Beachview es la casa de vacaciones ideal para toda la familia extendida, con 3 salas de estar que incluyen una sala de juegos con mesa de ping-pong y una mesa de billar.

Hay mucho que hacer en Beachview, tanto en interiores como en exteriores. Disfrute de un partido de cricket en la reserva que se encuentra en la parte delantera antes de darse un baño en la playa de Easts, a un corto paseo de la pista para caminar.

Si desea aventurarse fuera de la propiedad, Beachview está idealmente ubicado para disfrutar de todo lo que Kiama tiene para ofrecer. Tome el famoso paseo costero hacia Gerringong o camine hasta el agujero de Kiama. ¡La playa de Kendalls está a solo 6 minutos caminando!

A solo 2 minutos en automóvil de los restaurantes y cafeterías cosmopolitas de Kiamas y a 15 minutos en coche del histórico Berry, no puedes superar esta ubicación.

the best view ever

we found the beach house to be comfortable and plenty of room for ten adults, the bbq works well and it was very close to township, berry was not far away, the best was the view on the balcony.

Great views clean and spacious

While at the upper point the property was immaculate and spacious enough to cater for three teen boys and three adults including one elderly lady. Downstairs was perfect for the older boys and table and furniture sufficient for all six of us to eat together etc. views as per the pictures are amazing and there is short walk down the back to the bay beach below. I’d recommend for a family especially those with older kids that are happy downstairs.

Great family venue with a view

The house was well equipped, clean and in a wonderful location with magnificent views and short walk to East Beach. Recommend using 3 bedrooms only upstairs. Room downstairs has strong smell of damp and mould. Despite this we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are keen to return

Perfect view!

The view from the property is so beautiful, great for lots of relaxing on the balcony and walks to the beach! The facilities were adequate for our needs, however the downstairs bedroom doesn't seem as well loved as upstairs. There was no lamps for bedroom comfort and bedtime reading. The windows seemed quite aged and came out of their runners when being opened and they were super rattley in the wind overnight. This didn't make for a restful sleep. The bedroom downstairs also was a little dirty- mainly the back of the door. The downstairs area was also quite musty in smell. The glassware & crockery also seemed to be lacking with only 3 odd champagne glasses in a house to sleep 10+. A couple od sets would be fabulous. The house, however was in a great location, with the view to die for and a short drive to Kiama. The coastal walks around the house were great and it was only a 900m walk to the small blowhole. That was a bonus! With a few modernisations/ updates and replacement of items in the house, this could really be a home away from home. Oh, and maybe some air deodoriser downstairs and lamps!

Stunning view

We were excited to stay here due to the accommodation offering incredible views, location & 5 beds. Unfortunately the day before notified no TV - this is a problem due to it was FA cup final, Eurovision & Magic Round NRL all happening this weekend. On top of this no DVD even though it said there was one - yes we found it in the bin. No free WIFI - streaming at own cost. The property was not cheap. Finally there is a damp / mould problem in the house especially downstairs which affected the sleeping of the people down there. We have no problems paying for outstanding accommodation however we do expect what is offered ie free to air tv

On top of this the property has plenty of bedding which allows for guests to have a comfortable stay. HRS apologise that the TV was not functional throughout your stay, however we were able to notify you of this prior to your arrival. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, however; we were unable to have a technician attend until after your departure. Should you had notified us regarding the mould we would have immediately sent our housekeeping team back to rectify this issue. We apologise again for the inconvenience of the TV not working, this issue has since been rectified for all future guests.

Great spot

well, things didn't start well. We couldn't find the lock box where the keys to the property were kept. Finally located it and found directions to the location of the lock box inside, which is useless. As for checking in at 4pm, which is late in the day, most places are 2pm. I asked the rental agency why we couldn't arrive at 2pm when we received the code. I was told it was because of the cleaners doing a COVID clean and it couldn't be guaranteed the property would be available until 4pm. Well this was definitely not the case as there were 2 dead cockroaches on the floor downstairs which clearly indicated the cleaners had not been there for some time. We later found the venetians downstairs were covered in dust and the door stops hadn't ever been cleaned. Apart from this and a few other minor things, we had a ball at the property. The games room downstairs was great fun and filled in our night in easily. The incredible view from the large, well equipped balcony, became our relaxing/meeting area of which we spent many hours. We had cheese, biccys, etc with many drinks, while watching the waves rolling in. We went for a walk down to the beach, which is not for the mobility restricted and the unfit (me) but it was well worth the effort. The beds are comfortable and thank goodness for 2 bathrooms as there were 4 women. Plenty of glasses, cutlery, china ware, serving platters etc. The property is perfectly located and only a 5 min drive to town, 10 mins to Gerrora Fisherman's Club (definitely recommend the food) and 15 mins to Berry. We had a fantastic time and the property certainly aided this. Only one more downside, the driveway is a doozy. You need to reverse down, not easy but far easier than driving down forward and trying to reverse up the driveway to get out. Thoroughly recommend this property, even though it looks a bit better in the photos on the booking site. Plenty of living room space, spacious bedrooms and the peace of resistance, is definitely the balcony. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Shame about the mould

Beautiful location. House top level was clean, however the oven and trays inside were not, everything felt greasy to touch. Bottom level smelled of closed damp. Walls had damp marks and curtains and blinds had mould. While the plan was to have the family with toddler sleep there, it’s an unhealthy situation, so toddler had to be made a bed in cushions on floor upstairs. Back door locks did not open with any keys only security door locked. Back door deadlock was loose and did not work.

