed themselves. They also loved the outdoor playset. We didnt get the chance to use the hot tub but I'm sure it is fabulous. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as well.

Great Christmas getaway

They had a Christmas tree and baby gates! This was house was perfect for mine and my sisters family to celebrate Christmas. Two full kitchens. Hot tub. Great game room!

Wheelchair accessible on the base floor

We mainly chose this home because my brother is in a wheelchair and from the pictures that were provided on the website we could see that we could easily get him on to the main floor that had a kitchen living room bedrooms bathrooms

Family getaway

The house was quite dated, but the two kitchens, several bathrooms worked really well for us. The play area, sand box was the hit with the toddler. Further from the beach than we would have liked (all uphill back to the house). The game room was a hit with the pre-teens and adults. We did have a great time together here.

Fun Time at This House

This is basically two houses in one. Lots of room. Very comfortable. Two washers and dryers made it convenient as we went through a lot of towels. Loved that there was enough t.v.s that the kids could watch their stuff and the sports fans could watch football. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. We would stay here again.

Family Get-together

Overall we enjoyed this roomy house with its fantastic laundry facilities. An abundant supply of towels which was so helpful. We had room for the two young families and a separate loft space for us, the grandparents. Plentiful parking. Some need for a deep clean of carpets etc. Thank you for the use of your house.

Roomy but aged and dirty

If you are looking for space with a large group, this is a good option. However, if you are looking for decent furniture and cleanliness, this is NOT the house for you. My family and I had enough room to spread out but the furniture needs replacing and the house needs a deep cleaning. We had to clean all utensils, drawers and kitchen surfaces from sticky, grimy dirt that the cleaners overlooked. The interiors of the cabinetry are unbelievably dirty. I sent pictures and contacted the owner directly who said he would send cleaners in for a deep cleaning in January, 2023 which did not benefit us during our stay. When we arrived home, the owner e-mailed me discounts for our next stay if we posted a 5-star rating. I find this dishonest and bad business to those of us who rely on those reviews before we book with VRBO. This house is nowhere near a 5-star rating of which many reviews listed...so now they get their discount and I ended up having to disinifect everything during our stay. I will be weary from now on looking at pictures and descriptions on VRBO as this particular listing did not truthfully show what we actually thought we were getting. Very disappointed.

We appreciated all the space for our family reunion! The view of the ocean from the deck was wonderful, the hot tub was great, having two living rooms so the teens could have some hang-out space was great, and the entire garage dedicated to games (pool, fuse ball, air hockey) was so much fun for all of us. Highly recommended for family gatherings!

Clean for the most part which we really appreciate. When an extra Blanket was needed and we went to get one, brown stains found on blanket for the loft room.Maybe the process of just folding, and putting extra blankets back in the closet should be re-evaluated to have those washed instead

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in Lincoln City! We booked it for a multi-generational family getaway with our kids and grandkids, and it was perfect for everyone. The house was spacious and well-equipped. We felt right at home the moment we walked in.The location was a short drive to the beach, which the kids had a great time building sand castles and exploring. We also enjoyed the stunning sunsets. The house was close enough to town for quick trips to restaurants and shops, but far enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. We enjoyed waking up to the local momma deer and her babies eating the grass.The kids loved the game room with lots of things for them to do. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the large dining table was perfect for family meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook together, and we had some memorable evenings making smores in the fire pit and sharing lots of stories.The hosts were easy to correspond with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for — from beach towels to a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.Overall, our stay in Lincoln City was exactly what we hoped for. It was a great mix of relaxation and adventure, with the beach close by and plenty to keep the kids entertained.

Just say spaaaaaaa!

We loved soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. AND, In the upstairs suite the master bathroom has a soaking tub big enough for 2. It was a very relaxing weekend, we slept 8.5 hours one night!
