The property has outstanding views and well located, however the decor and furniture are dated. Not that we used the second bedroom, which is advertised as a twin bed, but is really a single as the door cannot be fully opened before striking a bed. The ensuite is also very small.

Super views

Had a great stay, the views over the inlet and out to sea must be the best in Narooma. The 3 flights of stairs each time was worth it for the views. Great locale for bike riding and walking distance to the golf course. Power blinds in lounge/dining a nice touch. Verandah a good size and a great place to sit, relax and enjoy a vino with that view, just needs a bit more of a roof for sun and rain. A must is to see a flick in the Kinema movie theatre across the road from the pub that is only two doors from this unit. Old world and a great experience. Saw 'The Dressmaker' which was perfect in this setting. Overall the unit is a great set up and a good price.

Great views

Great views, great location.. I wouldn't want to stay in this location in Summer as you get the full sun on the balcony all day, but May was a perfect time. Only the one set of stairs.

The apartment with a 1 million $ view

Fantastic view, apartment was clean, but a bit tired & old fashion. Master bathroom & kitchen tap leaked ( needs new washers). Could not find the wand to bring the veranda blind down made apartment hot. Not sure how hot it would be in Summer no aircon. Not sure if no linen is a COVID 19 safe thing, but this is very inconvenient. On saying all that, I would recommend. Great view, close to the pub not far from the stores. Nice walk to the pier and I loved watching the boats come and go.

Beautiful location

Central location with a beautiful view of the inlet . Property is what I would expect for 3 star . It was clean however the carpets and doona covers could do with replacement as well as servicing the blocked drain in ensuite .

Unit 3 NO 1 Grand Pacific

Good points + The unit has the best view I have ever seen. Spent many an hour on the balcony in the morning and afternoon. Lunch time it got a bit hot. + Kitchen is well equipped but see my recommendations below. Unfortunately, a few bad points - The seat cover for the indoor chair was left outside. I sat on this and ended up with a wet backside. I do suggest cushions are provided but use the outdoor type. - The vertical grill blew the fuse and has no adjustment knob. I suggest you get rid of it. - The fyry pans are the Kmart el cheapo's. Too thin and the teflon coating very warn. For $300 you can buy a top of the line set from any kitchen accessory but you need to ensure the "take care" notice not to use spray oil comes with it. I have never used oil in my own set ever. The make of this recommendation is Baccarat "GRANITE" series. As mentioned, the set is normally no more than $300 which includes a small and large frypan plus pot. It may be cheaper than this but definitely worth the money. - There is no wifi. This would be very handy to use with NetFlix etc as well. - It would be nice to use the garage. Carrying my bike up the stairs each night got annoying. Otherwise, I had a great time and looking forward to staying there again but the above would have been icing on the cake. Kitchen was well supplied with plenty of crockery and cutlery and had everything we needed, living space was good, bedrooms were clean and comfy. The view was everything we hoped! Ever changing colours and goings on! Only a couple of niggles - the hot water tank is suitable for 2 people but not really for 4. We were a family of 4 so had to keep the showers super fast, especially if we thought we might need a shower after a day at the beach. And the ensuite basin didn’t drain away. Also wifi would be appreciated as I think these days it’s almost expected, especially where phone reception is poor. But other than those very small niggles the apartment was perfect and we would thoroughly recommend it.

The property was chosen for the location and it and could not be faulted. Narooma harbour is beautiful and the property offers spectacular views. The local hotel was in walking distance and all meals were tasty and good value. The property inclusions were complete and we did not find that it lacked anything. The only fault was the en-suite vanity drain was slow to drain and a little smelly. Suggest a plumber attend before the issue worsens. Overall the stay at Narooma was perfect and I can see us booking the property again to relive our honeymoon memories. We have recommended the property to family and friends. We will be back