Family escape!

Perfect place where adults can retreat upstairs and watch the Seaview and kids can enjoy the kid cave downstairs. If going in winter, suggest packing extra warm clothes.

Not Happy

Overall our stay was not satisfactory for the price we paid. Photos need updating. Unbearable stench in games room. Vermin infested. Paid for linen package and didn’t receive service offered. Several fixtures did not function.

Our housekeepers follow an extensive checklist to ensure the property is immaculate for your arrival. Regarding the linen service, the fee covers the laundering of the linen and the housekeepers to make the beds for you, we are disappointed this did fulfill your expectations. We are happy to report a pest inspection has since taken place, that issue is now sorted. Should you book with HRS again in future the bookings team would be happy to discuss your requirements in full to find the perfect fit for your getaway.

Lovely place with spectacular views

The property is very spacious and has amazing views from the living area. Access to the beach was within walking distance and there's a huge grass area in the backyard suitable for young children to run around and play. The downstairs area is great with pool table and table tennis. Furniture is a little dated in the downstairs area and the blankets are a little old and dusty (could do with a bit of washing).

great location and stay

it was a great stay for however the admin and communication with property manager afterwards has been poor

Very Disappointing

Very tired and rundown. Kitchen needs renovating. Downstairs bathroom not tiled. Security screens torn. Some windows won't open or haven't got working locks. Downstairs beds are broken. Dishwasher needs attention ( may need new wash motor ).Windows filthy. The only positive is the location and views.

As per our discussions on the phone I was surprised on some of the above comments. The photos on the site show that the bathroom was totally revamped this past year. The separate toilet is brand new. The place was totally painted during last year maybe what has happened some of the windows are stuck from that, BUT 90% of the windows do open as this was checked. We will attend to the windows that you refer too. Admittedly I had to double check the bath room downstairs and yet is tiled floor and walls I have sent a photo to Stayz. Frigerator and oven is only 2 years old. The dishwasher we can only be aware when someone passes on their concerns which you did and we will be acting on that. In relation to the beds downstairs went down to inspect and laid on the beds and there was no probem. So then went under the bed to double check there are supports under the bed that we werent aware of. Noting we have been booked out and no on else had mention any problems but more of praise, but we will attend to this as well.

BEACHVIEW IS A TRUE BEACH FRONT RETREAT

After my stay just gone I felt I had to put a review on our stay. WHY? As when we had booked and then read the review called disappointing I became concern. Well the outcome was totally opposite of that review. The place is renovated with fantastic brand new bathroom upstairs and separate toilet. Down stairs the bathroom with tiled and clean. Didn't have a problem with the beds on our first night BUT the next day a delivery of two brand new beds arrived. The kitchen was so well equipped. It was obvious that it had been recently painted ( being a painter myself I can recognise it ) Place fresh light and bright. You walk and for our family we thought WOW. In the previous review to say it was un-renovated and run down was a totally wrong. DEFINITELY A WRONG choice of words. SO WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great with some suggestions to improve

It was good to get a last minute holiday option with a discounted rate. The response rate was quick. The house was lovely and clean, however it leaked badly in the living area/staircase after a rainy night. The tea/coffee tins were empty. We paid for linens but had to make the beds ourselves. Tea towels & detergent was provided albeit minimally. Despite all this, it was still a fantastic holiday house!

As per our conversation on the phone at the time which I explained that back in November prior to your booking there had been some renovations done to the property and that area you refer we would not have known until it rained. This minor repair was taken care immediately. I also explained that Beachview holiday property doesn't have on the website anywhere that they would supply linen etc and bed would be made. This is an extra cost that we order the linen in for you purely as a service to you. This is also stated on the website that we can order in linen and bath towels it doesn't refer to beds being made. The cost of $10 per head would have reflected that as well. We also explained when you made your booking initially, prior to you paying your initial deposit that it states we have a starters pack detergent etc. In regard to tea-towels leaving 2 to used over the 2 day weekend is plenty.

Great location

Recently rented beach view for a family get together to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday - the house was well equipped to have bbq's at home and with a games area downstairs there was an opportunity for everyone to have a lot of fun. The house was just a short walk from the beach therefore very convenient for my granddaughters to go for a swim - lovely place to stay for a large family

Great place for a weekend

The house is very clean and the views are stunning. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is hot and strong. The living area is great even for a tribe of 8 adults. Beach and cafe is a short walk and the area is quiet at night. The rented linen was clean and crisp.

good location flexible layout

we all enjoyed theproperty beachviews 1st may for 3 nights. It was showery all weekend but we still managed to fill in time. the games room was handy for table tennis as was the pool table but unfortunately did not have any chalk for the que's The balcony door locks where frozen up but we fixed them up with a bit of graphite from the hardware store. its close to the ocean so that sort of thing could happen again. actually front door lock was similar, at one point we could not remove the key from the inside front door lock either and the key locker was a little gritty to use also a bit of water damage to kitchen ceiling Anyway, key and lock problems aside we would go there again, we enjoyed the stay.

Thanks for your feedback. As per our previous conversation on the phone regarding a little water damage to the kitchen ceiling prior to your arrival and offering you another choice of accommodation. But after receipt of photos I took you decided to stay anyway. So we are glad you had a great time there. Glad to hear you will come back again.
