Este recién reformado de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños casa está ubicada en el segundo piso de los condominios Parkview. Nuevo mobiliario, sofás, camas, pintura y electrodomésticos! Este condominio con vista al mar está situado por encima de la playa de estado Calafia en el extremo sur de San Clemente, CA. Uno de los últimos grandes ciudades de la playa del sur de California. A pie de la playa en 3 minutos con tablas de surf o montar en los cruceros de la playa a la pista de playa. El icónico muelle de San Clemente es una milla al norte a través de la pista de la playa. Esta casa está ubicada en una comunidad junto a la playa tranquila, un lugar tranquilo para escapar y disfrutar del océano, no una casa del partido. La casa tiene capacidad para dos coches en la zona subterránea, cerrada estacionamiento. Gran aparcamiento ve adyacente a salir y la unidad hacen de este un lugar muy apropiado. Interior náutica de La casa está inspirada classicly pero contemporánea y atemporal.

La suite principal está perfectamente equipada y espaciosa. La habitación es perfecta para una segunda pareja o hijos. Salón principal es un gran espacio abierto con muchos asientos y áreas para relajarse y ver el mar o en la pantalla plana de pared de 55 pulgadas. Ambas habitaciones cuentan con televisión de pantalla plana y servicio de cable cox. Cocina y sala de estar se fusionan a la perfección y crean una sensación de un espacio mucho más grande! El zinc superó cocina / mesa de comedor con capacidad para ocho cómodamente y tiene capacidad para televisión o al mar desde el mismo lugar.

Esta casa es la perfecta, chill out retiro! Es difícil estar estresado cuando usted está aquí.

Relaxing and fun 34th annual 'girl's getaway" spent in San Clemente!

Seas the Day was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with supplies; exactly as described on the website! Kim was helpful with suggestions for restaurants and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is in a great location to downtown San Clemente and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed in Kim's place for the month of February and were very pleased. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The kitchen has high-end applicances and is very, very well stocked. The balcony was small, but had a lovely side-view of the ocean.Check-in was easy and Kim was readily available to answer any questions. A great location in San Clemente,a short walk to the ocean and stunning sunsets. Highly recommended!

Month Long Stay

Great unit with very nice energy. The unit was clean and well decorated. Parking was great and access are good for a beach area. Would stay again for sure!

Extended Getaway

Kimberly's place was even better than advertised! Incredibly clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable and extended stay. Kimberly was very communicative and ensured the check in process was smooth. Would love to return!

Excellent stay off Calafia!

This property is fantastic and, as we're repeat visitors to the area, we'd definitely check in on it's availability to stay again in the future. The location is excellent and the furnishings are great, especially compared to many of the other vacation rentals West of the freeway. The owner is friendly and helpful and our experience was truly memorable.

So convenient to beach!!

This house was a super base for our 17 day adventure in Cali as well as just chill days by pool and local beach. Short walk into town for great range of restaurants, etc, with access to Trolley bus. The house has everything you would need and Kim really makes a beach house feel to the property. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Property Owner has a true gift for hospitality. We sincerely felt like we were welcomed into her home for an enjoyable stay. The property had everything we could possibly need or want to enjoy our time at the beach.

Listen to the waves

This is a great place to stay while in San Clemente. Listen to the waves crash on the beach. Take a long walk on the beach trail and enjoy the beach. Everything you could ask for when visiting this area Owner is very responsive and accommodating unit is well decorated and extremely comfortable. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious and very comfortable. We really appreciated how well stocked it was. It had just about everything you could think of. One minor criticism is that the pool was not heated. It was one of the big draws for us but we didn’t end up using it as it was not hot enough to use a cold pool. There is a small hot tub though which was nice. We would stay here again.

The Accommodations Exceeded Our Expectations

The unit was quiet, very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults. This place was even nicer than what the pictures showed. Everything had been updated and was well-equipped. There were plenty of linens available with great closet and drawer space. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to be able to make meals and save money from eating out everyday. There is reserved covered parking in the building, which was a relief since parking is difficult to find. The area felt very safe and is close, but not too close to shopping and restaurants. It was great being just a short walk to the beach and utilize the nice walking path by the water. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and the instructions emailed to us beforehand were easy to follow. The pool and hot tub would have been nice to use, but it was too cold the week we were there at the end of February. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful beach get away

Kimberley was a perfect host! The condo was absolutely clean with beautiful decor and luxurious linens. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a good selection of pantry items. It has a nice large living room with lots of comfortable seating. The reserved parking spaces were a necessity and greatly appreciated. We’d love to return again and would heartily recommend this accommodation.

This condo is as advertised plus some.

We have stayed in a lot of Homeaway rentals and this one is likely the best. Kim was responsive to our questions in the initial contact, provided all the answers and information we requested and sent the agreement and directions promptly. The directions for access were perfect and easy to follow. The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We goofed up the TV access the first day and Kim arrived in minutes to sort it out. There is underground parking, the bikes work great and the pool and hot tub are clean and easily accessed. The walk through the park to the beach is 3 minutes. The view of the ocean from the kitchen table is lovely. There is a 3 mile walking trail when you get to the beach that takes you to the pier and further on to the north shore. We will be back next year.

