Very nice house. Had a great location for lake Havasu City.

This was a very nice house out on the island in lake Havasu City. The house was well equipped with appliances and very clean. Not very far from all the entertainment , restaurants, and beaches. Well definitely be staying there again in the future.

A very nice place to stay on the island in Lake Havasu City.

This was a very nice house. Very clean and well equipped. Right on the island around all the shops and activities. Everything in the process went exceptional well.

Lovely House

This lovely, roomy house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is about a half of a mile from the lake. We were able to launch our boat, spend the day on the lake and return back to the house quite easily. They have Direct TV and we were able to watch the USMNT soccer game on their large television. We will definitely return here next year!

Winter Getaway

This home was exactly as listed. Communication with owner was excellent. It had the best equipped kitchen of the many VRBO properties we have previously rented. Location in a quiet neighborhood near walking path was perfect. Highly recommend.

Our Family trip to Havasu Lake

Property was very nice. Will certainly come back again to stay here. One drawback is that during the summer it is really hot here and the cold water heats up in the pipes - thus no cold water to cool off (Not the owner fault). The location and home was wonderful for us.

Cleaning requirements

Great house, but shouldn't be a rental, they expect you to clean, even thought you pay a cleaning fee. Checkout is too early 10AM really.

We definitely pride ourselves on the quality of our home and want to keep it that way. While we do have high expectations that our tenants leave the home orderly and undamaged, we do not expect them to clean floors, clean bathrooms, vacuum or perform other cleaning tasks. That is what the cleaning deposit covers. I think it is important to point out that Brian was not honest with us about the number of people in his group and their ages. The house was also left in a very bad state and required extensive cleaning. Far more cleaning than has typically been required since we began hosting.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

We were so pleased with the cleanliness, decor, accomodations and locations of this home. There is so much about this place that makes you feel at home. The Nautical Center was walking distance and closely located to the lake, London Bridge and boat launch. The home has most everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are a family of four and took my dad with us. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room.

Lake House Stay

Beautiful clean home. Clean and comfortable. New barbeque.. Loved the walking path around the island. Very quiet neighbourhood. Barbara the owner was very accommadating and answered requests ptomptly. We would recommend this vacation property.

This property is very nice. There were four of us saying for two days and work out perfect. Plenty of room and much nicer than renting hotel rooms. Very convenient location.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We brought our family out to Havasu for the 4th of July weekend. We have family who have a spot in the Islander Resort located right across the street, so the location of this house was perfect for us. The home is beautifully decorated, they even had a little 4th of July decoration which was a nice touch, and the house was very comfortable. The floor plan is open and spacious, the two beds were comfortable and the bathrooms have plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to make all meals, including a crockpot and coffee maker. There is a small BBQ in the backyard that was in working order. The AC worked great and there is a washer and dryer for your use. You do not have access to garage, but there is plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. Communication with the owners was super easy, Barbara answered all my questions, responded very quickly and they were accommodating and reasonable. We enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful island home!!

My husband and I were very fortunate to have stayed in this beautiful home on the island at Lake Havasu City. The home is decorated in a beach theme, which was so perfect. We only used the very comfortable master bedroom, bathroom and closet; however, there were two additional bedrooms and one bath. There are several restaurants on the island, also the beautiful river walk, bike trails, fishing pier and of course the London Bridge. We give this island home an A+.

Very nice place. We spent most of our time on the lake, so didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the house. But here is the low down Pros: new, clean, location, great decor, open floor plan, nice kitchen, awesome master suite, did I mention location, great AC, owner seemed real cool, coded front door so no keys to loose in lake. Only cons: third room is a small office of living room w no bed just a lay down chair sofa thing, (dose have doors to shut though) bbq was real small and pretty beat, no back yard just a small area off kitchen with 2 chairs( agian it was like105 degrees and wouldn’t have been outside anyway). Overall great place and would stay agian.

Wonderful house. Everything was perfect.

The home was perfect for two couples. Very nicely decorated. Very, very comfortable for the four of us. Great neighborhood and location; close enough to everything, yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. Hopefully I’ll have an opportunity to stay there again.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, excellent location!

I love this house.decorated very nicely; It's always clean, and kitchen is well equipped. Great location near Marina boat launch, restaurants and walking path around the island. The only bummer is there is no use of the garage, but our SUV and boat pulled up easily right in front of the house.

We currently live in Southern California and enjoy getaways to the desert and lake. We feel like we are on a resort vacation every time we stay at our home. We love to share our vacation home with others and really enjoy the proximity to the lake, Nautical Beachfront Resort, and minutes from town.

Having grown up on annual family houseboat trips on Lake Powell, and living so close to Lake Havasu, this location is especially ideal being on the island and in the center of everything. The beautiful lake views and amazing sunsets are breathtaking. This is a second home for us and we try to visit any chance we get.
