We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Folsom in this cute rental. We were able to stay with our little dog and they even had a fenced in area off of the deck for his potty breaks. This place is clean with cute decorating. All you need for cooking and a very nice washer and dryer. Comfy king bed. Walking distance to Old Folsom. Maureen is great and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We previously stayed in the cottage 10 years ago and it’s even better than before! Amazing location - quiet, pet friendly, and a great walking trail just steps away. The cottage has everything and is spotless! It will always be a go to place when we are in the area.

Lovely Sutter Cottage

Had a great stay! The cottage is fully equipped, cozy and roomy! Maureen, the host was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. Location is also great for enjoying Sutter St. and Historic Folsom.

What a great little place to stay. Very good management very well appointed one bedroom one bath, with the kitchen and everything you need to use it…but the best part is it’s Location, and that I would have to say is outstanding ! A block from downtown old Folsom and the American River powerhouse museum yet dead quiet all day and all night…We will be back..!

Great town location, great hosts

Our hosts went above and beyond for us - topping off a lovely 3 night stay in their ADU apartment. Several times the hosts swept in and saved us - once we needed duct tape and another time we asked them to mail something we forgot. The apartment is nicely appointed and so so close to "old downtown Folsom!"

Outstanding in Every Way!

This Folsom cottage is ideal for a couple looking for someplace comfortable, quiet and serene. Walking distance to all the tourist action, the cottage itself is surrounded by lush mature trees and plantings creating a quiet oasis. We were in town for a wedding so didn’t do any of the tourist attractions; staying in a residential area was ideal. The lovely deck was perfect for morning journaling and evening wine. Everything has been newly updated, the bed was more heavenly than any other we’ve ever slept in, and the owners made sure our stay was perfect. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Property within Walking Distance to Old Town Folsom

We extremely enjoyed our stay. The property was wonderfully located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to old town Folsom where we enjoyed eating at several yummy pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed long walks around the lake and visited the local zoo. The property was very nicely updated and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again when I come back to Folsom.

Historic Folsom Getaway

Wonderful location and great cottage. The cottage is very cute and in excellent condition. A quick walk to everything in old historic Folsom or Paddle boarding on the river. Maureen was very helpful with everything. Will absolutely come back again.

Cozy Cottage in Folsom

The cottage floorplan was perfect for two adults and our small dog. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable king-sized bed and great walk-in shower. Stacked Washer/Dryer, large screen TV and comfortable living room.

Super clean and modern cottage

Cottage, located above a garage up a flight of stairs, was super nice and comfortable. Nice outdoor deck for dining as well. Well equipped kitchen, big shower, and a/c for the hot days. Very short walk to historic Folsom, and a walking and bike trail along the American River.

Love this cottage!

Every time we stay in Folsom, we stay here. Perfect 1/1 for my husband and me and our two small pups. Right next to MILES of cycling/jogging trails and the river, mere steps to historic Folsom with all its shops and eateries, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Maureen is lovely always. One of our TOP rental experiences. Highly recommend.

A Heavenly Place

Our stay here has been fantastic. We love the location, which is a few blocks to the Folsom Historic District, including restaurants, shops and coffee places. Also it is within walking distance to trails along the Folsom Lake. This unit is well equipped with everything you could want. It is artfully decorated. It is well furnished with a very comfortable bed. The deck is surrounded by trees with sun and shade and equipped with tables and chairs. The owners are friendly, responsive and helpful! We have stayed here previously and it is still as lovely as we remembered it. This is a gem of a heavenly place! We highly recommend it!!

We love old town Folsom! This picture was our 30th anniversary photo, taken at a favorite spot on the American River, just steps from our home and the cottage. As a working couple, we know how hard it is to fit in quality time...living in this area gives us the opportunity to be active with our family/dogs, get out to dinner, shop and enjoy all of the events the Historic District has to offer. All without ever getting in our car. Maureen has spent over 30 years working in the field of property management. Remodeling this cottage and making it comfortable for our guests came naturally!