Charming Beach Condo

Very nice beach condo close to beach trail. Roomy and comfortable was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Easy access to the beach trail making for a nice walk to the San Clemente pier for breakfast or lunch. Comes with bikes and lots of beach toys we will look to stay here again when we come back to visit.

It was amazing!

We loved staying at "Seas the day"! What a beautiful place. The ocean was so close we enjoyed it everyday. You could hear the waves from the condo. Everything was close by and convenient to get to. The condo had everything to make us feel like we were at home and more!

Fabulous condo in a gorgeous seaside town

We spent just over a week in the condo in San Clemente and fell in love with this fabulous seaside town in OC. The condo itself was exactly as pictured and in a perfect location to explore the area and beaches of OC. The condo has everything you need and the furnishings are of a very high standard. We will not hesitate to recommend the condo and will definitely consider coming back. Thank you Kimberley we had a lovely time.

Faszinierend und erholsam

Was schreibt man zu einem tollen Urlaub !? Es war herrlich ,Wohnung sehr sauber und tolle moderne Einrichtung .Alles,aber auch wirklich alles vorhanden :-) man vermisste nichts, ob Küche oder Bad ,alles vorhanden in mehr als nur ausreichend ! Rundum Wohnung perfekt . Bei fragen oder Problemen steht Kim direkt zur Verfügung und hilft sofort. Ausblick vom Balkon super, tolle Wohngegend. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten :-)

Amazing Beach Condo

Beautiful and very well equipped apartment in a nice part of town. I loved being able to walk to the State Park and down to the beach outside our door steps. The home decor is so cute and makes you feel warm and welcomed. It's a very comfortable, spacious place and I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Beautiful condo/vacation spot for family of 5

This home is as pictured. When we arrived everything was very clean and updated. We are a family of 5 and the owner was nice enough to have a small air mattress made up for our little guy. I was expecting to have to pull that out of a closet and do all that myself so having that ready was a huge help. We cooked most meals and the kitchen is equipped anything you would need to cook. Even little things that I usually have to go purchase on our stays, like dish soap and sponges, it was all there. There were also plenty of linens and beach towels. The condo includes 2 parking spaces in the parking garage which was needed because parking is hard to find in this area. The beach is a nice 10 min walk and very quiet, not busy at all. The kids loved going down by the beach and watching the sunset and the train pass by every so often. There was lots of beach equipment and chairs for our use as well. The owner communicates very well and always responded right away to my questions. Overall we really enjoyed this location. My husband and older son rented boards and enjoyed the surf all up and down San Clemente and near T-street. Take a day and visit La Jolla if you can. The sea lions and tide pools were the best part of the trip for our kids. If you do bring kids be mindful of the balcony. The bars are far enough apart that my son could've slid through if he had tried. I think the bars met standards when the place was built. All the other balconies were the same, but I'm sure newer construction codes wouldn't have them that way. We just made sure he didn't go on the balcony without us. Just something to consider if the balcony is a concern. Overall this is a great place for family or a couple that wants to get away. Nice quiet community. Would recommend.

Upscale SC beach stay

Had a great stay for 10 days at this place. Great location above Calafia with a quick walk down to the beach and great views. The place was stocked full of everything my girlfriend and I needed for a long stay and I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend!

Beautiflly Appointed Fabulous Accomodation!

I stayed with Colleagues at this Condo - great - Pros - It is beautifully appointed. Clean, clean, clean! Great beds! Lots of space to relax. View from the Balcony is fabulous! All green hills and ocean view - no residential seen from balcony except your condo development stretching on either side (not in front) . Nice view of the sea from the small balcony. We had a lot of desk work to do and their was a great large dinning table that worked great - for all. Washer and Drier! Great Kitchen with everything! Centrally located. Within short driving distance of shops, great dinning and the main highway . Free underground parking. We did not vacation here - it was a working trip. So I can not comment on the vacation opportunities. Although it is within a short drive of Dana Point, and Laguna beach - both great places to spend many days shopping, dining, looking at art galleries and laying on the beach! As well it is within driving distance of San Diego and Anaheim . All the Amenities are in this condo - we wanted for nothing. Unfortunately we did not meet the host (I like t do that). Cons for some people - Not good for anyone with mobility issues - lots of stairs to get in and out of the Condo and quite a hill to the ocean. I would hesitate to take small children here - I would be worried all the time that something might get broken or damaged. The apartment has a lot of lovely things (this makes it beautiful for adults) - I guess one could put it all up high while there. You can not walk to amenities - it would be a hike. Small balcony - barely large enough for two people to sit on the balcony both in chaise lounges at one time . A family would find it hard to dine on the balcony. Balcony not private - open to next Condo. Luckily for us the people in that Condo were not there so it was OK but if they were there - you would not have privacy. Suggestion - close off the balcony between the condos. No place is perfect but over all I would recommend this accommodations to anyone especially with several Adults. We had a great time and it made all the difference in our trip! Thanks to the Hostess - she thought of everything! It felt like home! Thank you so much for your attention to detail.

I was eager to buy a property in San Clemente where I grew up, and most importantly a place by the beach. I came across this gem and immediately knew it was the one. I enjoy spending weekends at the condo and believe you will find it equally enjoyable and relaxing.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The trail near by on the beach allows nearly an uninterrupted 15 mile run round trip to Dana Point Harbor. The road cycling south through Camp Pendleton to San Diego County is a beautiful ride for 30-60 miles round trip.
